In the summer idyll Kungshamn and in beautiful Knutsvik, this cozy cottage is located next to the mountain, with lovely lawn and in direct connection to forest with mountains. Ideal for families with children who love to go on a journey of discovery. The cottage has a private patio at the back with several outdoor groups and pergola. A couple of meters outside on the slope there is a lovely outdoor kitchen with barbecue and bar table for common hanging. There is both electricity and running water for cooking both lunch and dinner. On hot summer days there is also an outdoor shower on the plateau above the cottage. Entrance to the cottage directly adjacent to the terrace which has a spacious hall. To the left is one of the bedrooms which has a double bed, 140 cm. There is also a wardrobe for clothes storage and a TV. Next door is the cottage's bathroom which has a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. Straight ahead is the kitchen, complete with everything needed during the stay and kitchen table for those who are up early and want to grab a sandwich. To the right is the living room at an angle with a large lovely sofa and TV as well as a large dining area for shared meals. There is a single bed 80 cm and in the evenings you can light a cozy fire in the stove or enjoy the crickets playing if the balcony door is open to the terrace. Adjacent to the living room is another bedroom with wardrobe and a single bed, 80 cm. High chair and travel cot available. In the basement there is a freezer and washing machine. At the end of the lawn towards the forest edge is the friggeboden which has two single beds, 90 cm. Here it is popular for the older children to sleep and hang out together. The accommodation is intended for a maximum of 6 people + baby in a travel cot. Youth groups can not book the cottage without the guardian's company during the entire stay. Charging of electric car is available as well as space for friends in motorhomes, both through additions on site. There is also a mooring (2x6m) with a small boathouse and fishing gear that can be booked on site, as well as a loading ramp if you bring your own boat. The holiday home is centrally located, in the town of Kungshamn, and within walking distance of summer season activities, as well as bathing locations. Your holiday home is a small and homely room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, on the bottom floor of a charming fisherman's cottage. The rest of the cottage is empty so you will have privacy and you will have the garden to yourselves. It's located a mere 30 metres from the sea and includes a large, furnished terrace from which you can admire the delightful view of Tångenrännan with it's little angler's houses. It's a 200 metre walk from the cottage to the lovely bathing spot Tången, with it's cliffs and sandy beach. You will also find little bridges leading to other islands. Kungshamn and Smögen offer an array of activities such as charter boating, fishing, swimming, and the beautiful wildlife park Nordens Ark, a park with endangered animal species. Welcome to this charming holiday home! This cottage is set on the same garden plot as the owners home. It is close to coast, north of Kungshamn. On the bottom floor, there's a kitchen, a living room with a sofa suite and a TV, and a bathroom with a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds in each. The third bedroom has one single bed and a cot. Two of the bedrooms are rooms you must pass through to get to the next bedroom. Note that there is no possibility to charge electric cars at this house. The seaside is within walking distance, only 900 metres from the cottage. Kungshamn, Smögen, and Hunnebostrand are all about 10 kilometres away. Golfers will enjoy Sotenäs Golfklubb. Sotenäs has a top notch 27-hole golfing course. In Smögen you will find plenty of shops and restaurants, and the famous dock Smögenbryggan. Here you will also find Nordens Ark, a park for endangered animal species and a petting zoo with farm animals. There are plenty of other lovely towns and attractions in the area.
