Vacation home with 149 m² of living space and a 32 m² outdoor pool on the spacious property. Beautifully secluded, in a quiet and peaceful setting with lovely views over the surrounding fields. Originally built in 1969, the house was extensively renovated in 2006. It has a spacious entrance hall with access to a large bathroom with a bubbling whirlpool and pleasant underfloor heating. There are three bedrooms in the house; two of them with a double bed each, the third with a double bed and a fold-out double sofa bed. In addition, there is a spacious, separate annex next door on the property with a double bed and a refrigerator/freezer. The entrance hall in the house also provides access to the open-plan kitchen/living area with a dining and seating area for family life and a wonderful view of the heated pool in the garden. This can only be used from May 1 to September 1. Adjacent to this is the large terrace with seating and a barbecue. Spacious property with a fire pit for campfires, as well as a climbing frame and playhouse for the children.
