With 4 bedrooms and 6 sleeping spaces, the house offers plenty of space for families and friends. The spacious garden invites you to play and relax – dogs are welcome!
The Friesenkoje offers a bedroom on the ground floor, a kitchen with a living and dining area, and an accessible bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 more bedrooms and a bathroom (without a toilet) with a bathtub.
We've even taken care of our youngest guests and provided plenty of toys.

Our Meerzeit holiday home was completed in 2021 and is equipped for up to 6 people.
The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and modernly and has underfloor heating throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay even on cold winter days.
In the entrance area to the right is a small toilet with a walk-in shower. The utility room is also on the right, where you can use a washing machine free of charge.
The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The living and dining area features a large couch, a comfortable seating area, and a large flat-screen TV. Our kitchen is also fully equipped.
On the first floor there are three further bedrooms: two with a single bed each and one with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm). All bedrooms have TVs. A beautiful, large bathroom with a walk-in shower (150 cm x 100 cm) is also located upstairs.

The holiday apartment is a 99 m² attic apartment, which will be newly built into the Gulfhof in 2017. The apartment was recently completed.
It features a large living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a spacious shower room, and a storage room integrated into the apartment.
The living room has been extended by a loggia set into the roof, from which you can enjoy the expanse of East Frisia...
Inside the barn, there are various common areas available to all holiday guests of the "Uplewarder Grashaus."
