Both the house and the location are fantastic! Check-in and check-out were super organized. Everything went smoothly and without any problems, so you could concentrate completely on resting and relaxing.
The surrounding area offers many opportunities for hiking and exploring. The castle and nature area are within walking distance.
All in all, we had a great weekend and would like to thank the host Pierre for the friendly and pleasant communication!

We have had wonderful days. Well received and friendly. The whole house was super clean and everything was there. The luxury of the wellness was top! Beautiful surroundings with beautiful hiking trails. Really recommended.

Nice house with good facilities and of course a few small minuses but generally very good. The shower is downstairs in the basement. So if you have to shower in front of the hot tub, the basement staircase and living room are wet. Beds are nice and it is all very clean.

Pros: Pleasant reception, attractive interior, kitchen fully equipped, relax in jacuzzi and sauna. Cons: 50 € supplement for wellness is not mentioned anywhere, bedrooms lots of light, swing and trampoline not found

The house was well maintained, Everything was as provided in advance and readable on the site (take into account extra costs for cleaning and energy consumption), Good reception, Enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna, The latter heated up a bit difficult, maybe it would help to keep the vertical part also close, so there is less need to heat up, A good paring knife would also have been welcome, but as long as it is ,,, In short, we enjoyed it very much, all the amenities you could wish for are present and the house has a beautiful location!

Friendly welcome, nice location. Very suitable environment for long walks. House was great in terms of size and tidy. Keep in mind a high rate for electricity and water !!! That is in addition to the rent.

Enjoyed fun holiday. Just home, in the description that it would be. 8 people We were two adults and two children and had plenty of living space. Six people could just but for 8 people is too small. Additional costs too much. Sauna has many, need to come up to temperature. Much time Hot tub was lovely and sunlamps also but very pricey. Included in the package, you have to pay and in hindsight too expensive. Gas and electricity are still over here. Setting is beautiful. Delicious bakeries nearby and Malmedy is a nice town, in Ovifat itself is nothing to do in the summer. In the area so well. Fun.

We were well received in the house at the appointed hour and were given a tour. The lady was very friendly and everything was done correctly. The cottage was as it was described on the site. Everything was there and very neat. Afterwards we have some faded of overheads. This increase rapidly. But that does not mean we have enjoyed less. Please note if your children / dogs come, the garden is not enclosed. They can just walk on the street. But it is a quiet street. Ideal for a weekend rest and relax!

The cottage is pretty good order and spacious. There is ample parking. The hot tub and sauna are a definite plus. Disadvantages are the unshielded garden, sauna and shower in a cold basement and stand the cramped bedrooms.

House was fine, jacuzzi really value! Keep (especially with a full occupancy) note that there is only one shower (basement) above is only a bath, albeit with shower. The bedrooms are noisy. There are the double beds, duvets and double mattresses (1.40)

We stayed there for a weekend and it was nice but there are also lesser zaken.Leuke aspects are the sauna and Jacuzzi. Junior aspects are the bedrooms where no privacy prevails seen these are adjacent and the rooms are not completely enclosed. You can just chat with your neighbors as there "holes" are to the rooms toe.Daarnaast not all four rooms same standard. There is also one made in the attic that you can call. Difficult room

We have the whole weekend in the Jacuzzi and sauna area. Really really enjoyed. The neighbor takes care of the jacuzzi, so he was cleaned every day. Lovely house, really a must!
