Nice home with all the amenities you need and a small welcome package and dishwasher. Keep in mind the stairs if you have a lot of luggage with you.

What a beautiful spot! The balcony was perfect for morning coffee with mountain views, The location is great for outdoor activities, and we found the hosts to be very friendly and helpful, Would definitely return!

We had already booked an apartment in July 2019 and also opted for these apartments again after an annoying holiday the year before. Now we had agreed with the lady on the phone that we would return to the same (front) side of the complex and in our opinion that was paid for. Upon arrival this unfortunately turned out not to be the case and we had to settle for an apartment at the bottom of the back. There was also nothing to arrange anymore, the lady at the counter said. We are very disappointed by this and are therefore happy to see our costs for that conscious choice in return. Which also seems more than just to us. Finally, we clearly indicated this in advance ... The apartment is very neat and clean. Great kitchen, and functional bathroom. Only the stairs are really terrible! We were right at the reception and that meant 75 steps down and up each time. Very awkward with in / out loading and out with small children. Even after a day on the skis you are not waiting for that.

It is a nice location, nice buildings but the pictures from the outside on this website are misleading. This particular apartment is the bottom and that is not what you see in the pictures. There is a photo of the building on the street side and then you see only 3 floors. At the rear, however, it goes down a few more floors and the lower apartments can only be reached via very many stairs (80 steps). It is quite dragging and lugging your luggage because the parking space for this apartment is along the street. In my opinion, the description of the apartment should be better and pictures of the stairs should also be added. We only found this information in the reviews, unfortunately after we had already booked. The apartment itself was fine, could have been a bit cleaner but it did not bother. Some things were missing in the kitchen (eg a cheese slicer or soup bowl) but that is not an insurmountable problem. Also the photos of the kitchen are no longer correct, a larger table with 6 seats has been added, there the coffee table is best in the way and also 1 of the seats is removed due to lack of space. Beds were fine (although they creaked considerably but you don't let your sleep for that :-)). In itself it is a nice apartment, all other guests pass by the terrace of this apartment so you can easily get to know your neighbors (because many have to take a break on the bench in front of the door and then go up the stairs). On arrival we immediately received the Wifi code, signal was fine and it is free (in the sense of: you do not have to pay extra for it, so included in the rental price). If you want to wash in between, there are 2 washing machines and a dryer in a room near the reception (which is only a few steps below this apartment). For a euro you can do a laundry (and for 2 euros it is also dry because there was no drying rack). If you want to walk 80 steps down (and also up again)

I had announced in advance by telephone that I would arrive around 5 p.m. This would be taken into account because the reception was open by default from noon to 2 p.m. Our arrival time was earlier than planned and we waited until the reception would be open for us at 5 p.m. At 5 p.m. the reception turned out to be closed. On the telephone number we first received an answering machine where a German telephone number was recorded. Not very handy to remember and then call. When we were successful we got a lady on the phone who gave us a code, which we had to key in on a locker, after which we could get the key. It turned out that the reception was not opened by appointment outside of standard times. They could have reported this better in advance by telephone contact. That would have been a lot more customer-friendly. The amount of stairs to get to the apartment, also disappointed us and is not reflected in the description. There was only one parking space available outside. There was no space available for a second car and a garage was also not offered. The decor was not entirely according to the description. There was no ceramic hob; the number of pans was limited; they were of poor quality and the other cooking equipment did not stop. The location is indeed close to the center. The area is beautiful with many options for an active holiday!
