We warmly welcome you to your holiday home "Grüppenhus," named after the dike outflows, the "Grüppen." Step in and feel at home: everything you need for an unforgettable holiday on the North Sea awaits you in 76 square meters. For your comfort, even in winter, all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, and the living rooms and bedrooms on the ground floor and first floor have wooden floors. On the ground floor, you'll find the living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with 5 chairs, 2 Tripp Trapp high chairs (if required), a comfortable multifunctional sofa, a fireplace, a smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a game console (Wii U), a shower room with toilet, and a utility room. Our kitchen is equipped with everything we love: a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. We also offer a Nespresso machine with milk frother, French press, espresso maker, single-serve teapot, ESGE magic wand, as well as a KitchenAid kettle and toaster. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, dresser, and smart TV, and the other with two beds and a large built-in wardrobe. Next to it is the spacious shower room with toilet, plenty of storage space, and a towel warmer. In the attic there is another bedroom with a single bed and a French balcony. If required, we are happy to provide two travel cots with mattresses. We are also happy to provide bath towels and hand towels (for a fee). The outdoor area includes the furnished terrace (west-facing) with a beach chair and lawn, as well as a parking space and a bicycle shed. Beach chair: And as a special feature, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the Ording beach. Families with children or couples who love the North Sea climate and are looking for or want to experience it are in the right place with us. Simply switch off, leave the stress of everyday life behind, relax in a beach chair on the terrace overlooking the dike or in the sauna. Grilling in the garden on the Weber grill or cooking in the cozy kitchen with the Thermomix – depending on the weather, you can enjoy it here. In our house, you can enjoy the North Sea to the fullest – first a leisurely hike on the dike, then warming up in the sauna and relaxing in front of the fireplace. The special atmosphere invites you to leave the stress of everyday life behind and let yourself be carried away by the peace and quiet. The house covers approximately 68 square meters. The living room leads to a small alcove with a mattress on the floor, where a fifth person can sleep. From the living room, you enter the bedroom with a double bed and access to the south-facing terrace. The bathroom with a sauna is also located off the living room. Through the front door, you enter the kitchen, from which you can access the room with the two bunk beds. The bathroom and kitchen are tiled with elegant dark tiles, and the living room and bedrooms feature wood-look laminate flooring. The large dining table with seating for up to 6 is also located in the living room. The TV and stereo system are also located there.
