We were with 5 families in the house. We can only recommend it and left more than satisfied. The kitchen has everything you need in everyday life. The bedrooms were also very tidy and well-maintained, no luxury but clean and everything was top-notch. We will definitely come back again. Thanks also to Mr. Kramer who was always reachable and very nice.

Very large house with various bedrooms/sleeping options. We traveled with 14 people and a dog. Everyone found enough space. The reception by the property manager was straightforward and very friendly. The house itself is older but well-maintained and clean. The covered terrace and the fenced garden invite you to linger. Barbecue facilities are available. 5 parking spaces are possible in front of the house. A bakery and grocery store are reachable in just over a 10-minute walk. You can also walk to the Center Park, where the AventuraSpielberg is located. Especially interesting for families with children.

Arrival went well. Accommodation was fine for 8 adults and 5 young children. The ceilings have been renovated and there are new sofas in the living room. "Everyone can sit comfortably on the couch in the evening. We found the benches in the kitchen to be practical. The setting was great, well entertained with skiing, sledding in Winterberg and Willingen. Also visited 2 indoor playgrounds.

First of all: Our reservation was for 9 people. When we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly, nice homeowner. Starting with a small tour, the formalities were quickly completed so that we could relax sooner after such a long journey. Additionally, the owner provided us with very good local excursion tips, restaurant recommendations, and insider tips, which is of course very useful for those unfamiliar with the area. Examples include the CenterPark directly in Medebach, which offers a variety of recreational activities for all age groups, or the Skywalk in Willingen. The location of the house is relatively central. While there aren't many shopping options, you have everything you need in the vicinity. The house itself is a bit dated, but everything is clean and tidy. The house also has a beautiful, idyllic garden with many seating options, covered on the terrace or outdoors, and even a small stream in the back. The room layout is sensibly designed, allowing for any arrangement for large groups. For smaller groups, everyone has their own little retreat area. However, the top floor (2nd floor) with the second double bed is only suitable for fitter/younger people, as it can only be reached by a steep staircase. The living room and kitchen, as the main gathering areas, are spacious enough for group events and shared meals. There is plenty of dishware available, and the refrigerator and freezer are also of very good quality. The interior design of the living and sleeping areas is very nicely chosen. We especially liked the living room, as it has 4 lighting options and a simpler effect light, which we naturally used for the evening ambiance.

The villa is situated on a busy main road, be careful with children! Noise beperkt.De setting is lovely, Medebach itself has plenty of shopping facilities (including Center Parcs). Central for making day trips. Mensen.In friendly garden is a nice place, we enjoyed it with beautiful weather.

Very nice house, very nice owner, manager, we have been with 16 people: 9 adults and 7 children. Beautiful garden with a small brook. The house is as close to the road, but that is only a small minus point. I can highly recommend this house. The surroundings are beautiful.

great house, plenty of room, spacious kitchen. showering with many people in quick succession (after mountain biking through the mud) is a challenge. the latter (14 were men) have missed an outside tap, the bikes in the river cleaned in the backyard.

I found the house super! The kitchen was spacious, the room was spacious. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds slept great! The bathrooms were also good. A spacious, modern and nice home that is well suited for large groups. We were there with eight adults and five children aged from 0.5 to 6 years. The house has enough bedrooms and separate dining, separate living room and a separate playroom, so you can have fun together and everyone can do their own thing. The location is ideal: in front a main road and back to a stream. So children can not run free. The start of our stay was not good: only half an hour after the agreed time, the manager with the key, so we had to wait in the freezing cold. The manager was very friendly and has ten times his apologies. Moreover, he specifically came back with a bottle of wine, a bottle of booze and a bag of candy to make it right.

The setting is beautiful, the house was clean, the atmosphere was good. But what living space is concerned, we found 7-adults and four children-it pretty tight. We had good weather and were able to get out much, but if the weather is bad it would be a problem. There was nothing-no bucket or tank-to just to do some laundry or to mop something.
