A very nice villa park to relax. Just let your soul dangle and enjoy the beautiful nature with beautiful walks and relax. A very nice accommodation with a small roof terrace and a small garden leaves nothing to be desired. In the large kitchen you can, just like at home, cook a nice meal and enjoy it with your loved ones at the large dining table. With an indoor and outdoor playground, various trampolines, a small play beach with a diving tower, a heated indoor water playground with 2 slides and a heated indoor and outdoor pool, every child's wish can be fulfilled. If your children were playing in the water bath, just enjoy the sauna or the whirlpool and relax. On day trips, to the very beautiful old towns or to the nearby North Sea beach, everyone gets their money's worth. In order to enjoy nature to the fullest, it is advisable to bring bicycles with you or to rent them in the park. An all-round relaxing holiday with very nice neighbors and employees of the park awaits you. We gave this park a price/performance rating of very good and we are already looking forward to being able to go on holiday again in Kortgene and would like to say thank you again for this wonderful holiday.

The accommodation was just right for our needs. We were traveling with 6 adults, a teenager and a toddler. The rooms were a good size and we lacked nothing. The area was very nice and we think in the summer a great facility for children.

Just holiday park and good reception at the reception. Fun with small children in terms of swimming and playing fun. For the bigger youth really little to experience. Small supermarket on park is of course somewhat more pricey, but the supermarket in the village was also quite pricey.

Large house, enclosed garden, although fence really needs to be replaced. Bedrooms and bathrooms just fine. But kitchen, room and terrace they forgot to brush !!!!! If I pay â‚¬ 75.00 for cleaning, I expect clean house myself !! Was glad I had wet wipes. Sofas in living room dirty, dingy. Terrace furniture filthy! Cigarette butts on terrace. We had a house where dogs were allowed in size, we also had a baby bin of 11 months that was no longer clean after crawling around the living room !!! No you deliver a clean house. Or you report this at the check-in. This did not make our first family weekend any less great, but you do not expect this. Park was otherwise in order and clean.

7.6.-11.6.23: Im GroÃŸen und Ganzen ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Villa scheinbar schon lÃ¤nger ohne GÃ¤ste. Im Haus verteilt Staubwolken, in den BÃ¤dern verendetes Getier. GartenstÃ¼hle voller Spinnweben und ordentlich mit Staub bedeckt. HÃ¤tte man vorher doch mal kurz sÃ¤ubern kÃ¶nnen. Auflagen fÃ¼r die GartenstÃ¼hle haben wir erst am nÃ¤chsten Tag gefunden. Leider keine passenden, sondern solche fÃ¼r die gÃ¼nstigen StapelstÃ¼hle. KÃ¼che fast alles was man braucht. Ein Toaster wÃ¤re schÃ¶n gewesen. Ein recht groÃŸer Spalt zwischen Haus und Terrasse. Stolpergefahr und das Krabbelkind hat sich den Finger geklemmt. Mit Hund und Krabbelkind wÃ¤re ein eingezÃ¤untes GrundstÃ¼ck angenehmer gewesen. MÃ¼llentsorgung so lala, man musste mit den zum Teil schweren MÃ¼llbeuteln extrem weit laufen. Die obere Etage heizte sich tagsÃ¼ber sehr auf. NÃ¤chtliches Ã¶ffnen der SchiebetÃ¼r oder Fenster war wegen der MÃ¼cken keine Option. Eine Klimaanlage wÃ¤re schÃ¶n gewesen. Das Erdgeschoss blieb jedoch angenehm kÃ¼hl.

Der Park machte einen gepflegten Eindruck, die RasenflÃ¤chen kurz gehalten und die Hecken ordentlich gestutzt, wenig Unkraut. Ãœber Villenpark und Camping verteilt einige SpielplÃ¤tze. Dem in unserer NÃ¤he fehlte ein schattenspendender Baum, er lag in praller Sonne.

Der "Strand" eignete sich nicht zum Liegen oder schwimmen. Jedoch gab es fÃ¼r die schwimmfÃ¤higen Kinder eine kleine FÃ¤hre mit der sie zu einem im Wasser befindlichen Abenteuerspielplatz rÃ¼berziehen konnten. Es gab zwei HÃ¤ngeseile zum Ãœbersetzen von Strand zum Abenteuerspielplatz. Ein Wabbelberg und eine MatschkÃ¼che. Des weiteren ein groÃŸer Platz zum FuÃŸ-/Volleyball o.Ã¤. spielen. Mehrere Bodentrampoline und ein riesiges KlettergerÃ¼st. Ein gut besuchtes (Ã¼berfÃ¼llt) Freibad mit Wasserrutsche und ein Ã¼berdachtes Kleinkindbecken.

Hunde sind erlaubt, man wird aber sehr eindringlich darauf hingewiesen, dass keine Gassirunden im Park erlaubt sind. Es gibt verteilt kleine Boxen damit sich Hunde lÃ¶sen kÃ¶nnen, aber Hundebesitzer wissen, dass das in aller Regel nicht klappt. Es gibt jedoch genÃ¼gend Stationen mit Kotbeutel. Leider wird nicht kontrolliert, dass auch alle, die Hinterlassenschaften ihrer Hunde entsorgen. Einige Hundebesitzer scheinen das einfach zu ignorieren.

Bei Ankunft und am ersten Tag recht ruhig, trotz der GrÃ¶ÃŸe des Parks. Das war sehr angenehm. Doch am Wechseltag zogen Urlauber mit 3 Hunden in das Nebenhaus. Die Hunde klÃ¤fften jeden Vorbeigehenden an und waren auch nach Korrektur ihrer Herr-/Frauchen nicht ruhig. Und der Park war ab Wechseltag gut besucht. Die Urlauber nebenan saÃŸen bis weit in die Nacht auf der Terrasse und waren rÃ¼cksichtlos laut.

Der Supermarkt hat alles was man braucht, nette, hilfsbereite VerkÃ¤ufer, Netter Empfang bei Ankunft, wir durften sogar 45 Minuten eher ins Haus.

Ich hatte bei Buchung angefragt, ob ein Hochstuhl im Haus sei, dies wurde verneint. Also buchte ich fÃ¼r 6 â‚¬ einen dazu. Eine unnÃ¶tige Ausgabe, da im Haus doch einer war.

Wir hatten trotz allem ein paar schon Tage.

The park was very busy, but check-in was smooth. Traffic was also neatly supervised. In the house the bed linen was missing, a number of things were defective and the extra refrigerator was missing. That took a while before that was restored. The park itself is very beautiful and well maintained. Location can hardly be better.
