If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly beautiful beaches along the coast, Julebodastranden, Haväng and Vitemölla to name a few. Nearby you have nice restaurants, Solgården and Café boule which are very popular. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. You are also welcome to visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik on Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few kilometers away you have Ales stenar, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is much to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Sommarland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes, Vombsjön and many other lakes are only a short distance away. The house is spacious and well-planned, with a very large natural plot shared with the other cottage if it is also booked. Inside, there is a large and inviting living room with plenty of seating and direct access to a generous covered terrace with a cozy outdoor fireplace – perfect for long summer evenings with friends and family. On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with single beds, a separate shower, and a toilet. The kitchen is centrally located and connects the different parts of the house in a homely way – fully equipped so you can easily prepare meals together. A somewhat steeper staircase leads up to the upper floor where five beds await: a single bed in a bright lounge area with fantastic views, two single beds in a cozy alcove, and another room with a double bed – perfect for a good night’s sleep.
