The house on the lake is a dream - the best time to chill out and relax! The rowing boat ride is also worth it! The house was just as beautiful as in the pictures! We have great trips to renesse. Her is a beautiful spacious chalet, wonderfully located on the water. Everything is there. Clean and cozy inside. Around the chalet still deserves attention. Lots of cobwebs, uneven decking and weeds. But again, the waterfront location is perfect.

The chalet is well maintained, everything is present. Large terrace with a view of the water and a canopy available. Around the park, there is the possibility to walk dogs in a small nature area and the surrounding fields.

After we stood in front of the wrong house for half an hour because we didn't have a house number, we finally ended up in the right house. The weather was fantastic. The holiday home has a great location, but unfortunately, it is a bit worn and hasn't been properly maintained. It's a shame, as it could really be turned into a gem. But all in all, it was a very nice and relaxing stay.

The house is nicely furnished and clean. Since dogs are allowed, a vacuum cleaner would be good 👠unfortunately the door lock code was wrong, but after calling the hotline the problem was fixed. Finding a description of the house would be good, because no house number is given in the booking confirmation and unfortunately the house is a bit hidden 🙈 but the hotline helped quickly here too! A general explanation for the house rules would not be bad either. The organization needs to be improved. The cleaning team came a day before departure, although we had booked another day. According to the internet, the house was free from that day 🙈 otherwise we were satisfied 😀

Nice developed mobile home. Inside very neat, outside needs some maintenance on the fencing and scaffolding. The "park" is a bit untidy with dilapidated caravans and empty places, but otherwise the area is very nice for walking. You can swim from the jetty. Boat was also a hit. Very nice place for children of primary school age (with swimming certificate).

The location is very idyllic. The house is spacious and clean, and it has everything you need. The outdoor area is completely fenced, but not very well maintained. There were broken terrace boards that could have caused injury, and the windows haven't been cleaned in a long time. The location is very picturesque. You can see sheep grazing by the dyke, but the water resembles more of a pond. We didn't want to swim after all, even though there was a ladder into the water. The house is spacious and clean, and it has everything you need. The outdoor area is completely fenced, but not well maintained. The garden gate doesn't close. One of our two dogs was briefly missing. There are broken terrace boards that could have caused injury, and the windows haven't been cleaned in a long time. The seating in the living area, a very small couch and two small armchairs, was very hard and uncomfortable. The mattresses in the bunk bed were also very hard and uncomfortable. There is only a very old TV available, which does not have any German channels, not to mention streaming platforms like Netflix, etc. Unfortunately, we didn't like that at all, and it's not up to date anymore. Fortunately, we had nice weather, were out and about a lot, and could sit outside for a long time in the evenings.

Beautiful surroundings but there were some flaws in the caravan. Two lamps of the lighting above the table were broken (so only half lighting) and the pots / pans in the kitchen were out of order. For tall people like us, the furniture provided was too small (seat was very low to the floor and was hard).

A beautiful, but very quiet place. Fairly clean inside, but that you have to go through the room with a bunk bed to the other bedroom to get to that bedroom, we did not find it convenient. And because of all two rooms to get into the bathroom, I don't think it is a plus, and should have been mentioned in the description. Outside it was full of spiders and cobwebs, and not clean and tidy. Reason for us not to come back here again.

Inside everything is neat and proper. The sofa and the 2 seats are highly uncomfortable. It doesn't look like much outside, spinnerag and weeds everywhere. The beautiful lawn in the photos is a wilderness of one and a half meters high and therefore not usable. The cushions for the outdoor furniture are in a garden shed that stinks like the plague and so are the cushions Smell like that. Definitely not recommended and not worth the money at all...

We (2 adults, 2 dogs) were there in mid-September, oh man! the best time for this chalet is already behind it! It doesn't really look as nice as in the photos. The house was "well" clean on arrival (here and there dead flies were still stuck to the windows), the toilet and bathroom were clean and the shower (90x90) with enough hot water .Bedroom with French bed (140x200), the mattress so soft that I woke up with back pain on the first morning and it was repeated every day. The room with the bunk bed had a slightly musty smell, the window (with mosquito net) was there the entire length of stay over to the tilt position, then it worked. Kitchen: everything necessary was available, stove/microwave not used because we were always eating out, for breakfast the cutlery first needed a thorough cleaning! with more detailed research you could have found out what the predecessors were So ate! Dining area: chairs hard and uncomfortable, for breakfast it was enough. Positive, the window at the table with mosquito net

Location is okay, mobile home reasonable but everything outside looks terrible. Caravan is completely overgrown, weeds everywhere and the decking area is almost falling apart with loose boards and holes. The little boat has water in it. All in all, for that price, it's downright scandalous!

the house and the terrace and garden with lawn are in a catastrophic state.
When we arrived everything was still dusty and the floor was sticky. We had to clean it first.

