Located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, directly on an outskirts of the Rügen Lagoon, you'll find your oasis for exploring the holiday island of Rügen. Under new management, this modern and high-quality furnished semi-detached house offers comfort for four guests. It features two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor, a living room with a modern kitchenette, a guest toilet, and a glass-enclosed entrance area on the ground floor. Satellite TV, a flat-screen TV, parking space, washing machine, and Wi-Fi are included. A maximum of one dog is permitted (subject to an additional charge) upon consultation with us. A rowing boat is available to guests free of charge and at their own risk. Guests must bring the boat to/from the house and clean it themselves.

The holiday apartment is located in a quiet house in the center of the seaside resort of Altefähr. It is on the ground floor, has a separate entrance, central heating, a fitted kitchen, a full bathroom, and a free parking space in the courtyard. Guests are also welcome to use the spacious garden for barbecuing, sunbathing, and playing. Since the "Gartenidyll" and "Achterkoje" holiday apartments are located on the same property, just a few meters away, you have the option of booking both apartments at the same time if needed. The "Seebad" holiday apartment sleeps 4, the "Gartenidyll" apartment sleeps 6, and the "Achterkoje" apartment sleeps 8.

The semi-detached house offers a high standard of amenities on three floors. The house is designed for use by a maximum of 4 adults, 1 child up to 5 years old, and 1 child up to 2 years old. It is our goal to provide a high standard of seating and sleeping comfort and wellness-oriented relaxation. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a whirlpool. The attic features a sauna for 4 people and loungers. In the living room, you can enjoy warmth and coziness at the touch of a button thanks to a gas fireplace. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, so even preparing and presenting meals could be a holiday highlight. The master bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed. Another highlight of the room is the permanently phosphorescent starry sky.
