A very nice apartment in a historic style in a farmhouse. Good equipment with outdoor area and barbecue. The welcome and care were very good and warm. We were there at the time of the tulip blossom at the end of April. Beautiful colors in the fields all around. The beach is half an hour on foot. Nearest supermarket 700m. By car you are fast in surrounding destinations, such as Alkmaar, Hoorn or Amsterdam. We can only recommend the apartment.

It was just great. Great we found that the bedrooms were separated by a corridor. So one could entertain and laugh in the beautiful living room, without those who had already gone to bed disturbed. Also the neglected garden is great. Even though the road passes by the house, we did not hear anything like it at night. Beach is also not far, a nice walk with the dog. One is central and comes well everywhere. The Helder and Texel are definitely worth a day trip. Very helpful and if you can not Dutch, also in English). We would have liked to stay longer.

Welcoming reception, very nice farm, beautiful decor (especially the painting with horse). Plenty of space, the dog immediately felt at home. Enjoy breakfast in the garden, lots of privacy. The traffic noise is clearly audible in the bedroom, but yes, we are "used to the silence at night (8 high in a very quiet residential area). But that meant our night's sleep was less. Walking with the dog went fine, wide cycle path, through trees and bushes separated from the road. About 300 meters away a very beautiful, quiet forest (Wildrijk) where you can easily walk for more than 45 minutes. It is better to go to the beach by car / (rental) bicycle. Is about 1200 meters but on the cycle path it is restless with all recreationists.At the end of the road is a spacious parking lot; almost everything, including the beautiful Schagen and Callandsoog is free parking. Then a walk of about 800 meters on the paved paths to the beautiful beach Strandpaviljoen Zuid is an absolute must, in terms of friendly and patient (with our playing dog) service, the menu and the quality of the food.And ....... the dog can stay with it. except for the noise in the bedroom it is an absolute must!

Super location and tastefully decorated. We had a good feeling from our arrival until our departure. Upon our arrival we were taken care of and afterwards we were taken away in the house. On the table in the room there was a bunch of beautiful roses waiting for us. On the table in the kitchen there was a bottle of red wine and a buttercup and even for the dog there were crumbs in his food tray. We immediately felt at ease. Absolutely great!

It was very nice, although we would like a nice view and that was not quite right with what was in reality, it was really very nice. A very cozy house with nice spaces where you can really feel "at home" and lots of kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses and a dog bowl (because the dog was also with us) Very good reception by Ria, with of course the apple pie that is mentioned everywhere, made good beds, towels in the bathroom. Close to a beautiful forest where you can walk and where it is also very quiet. And of course close to the beach and beautiful places such as Alkmaar and Schagen.

We had a wonderful week. Holiday home fully equipped and on arrival there was a delicious apple pie with a bottle of wine ready for us and also our dog was thought. The beds were made and everything was ready.Garden is cozy and delicious to stay at the bbq. The traffic can indeed be heard but after a day we were used to it. There is plenty to do in the area not to bore you. The forest and beach are within walking distance.

Located on the busy main road between Alkmaar and Den Helder, obviously there are times when heavy vehicles can be heard or even cause vibration.
A good sized accommodation, three good sized bedrooms, kitchen, diner more than adequate, although it did take me almost eighteen hours to realise that the sink taps in the wet room were plumbed the wrong way around.
Very comfortable all around the house, relatively accessible for the slightly less mobile, not suitable for wheelchairs.
Opposite the Noord Hollandse Canal, which is interesting when the barges and other vessels pass by.
Pizzeria just down the road, and local shops just a little further around the left hand turn at the Pizzaria. All in all a good base.

Owner not present despite arrival within specified time between 16-18 hours. Her reason for this was understandable but one phone call could have prevented this. The house was completely unrecognizable by photo, we traveled along 2x without recognizing it. There was definitely evidence that traffic was audible but photos on site did not give the impression that this historic farm is at a busy intersection. Bii entry very soft air, after all windows open this was quickly gone, but in 2 bedrooms there are no windows to open which we felt very annoyed. In addition, the house is in good condition, nice kitchen and 2 good bathrooms. 2 large bedrooms, the 3rd is not suitable for adults, so we can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The distance to the sea and forest is good to walk. Nice other places at short distance.

