The holiday home is a tastefully decorated flat on the bottom floor, well equipped, and has it's own entrance and an outdoor sitting area. The flat is 70 square metres and features a light and airy kitchen with a kitchen table and a beautiful view of the sea. The living room has a TV, DVD and Chromecast and a sofa bed with a width of 140 centimetres. The beautiful bedroom has a comfortable double bed in it. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, a bath whirlpool with a handheld shower, a washing machine, and a dryer. There's also a small home gym that you have access to. Your flat is close to three different bathing spots: a sandy beach with shallow water, a bathing spot with cliffs, and the pier. The charming fishing towns of Hälleviksstrand (3,5 kilometres) and Mollösund (5 kilometres) are well worth a visit. Don't miss the lovely café Sjöbodscafét, set amongst the boat docks in Hälleviksstrand. The owners of the this great holiday home also own Anders Båt och Brygga, which arranges fishing trips, seal safaris, and lobster fishing. The city of Gothenburg is 80 kilometres away, offering shopping, culture, and the amusement park Liseberg. The owners lives in the floor above you. Welcome to a fantastic house on the edge of charming Hälleviksstrand with a seafront and peaceful location! The house was built in 2021 with good feeling and taste, where the boundary between inside and outside has been blurred. A perfect house for a family or party that wants the "little extra". Here you will enjoy yourself! You live on a wonderful plot that borders nature with forest and protective mountains where silence reigns and only the sounds of nature like the chirping of birds are heard. The house has an open floor plan and large windows that make the boundary between the outdoor and indoor environment blurred. High ceilings also make the house feel bright and spacious. The house has an open floor plan with a combined kitchen / living room with a nice dining area as well as a tasteful sitting area and sliding glass doors to the large terrace. Two bright bedrooms, one with a double bed that has a TV and access to the terrace and the other with two single beds, a loft bed and a desk corner. Tasteful fully tiled bathroom with washer / dryer. Spacious and nice terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful plot and nature around you. Here you can serve a good meal with a drink and just relax. Higher up on the plot there is a seat that you reach via a wooden staircase where you have a view of the Bohuslän mountains. In about 15 minutes walk you reach the charming fishing community Hälleviksstrand where the boathouses are crowded by the water and the residential houses are close, close to the mountain above. About 900 m to the nice swimming area with both sandy beach, jetty and rocks. Feel free to stroll down to Hamnplan with the Kiosk and Erwings Junkfood, which among other things serve recognized good burgers on their deck right down by the piers. Many sights and attractions in the immediate area. Feel free to take the ferry from Tuvesvik to the nearby islands Käringön or Gullholmen. A truly unique and newly renovated holiday home, build in timber and located on its own beachfront property. The beachfront is on 11 hectares and is on the outskirts of the charming fishing community Hälleviksstrand. Enjoy the untouched setting with the lovely panoramic view and overlook the shifting ocean. The holiday home consists of a main building on 55 m² and two annex (10 m² and 12m2). There is very easy to relax here during all of the seasons. Enjoy the great atmosphere and the untouched nature on the large patio or around the warm wood burning stove during the cold evenings. This holiday home has a bright and modern decoration. The main building is made of a sunken dining area, a modern kitchen, a large living room equipped with a TV and around 30 different Swedish and English channels, two bedrooms (one of the bedrooms has access to the nice shower cabin) and a separate WC with washbasin. There are two extra beds which consist of a sofa bed in the living room. The two annexes have two beds each, and offer an amazing ocean view. You can take a swim in the private bay from the bridge which is part of the property and is approximately 300m away. There is also here where the boat is docked which is at your disposal. The boat is available during the weeks 20-40. The local beach offers both sand and rock beach, bridge and are about 750m away. There is approximately 7km to Ellös. Good to know: Simpler experience and knowledge of charts and/or plotters/gps is required if you want to rent the motorboat. Cost: SEK 1000 per week. Payment to the owner on site.

A wonderful house with a panoramic view of the ocean situated in the charming fishing village of Hälleviksstrand, in the archipelago. Includes a newly built, private boathouse (or Angler’s house), and a jetty, only 60 metres from the house. This beautiful turn of the century house is situated in a residential area. It has been renovated to a high standard. There is a large veranda with a gorgeous view. The two-storey boathouse includes a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave oven, two cooking hubs and a coffee maker. The two-storey house is tastefully decorated, light and airy. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped, open kitchen and a dining area. The living room has a wood stove and a TV with thirty channels, both Swedish and English. The ground floor also contains a tiled bathroom, and a bedroom with one single bed. On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms with three beds in one of them. The upper floor rooms have sloping ceilings. Washer and drier in the cellar/basement. There are several dining places by Hamnplan: Kiosken is situated by the jetties and famous for it’s hamburgers. The pub, Mitt Andra Hem offers live music several nights a week, and a microbrewery. Or you can visit Sjöbodscafeet which offers delicious sandwiches and pastries, and a beautiful view of the water. The owners of the café offer fishing trips,a seal safari, and lobster fishing through their other company, Anders Båt och Brygga. The boat is available during week 18-24 and 32-41. There is a public, sandy beach with a bathing platform 400 metres from the house. The closest town, Ellös, is only 7 kilometres away and offers basic services.
