I stayed at this lovely flat in Auteuil and it was honestly perfect for our getaway, The space was clean and nicely decorated, making it feel like home right away, We loved the proximity to the Bois de Boulogne for some nature walks, Only downside was the street noise at times, but it didnâ€™t ruin the experience for us, Would definitely come back!

Our experience was a nightmare. The apartment had a malfunctioning door lock and CheckMyGuest refused to believe there was a problem despite being sent a video and having two facetime calls demonstrating the problem. They sent someone to fix it while I was out, said it was fixed, but it was not. A few hours later (now 9pm) they sent someone else who fully broke the lock, making it impossible to enter the apartment, meaning we could not leave. They didnâ€™t offer us another place to stay until 11:30pm. By the time we got there, it was after midnight and the code they gave us did not match the kind of keypad on the apartment an did not work. They gave us an email to contact that bounced and did not answer calls. We were stranded in Paris after midnight with no place to stay. They never called the next day to follow up. We never stayed a single night in the flat or any other flat provided by the company. We had to find and pay for alternative accommodations. I am still trying to get my money back.
