These are always on the ground floor and have a small, unfenced garden with terrace. You reach the front door via a stairway that goes down from the entrance to the building. There is also a 4-6 person apartment (DE-59955-125). These are always on the ground floor (see DE-59955-124) or on the first floor. Lastly, there are the 6-8 person apartments with two en suite bathrooms (DE-59955-126). This type is spread across two levels, the second floor being a spacious sleeping loft. The 8-12 pers. apartment consists of two 4-6 pers. apartments, connected by a deviding door. All apartments boast a modern and comfortable interior design and have a combination microwave, a dishwasher, box spring beds and a roomy balcony or terrace with garden furniture. From the balcony you have a view of the vibrant centre of Winterberg, which is a 10-minute walk away. There is nothing but nature directly to the north of the complex.
