The beach chair (available from May to October) invites you to simply unwind with a good book in hand. The bathroom with a window has a toilet, shower, and sink. The apartment includes a parking space. Wi-Fi is free. Your bikes can be locked in the shed. The entire house is non-smoking. Your four-legged friend is welcome (for an additional charge).

The approximately 52 sqm holiday apartment "Franzi 3" is located on the ground floor. Here, you'll find peace and relaxation, away from the tourist crowds. The apartment features a lovely terrace where you can start the day with a hearty breakfast and end it with a glass of wine. Due to road construction work, the access road to Haus Franzi will be closed from January to July 2025. The free Brückendamm parking lot is available to our guests during this period.
