Solvik offers a short walk of around 10 minutes to the swimming area at Almön. Here you can enjoy a large, lovely veranda with a dining area and lounge furniture as well as a hammock. A terrace with barbecue facilities, as well as a comfortable "cabana" for relaxation and sunbathing. In addition, there is a refreshing outdoor shower and a garden with space for play. Please note, however, that there is a pond on the property which is 1m deep, so non-swimming children cannot stay in the property for safety reasons! Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining room with wood stove, living room with TV and wifi via fiber, an office and a small bathroom with shower and wc. There is a bedroom upstairs with a double bed (160cm), a bedroom with a single bed (90cm), and a hall with a bed that can become a double bed (2x80cm). A folding bed is available to make up if needed. As it is an older house, the ceiling height is lower, especially on the upper floor. Desks are available both in the office and upstairs. If you want to sit on the porch and use the Internet, it may be a good idea to move the modem, because the brickwork of the house can dampen the coverage somewhat. You park in the driveway. Pets are welcome and will thrive on the large green area. The grocery store Almö Livs, 100 meters from the house, is well stocked and has its own restaurant and pharmacy. A gym, ST1, and a health center are located next to the store, and it is only 50m from the house to the bus stop with good connections to Gothenburg. Thanks to the noise barrier and planks, it doesn't feel like the house is so close to the road. A charming and well-equipped cabin of 30 m² with its own terrace, outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill is offered here - everything for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The cottage has a cozy family room with a small sofa and dining table. The kitchen is well planned and offers all the essentials despite the compact surface, including a real oven and hob. The small bedroom has two single beds (a´80 cm) that can be moved together to form a double bed if necessary. The bedroom has no door, but a curtain for privacy and a window with a blackout curtain. The bathroom is modernly equipped with a shower, wash basin, WC and a top-loading washing machine. The sleeping loft is reached via a steep ladder. Up here, there is a mattress (160x180 cm) on the floor under the pitched roof, which creates a high coziness factor for older children. Note that the loft has no boundary fence, so be careful. Explore the nearby nature and enjoy Nösund's nice bathing spot, just 5 km away.
