Villa San Massimo is located on the heights of Rapallo, in San Massimo, with a splendid view of the green and the Rapallo Golf Club, which makes the villa a perfect accommodation for golf players and fans.

The location is very convenient, especially for those arriving by car: the motorway exit is in fact only 3 minutes away by car. The villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for relaxation, as it offers plenty of peace, plenty of space and a relaxing location.

The entrance to the villa is next to the Valle Christi restaurant, and the access is marked by an uphill path. At the entrance, 4 outdoor parking spaces are available to our guests. The villa is guarded 12 months a year, as the guards live in a separate house on the property.

The villa is tastefully and elegantly furnished and equipped with everything you need:

- Ground floor with kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower;

- Upper floor with living room, mezzanine with double sofa bed and armchair bed, double bedroom, triple bedroom and bathroom with shower
- an annex with living room and kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

In addition to the annex, our guests will find a beautiful swimming pool and a wood-burning oven in the garden.
