Nearby you will find the well-known departure point Skrelia with great hiking opportunities. It is also possible to swim in fresh mountain lakes nearby. In the cabin, you will find a folder with information about sights and excursions in the local area. Pleasant cabin with a fantastic 180 degree sea view. Ideal for experiencing the northern lights and midnight sun. Rebbenesøya is an island at the far end of the sea gap with fantastic nature and a rich wildlife. There are approximately 50 permanent residents on the island in addition to many cabins/holiday homes. Several daily ferry connections (Mikkelvik – Bromnes) make the island easily accessible by car, 1 h 45 min journey time by car including ferry from Tromsø airport. Daily bus connection on weekdays. The 45 m2 cabin was built in 2011 and has two bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen and a large loft accessible by loft stairs. Cozy living room with wood-burning stove, Wifi, and TV accessible via Chromecast. The bedrooms have double beds. In addition, there are places to sleep for two on a mattress on the loft. The loft has a height of 1.28 m in the middle. There is a grocery store in Engvik in the south of the island, 11 km from the cabin, and a summer cafe just 400 m north of the cabin. The area has a rich fauna, and you will be able to experience reindeer up close. Parts of the island are landscape protection areas due to nature, wildlife, and geology. There are many hiking options, from easier hikes in the lowlands, e.g. to Bromnes-Toftefjorden, and to well-marked hikes to mountain peaks such as Storfjellet 431 m, Løkstinden 450 m and Helvetestinden 674 m. There are lavvo and gapahuk which increase well-being by being out in nature even when the weather is not at its best. There is plenty of fish in the sea around Rebbenesøya and possible to fish with a rod from shore. In winter, you can experience nature on skis or with snowshoes. Pleasant cabin that sleeps 8. The cabin was built in 1998 and is 85 m2. The large terrace has garden furniture and a gas grill. The cabin has an open kitchen/living room solution with all the equipment you need during your stay. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed in each, as well as an annex with a double bed. The cabin has a WC with a washbasin and a separate room with a shower cubicle. Heating with heat pump. Parking for 3 cars as well as a carport under the cabin. The area offers a wealth of activities and nice places to visit, e.g. Lyngdal approx. 8 km away: a cozy little town with shopping streets, restaurants, library and cinema. There are also many good hiking areas in the immediate area around the cabin. Great swimming area with sandy beach at Rosfjord camping. In Spangereid you will find Norway's southernmost underwater restaurant, 13 km from the cabin. Here you will also find the Spangereid Canal. There is a zoo for children in Mandal (40 km) and 95 km to the famous zoo in Kristiansand.

Great cabin in magnificent nature at Treungen. Great hiking opportunities all year, alpine or cross-country skiing, swimming or berry picking. Swim in the lake Bjønntjønn from beach or cliffs. Aslo great swimming spots in the famous Jettegrytene, and Fjone beaches with lovely sand. The cabin has great standard and contains a spacious open living room/kitchen with plenty of space for everyone around the table. 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed and 3 with bunk beds. Some of the lower bunks are double, so it is possible to bring two extra children. Living room with TV, internet and a cozy fireplace. Two bathrooms and a lovely sauna for cold days. Outside there is a large terrace and a great barbecue area with a fire pit. Swing stands on the property and a playground in the immediate area with play equipment and football goals. A short drive to Gautefall alpine resort (5 km) with slopes and lifts for everyone in the winter, also great for biking in the summer. Several fishing lakes in the area, the closest are Rosstjønn and Bjønntjønn. Fishing licenses are purchased locally, information can be found on the internet, often there is also information on the notice board by the rubbish bin. The Fjone ferry in Nissedal, MF Nisser, takes you across the Fjonesundet between Fjone and Framnes, a 500 m wide strait in Lake Nisser. The ferry connects the east and west sides of Nisser and is part of county road 3380 towards rv. 41, Telemarksvegen. Fjoneferja is Norway's smallest cable ferry and has room for three cars or one truck/bus. Owned by Nissedal municipality, ferry timetables and prices can be found on Visit Telemark's website. Hulfjell family park has animals, a water park, and farm activities, and is a popular place to visit in the summer, approx. 37 km from the cabin.

In winter, there are great slopes only 300 meters away. The cabin consists of a open kitchen and living room, channel package from Canal Digital. The area is characterized by magnificent nature, a wide panorama and wonderful sunny conditions. Nature offers a multitude of experiences throughout the year. Only 10 minutes' drive to Norefjell ski center with 13 ski lifts that bring you to 25 km of groomed alpine slopes, divided into 26 runs of varying degrees of difficulty, and with a height difference of 1010 metres. From the property it is approx. 300 meters to groomed ski trails with ski-in-ski-out that take you to the trail network in two directions. The machine-groomed trail network stretches from Norefjell, Tempelseter, Høgevarde and the Haglebu area. The area also offers nature experiences in summer, either on foot, mountain bike or on horseback. Walking distance to the lakes Djupsjøen and Sjusjøen with swimming and fishing. Marked paths to 1459 m above sea level. By Noresund, there is an 18-hole golf course. Wonderfully preserved farmhouse from 1790, ideal for two to three families or a larger group who wants to experience relaxation, water fun, and fishing. Feel free to visit the Staubø Culture Center (7 km) with a gallery, handicrafts outlet, café, culture trail, and kayak rental, or take a day trip to the towns Arendal in the south and Risør in the north. Great year-round cabin with a high standard, located in beautiful nature an hour and a half from Tromsø. Here are good opportunities to experience the northern lights from the outdoor hot tub. The cabin was built in 2009 and modernized in 2015, i.a. with its own lounge section and sauna. Here you will find a jacuzzi, good storage space, nice outdoor and hiking areas. Shops and places to eat can be found a short distance away. The cabin has plenty of beds with two large bedrooms on the first floor and a large bedroom in the loft. In addition, there are two beds in the atmospheric annex. There is a living room with fireplace heating, as well as a living room in the loft as well. There is a TV screen that you can connect to your PC, remember the hdmi cable. It is mod broadband, so the connection can be unstable. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a family bunk, lower bunk is 120 cm wide. Bedroom 3 in the loft has two wide beds, here is a sloping ceiling. Maximum ceiling height is 175 cm.
