Charming, vertically split fisherman's shack in Henningsvær, Lofoten's biggest fishing village. The holiday house is secluded in a quiet area, far east in the village, with a fine view of the sea and mountains. The house is tastefully furnished and has terraces on both sides, for you to enjoy the morning and evening sun. The lower bunk bed is 1,20 cm wide, with a single upper bed. The mezzanine has extra beds. You can walk from the cottage to the harbour. There is a grocery shop and restaurants that sell local food. During the annual "Lofotfiske" there is lots of activity here, when fishing boats deliver their catch in the harbour. In the old days, the harbour would be filled with boats and more than 10 000 fishermen. Deep Sea Rafting, bike rental, kayaks and ocean fishing, are some of the activities you can experience here. Signed trails lead up the mountains, enjoy the stunning view from the top. 7 km to a beach in Rørvik. This is a great starting point for day excursions around Lofoten.

Lovely cottage in a modern style with a panoramic view over Kvitfjell. Perfect for the extended family or group of friends where you can really enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. The cabin is located on the west side of Kvitfjell. The cabin has 11 beds in 4 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and three have a family bunk bed with a 120 cm double bed downstairs and a single bunk upstairs. 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine, large open plan kitchen combined with dining room, living room with TV and fireplace and a loft. It is a bright and nice cabin with tiled floors. The common areas consist of a kitchen, dining room, loft and living room in one large room. This gives the cabin a good and practical layout. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and right next to the kitchen is the dining table, which has two benches on each side with sheepskin on it. The living room is open and nice with high ceilings, and contains soft sofas, TV, and fireplace. The loft leads up from the living room and contains a small TV nook with Netflix available for our guests. The cabin contains a large and nice terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The area around the cabin consists of great walking opportunities arranged for both cycling and walking tours. Not far away you will find small centers such as Ringebu and Fåvang where there are shops, petrol stations and eateries. From the top of the mountain there is a magnificent view of the ocean and the many islands beyond and the Lofoten Islands to the north. 8 km to Langsanden on the island's west side, which is an idyllic sandy beach where you can wade and swim and enjoy the fresh sea air. When the midnight sun shines in spring and summer, the area is incredibly beautiful. Sandhornøya has a bridge connection to the mainland. Car trips are recommended to the Saltstraumen, which is the world's strongest tidal current, and to the coastal town of Bodø in the north with many sights, including Aviation museum where old historic aircraft can be seen. In the south, the Svartisen glacier can be seen in the Holandsfjorden.
