In the 2000 square meter garden, you can enjoy your time undisturbed, observe and eavesdrop on cranes in the field, watch birds of prey hunting, or experience the unobstructed starry sky. The grounds offer several seating areas, a terrace, a grill, an open fire pit, a laundry area, and are fully fenced.

The holiday apartment has two large balconies. From one of the balconies, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, while from the other, you can enjoy the view of the promenade of the Baltic Sea resort. From May to September, a beach chair is pre-booked for your entire holiday and is available to you free of charge. A parking space is available on the grounds of the residential complex. If the weather doesn't cooperate, you can use the wellness area in the basement of the building, which features an infrared cabin, sauna, steam bath, experience shower, heated bench, and fitness room. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the apartment. There's a bike rental service on site, and we offer special rates for our guests outside of peak season.

Thanks to its central location, the seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe, and Göhren are also easily accessible by public transport. Free parking is available at the house.
