Good reception, the house is in two parts: the holiday home and the part where the owner's mother lives. The mother is a lovely, very discreet lady. Owners are very helpful. The holiday home itself does need an update here and there: electric stove does not work very well, some windows close badly and the heating does not work properly. Wifi and cable TV work excellent. Environment is very quiet but very busy in the morning due to large school in the immediate vicinity.

We were well received from the owner, Everything was there in the holiday home, what is needed, nice large garden at the back. The holiday home is in a quiet location, not far from the forest and not far from the center.

At the market square in Malmedy you have to pick up the keys yourself. Not a holiday home. Garden is fenced according to description, it is not completely fenced. The street side is open. Dog was free, but still had to pay 5 euros for dog on the spot. Sunday stay according to Belvilla until 8 pm. According to the manager until 10 am. So we had to pack quickly at 1 pm, because it was rented out again at 4 pm. Regretful communication.

when the owner entered the house there was a sewer smell in the house from the bathroom, kitchen doors were loose and kitchen utensils were also due for renewal.