Hello, upon arrival we already had problems with the door code that didn't work and the key was not there. The outdoor facilities are unkempt, outdated, and partially overgrown. The pictures on the website are over 10 years old and do not reflect the current condition. The walkway of the property is partially rotten, decayed, unacceptable, and dangerous. The apartment itself was acceptable except for the cleanliness of the kitchen cabinets and windows. The surroundings are very quiet, with no activities for children... However, there is beautiful scenery and paths for dog owners and cycling enthusiasts... The lake mentioned nearby is not suitable for swimming or for dogs to swim in... Since dogs are allowed in the vacation apartment, it is terrible that there is not even a vacuum cleaner available, the coffee machine does not work... TV is available but only has programs in Dutch or English. We are disappointed and do not recommend it... Regards, Sylwia

Wij (2 volwassenen, 2 honden) waren er half juli 2023 voor één week , tenminste daar hadden we ons op verheugd. Oh man, de beste tijd voor dit chalet zit er al op!
Het ziet er in het echt niet zo mooi uit als op de foto's. het huis was "goed" schoon bij aankomst (hier en daar kleefden dode vliegen aan de ramen), het toilet en de badkamer waren schoon en de douche (90x90) had voldoende warm water.
Slaapkamer met Frans bed (140x200), de matras zo zacht dat ik de eerste ochtend wakker werd met rugpijn en dit herhaalde zich elke dag. de kamer met het stapelbed rook een beetje muf, het raam daar (met hor) stond de hele verblijfsduur op de gekantelde stand, toen werkte het.
Keuken: al het nodige was aanwezig, fornuis/magnetron niet gebruikt omdat we altijd uit eten waren, voor het ontbijt had het bestek eerst een grondige schoonmaakbeurt nodig! met meer gedetailleerd onderzoek had men kunnen achterhalen wat de voorgangers aten!.
Zitbank en de 2 zeteltjes zijn hoogst oncomfortabel.
Eethoek: stoelen hard en ongemakkelijk
Buiten ziet het er niet uit, spinnerag en onkruid alom. Het mooie grasperkje op de foto's is een wildernis van anderhalve meter hoog en dus niet bruikbaar. De kussens voor het buitenmeubilair liggen in een tuinhuisje dat stinkt als de pest en ook de kussens zelf ruiken zo.
Wij zijn derhalve 2 dagen eerder naar huis gegaan en dit huis is zeker geen aanrader en zijn geld totaal niet waard...!!!

The villa is in a dilapidated condition. The pictures do not correspond at all to the current situation. The garden, flower beds, and courtyard are full of weeds and overgrown. Behind the villa, among the underbrush and bamboo, there is a rusty freezer. Some of the terrace boards are broken, and the terrace lighting does not work. The boat dock is rotten. The boat is very old and dirty. The grill is dirty. The garden shed is dirty and musty. Some windows cannot be opened, and the fly screens have not been cleaned in ages. In the bathroom, the light is broken, and the ceiling light fixture is hanging down. Pots are dirty. Kitchen cabinets are completely worn out. The landlord does not respond, even though we have contacted her. Only the location and the surroundings match the description. Therefore, this accommodation is absolutely in a dilapidated state and cannot be recommended at all.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this fantastic water villa in Ooltgensplaat. This unique home has a jetty with a boat and it is close to many beautiful walking and cycling routes. Ideal for nature lovers, and because of its central location also great fun for families.
The accommodation is located a few hundred meters from the center and harbor of the picturesque village of Ooltgensplaat. Take beautiful walks or bike rides through the Hellegatsplaat nature reserve or visit the nearby (family) beach. There are beautiful walking and cycling routes in the immediate vicinity, along the water (the Volkerak), towards the watchtower or at the Vogelboulevard. Ferry Waterpoort is around the corner and takes you (by bicycle) to various other beautiful places, including the Galathese harbor with pavilion and nature playground. Within 10/15 minutes you can drive to the Grevelingenmeer (diving, surfing). It is also a good base for further exploring Goeree-Overflakkee, the cozy Middelharnis, the large harbor and family beach in Herkingen or a 30-minute drive to the North Sea beach.
