The villa is situated in a quiet and elegant area, 800 meters from the town of Capoliveri and 900 meters from the sandy beach of Morcone (accessible on foot via a coastal path). These beaches are 900 meters and 2 kilometers away by car, respectively.

The villa is located in a commanding area with stunning views of the Gulf of Morcone, which is just a 7-minute walk (approximately 850 meters). This newly built villa, situated in a green and peaceful area, offers approximately 100 square meters of living space. It features an automatic gate and driveway for exclusive use, a large outdoor area, a covered veranda with a table and chairs, an outdoor shower and a built-in barbecue, private parking, a washing machine, digital terrestrial television, an electric stove, a microwave, and a comfortably furnished terrace with sea views. The house, with only one bathroom (shower), accommodates 4-6 people, distributed between the two double bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. This property is an excellent base for excursions to our most beautiful beaches, as well as for exploring the numerous trekking and mountain biking trails, since it is located on the edge of the famous Legend Cup route, which was the site of the final stage of the 2021 UCI Mountain Bike Marathon World Championships.
