The holiday home has a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Wood-burning stove. From the living room, you have access to a large terrace with a lovely view of the sea. 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with one extra sleeping place. From the living room, there is a staircase to the attic which can be hidden during the day. The stairs are not suitable for children or elderly guests. In the loft, which can be closed with a hatch, there are two beds with a width of 120 cm. From the holiday home it is approx. 800 meters walking distance to nice fishing spots. Feel free to ask the landlord for tips. Firewood can be bought at Langevåg, approx. 12 min drive. At Langevåg, you can also take a boat to Espevær, a beautiful island in the sea gap with a mysterious UFO ring. Lovely holiday home in secluded location and beautiful nature in Solåsgrenda in the southern part of Skrim with a view of Svarstad. The cabin has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. There is a double sofa bed in the living room and a mattress in the loft. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Comfortable cabin with in idyllic and quiet surroundings by the Åsenfjord, 50 km north of Trondheim. Sunny and child-friendly plot with a view of the fjord. Nice starting point for day trips by car. Fishing opportunities in the lake where a boat can be rented. The cabin is pleasantly furnished and has 3 bedrooms with a double bed in each room. Tiled bathroom with heating cables in the floor. In the living room is a wood-burning stove that provides good heat on cool days. From the living room there is access to a large terrace with a lovely garden room, garden grill, barbecue kitchen and outdoor furniture. The whole family will enjoy themselves here. On the lawn below the terrace is a trampoline. The garden room at the terrace can only be used between April 1st and October 1st. From the cabin and the terrace there is a great view of the fjord 100 m below. The beach is shallow and child-friendly and offers great opportunities for swimming for the whole family, from the beach or from the jetty. Good fishing opportunities and a boat with a motor is moored at the floating jetty and can be rented. Salmon fishing can be done in the river Stjørdalselva or Verdalselva. Nice walking opportunities, 300 m to a hiking trail. Nice starting point for road trips. There are many monuments in the area that are worth seeing: the monastery ruins at Tautra by Frosta, Stiklestad church from the year 1100, built on the site where Olav Haraldsson fell in battle in 1030 m.m. 60 km to the city of Trondheim with many sights, shops and restaurants. The entrance is on the first floor where there is a large living room with two dining areas and a lovely view. Large terrace outside the living room. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed and a bathroom with shower and “pumpedo”/toilet; it works like a normal toilet but makes a bit of noise when you flush. There is a sauna directly from the bathroom on this floor and washing machine available in the storage room. Outside, there is a large terrace and a pleasant barbecue area under a roof. The person who lives there does not use the terraces and outdoor areas belonging to the house and will not be a nuisance to holiday guests. Nesøya offers great scenery, nice hiking trails and great swimming opportunities. It is only 20 minutes to Aker Brygge and Oslo's bustling summer life. Great holiday house for both city breaks and relaxation. A small boat is included in the rent, as well as 4 Inter medium windsurfing boards and a kayak. Lots of life jackets available. Larger boat for rent. Public beach 150 meters from the house and a beach only for a few neighbors 250 meters away. Great opportunities for swimming, fishing, and great boat trips. Several bicycles included should you wish to go on a bike ride. Short journey by boat to Aker Brygge or Drøbak, both with guest piers. There is a tennis court nearby that can be used but this needs to be arranged with the owner in advance. This is a quiet and peaceful area best suited for one or two families on holiday.