Nicely decorated, spacious house. Front half of old farmhouse. Everything on the ground floor. Located on a very busy intersection (also at night). No windows can be opened in 2 of the 3 bedrooms for airing. Bedrooms are all on the road side. The interior is beautiful and comfortable, but little attention has been paid to it technically. half of the taps work the wrong way round (hot-cold), wifi only work in part of huis.Op the bedrooms hardly any sockets, shower drain stinks, bad lighting in the bedrooms.The thermostat of the heating is in the utility room next to the central heating boiler , so heating is difficult to regulate.Gas heater in the living room works well, but the one in the kitchen keeps falling out.Spark ignition gas stove is broken, so bring matches, the oven works very complicated and there is no manual.Most cabinets in the house are closed (private), therefore not much space to store your own things.The house was not very schoon.Our dog was happy with the kibble from a previous dog that were still on the floor, we less with the hair that was still in the shower layers. In short: spacious and beautiful, but not high quality. Has much more potential.

Friendly welcome by hostess with tasty apple pie. Living area could be cleaned better. The interior is in keeping with an authentic home, however, it is not always comfortable. Chairs in the kitchen become uncomfortable when sitting for longer. Great beds.

The house was very big and we were also received very nice. The house was neglected and the sanitary facilities left a lot to be desired. The decor was cozy and the old house very well adapted. Unfortunately, the most remote in many rooms were not open.

The house does not correspond at all to the pictures .. also it was not mentioned that it is located directly on the main road .. very, very loud ... it was read that it is in the rear part of the property .. but that is not true .. therefore I ask for a concession from your side .. for me it is offered much too expensive ... I am very disappointed and therefore I will probably not book casmundo anymore .. a shame ..

We were very friendly empfangen.Die rooms are lovingly decorated as beschrieben.Leider has not been described that in the third room with twin beds no windows to open, so it was difficult to get fresh air into the room. Likewise, in the other two bedrooms was the air difficult. Unfortunately, given as an indication that you can hear the traffic in the garden, this is true but also for the interior, it was even at night not possible to sleep with open windows (tilt of the window is not possible), because you thought otherwise the cars and constantly honking trucks drive through Bett.Der front garden was rather ungepflegt.Seitlich the house was the terrace on the use, this was the rustic garden (this is meant positively) surrounded and invited despite the traffic to sit in all ein.Alles Gaus was acceptable and is designed really loving.

We were six adults in Wildrijk and have had a wonderful weekend. We were received very hospitable. There was coffee and tea with delicious syrup waffles. Wildrijk is close to the beach, so very convenient. Small disadvantage the beds in the third room are not really suitable for adults and the accommodation is fairly noisy. Very fine is a patio which can be used. We would occasionally the facility definitely book again.

We (2 couples between 25- 33 years old) were for three days in this apartment and it has been a good experience. We had our Labrafor with who was welcome there, just like us. We would very friendly and there also were equal to only two bowls and a blanket for our dog bereit.In the apartment heard little of the traffic on the road, we slept very well, even though we come from the country and rest are used to. the beach is walking a few meters, but it is worth a visit dort.Die Feienwohnung is well equipped and clean.

It is a short walk to the sea, but it is beautiful, and not too crowded, too fine for the dog !! Owner quiet, spacious cabin all present. Interior in style. Had a nice holiday, between the beautiful tulip fields.

The residence is 2 km from the seabeach and dune region, where you can enjoy a fun-filled day. There are many options for cycling, boating, and walking in the immediate vicinity. At only 0.1 km from the farmhouse, you have the town center with restaurants and cafes to enjoy the evenings. Supermarkets and bike rentals are available at 1 km. Nightlife can be enjoyed at the pubs 10 km away.
Central heating and a gas fireplace in the living room keep you cozy. You can cook delightful meals in the kitchen.
