There are restaurants and shops in the centre of Ramsau. The distances to all public amenities are 4.5 km to the Penken mountain railway, 1.5 km to the Horberg mountain railway and 1 km to the supermarket. Restaurants approx. 200 m. In summer, you get free admission to the outdoor swimming pools in Hippach and Mayrhofen. 5000 m² of land with garden furniture and children's play equipment are at your disposal. A large common room with a new modern kitchen as well as play area and a collection of games are also available. The house has 2 balconies. Parking on the property is free. The farm is operational (dairy farming/poultry) and is about 50 m from the holiday home. Products can be bought on the farm. The house was completely renovated in spring 2021. There are five rooms on the first floor and three rooms on the second floor, each with a shower and WC, satellite TV, free WiFi and a balcony. There is also an infrared cabin for 2 people in the new wellness room. The owner and his family live on the 1st floor of the house (same staircase) and the owner's parents live on the ground floor.
