Away from traffic, in an absolutely quiet and sunny location, lies our non-smoking holiday apartment with two separate bedrooms on the ground floor. The comfortably furnished apartment offers 57 m² of living space: an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and two separate bedrooms for 2-3 people. A large, walk-in rain shower is also included. Our spacious garden offers plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation. A separate room is available for bicycles and skis. Parking is provided in a covered carport. The Wellenberg swimming pool and Laberberg cable car are just a short walk away. We offer heavenly peace and quiet, an idyllic setting, and are always happy to assist our guests.

Modern 55 sq m apartment on the 3rd floor with a south-facing balcony. The bright, light-filled living room is perfectly furnished with a sofa, armchair, table, and TV for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is high-quality and very well-equipped. The bedroom features a custom-built double bed made of solid oak and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has Italian tiles, a large shower, and high-quality fixtures. The center of Murnau is a 5-minute walk away.

The size of the house offers ample space for multi-generational gatherings. It features two bathrooms and a separate toilet. In good weather, the garden and roof terrace provide space for barbecues and relaxed get-togethers. The rooms are spread over three floors. One bedroom on the first floor is open to the staircase and serves as a connecting room. On the lower floor, one of the two bedrooms is also a connecting room. This holiday home is ideal for families, couples interested in culture and/or hiking, or groups seeking a relaxing holiday near mountains and lakes. After a day of activities, you can find peace and quiet in a comfortable setting. Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge. The house is non-smoking. The garden offers seating and a sun lounger.

The holiday apartment was completely renovated in 2019, elegantly refurnished, and offers all modern amenities. A spacious, covered terrace allows you to enjoy the pleasant air and stunning sunsets, even in the rain. The entire apartment features oak parquet flooring. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, as well as a large wardrobe sufficient for two people. The children's room offers two single beds, also with bedside tables and reading lamps, and a large wardrobe. The living and dining area offers additional sleeping space (140x200 cm) for two people if needed. The living area includes a television with satellite reception and a selection of games and books. The dining area seats six people. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, and an oven, a dishwasher is also included. A toaster, kettle, and fully automatic coffee machine are provided; cookware and other kitchen utensils complete the offering. The bathroom features a spacious shower with a shower screen, a bathtub, a toilet, two washbasins, and two mirrored cabinets. The washing machine and dryer are also located here. In the hallway, a wardrobe provides ample storage space for clothing and personal belongings.
