Right at the lake's edge is this lovely summer house. From the large balcony you look out over untouched nature and part of the small lake. Down by the water is your rowing boat. Maybe you'll be lucky and catch something for your barbecue dinner. Everything is quiet and still around the cabin. A gem for all nature lovers. The entrance is from the spacious balcony. From the hall you have two bedrooms on the left. One with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be put together to make one bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The kitchen, which has everything you need for your meals, has a dining area. The heart of the house is a large open living room with a dining area and a lovely wood-burning stove. From the outer part of the living room there are large windows and an exit to the balcony's wooden deck. The natural site slopes down towards the lake and around the cottage there is untouched forest. A short walk from the house is a small swimming area. The nearest place is Sätila and here you can find all services and a larger public bathing area. In Sätila there is also a steamboat that runs tours in the large lake Lyngern. In the vicinity of the cabin there is also a very special nature reserve with the Rammhultafallet, a mighty waterfall that cascades into Lyngern. The area has a unique nature consisting of forests, mountains and lakes. Here you live close to several attractions such as Tjolöholm Castle, A short drive from the cottage is the village of Äskhult, a living cultural heritage. There is also a lovely café here. Fjärås Bräcka is a mighty ice ridge formation that rises 60 meters above sea level. A fantastic view, walks, swimming and fishing attract here. Visit the Li burial ground, Halland's largest, with over 100 tombstones from the Iron Age. At the Naturum, which is open all year round, you can see an exhibition about the formation of Fjärås Bräkka and the popular café serves home-baked, organic and locally grown food. Also visit Kungsbacka and Hede Fashion Outlet. For those interested in fishing, there are several lakes in the area that offer good fishing. Fishing license required. Welcome to a paradise at the edge of the forest. Have a steaming hot cup of coffee on the balcony early in the morning. At the edge of the forest you can see moose and everything is quiet and still. Welcome to a lovely croft surrounded by untouched nature. A gem for all nature lovers. At the end of the forest road, nature opens up and here is your holiday home. From the entrance you enter a small hall. To the left is a newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There are two bedrooms, both with each a double bed (one is 140cm wide). In the centre of the cottage there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a wood stove. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two, a modern TV with Swedish channels and chromecast. The beautiful tiled stove is like a work of art and can be burned in during some rough, chilly evenings. From here you come out to a charming glass veranda and then on out to the terrace. In the nearby barn there is a decorated very cozy little party room. Here you set up for the party and evening meals in the light of candlelight and light loops. The plot includes everything you see around the cottage and there is also a smaller pond. Beyond the cottage, a small forest path leads down to the small Lövsjön. The forest is rich in wild game. I'm sure you'll see both elk and deer. In the forest there is also rich supply of mushrooms. The area has a unique nature consisting of both forests, mountains and lakes. Otherwise, take a trip to Gothenburg with Liseberg, Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium and Universeum which is only 30 minutes from the cottage. The cottage, which is from the beginning of the 20th century, breathes history and memories from the past. Small cozy hall at the back of the cottage leads into the kitchen complete with the equipment you need for your stay. On the right you have a bedroom with a double bed and in direct connection bathroom with wc, sink and shower. On the left from the kitchen you enter the living room which has a well-stocked bookshelf for those who want to enjoy some new reading. There is also a sofa with two armchairs, a small rocking chair and a cozy fireplace centrally in the room. Inside the living room is the dining room in a beautiful glass veranda where all the weekly meals are enjoyed. There is an exit to the soft lawn and a café set for the morning coffee. From the bedroom with the double bed by the kitchen, a staircase leads up to another bedroom with a single bed.
