With proximity to the smokehouse, the sea, and enchanting views from the garden, this house is an excellent base for exploring the beauty of Österlen and enjoying its unique charm. Please respect private areas, and note that in some places in the house, the ceiling height is lower than today's standard. If you're looking to go on excursions, this location is very convenient. You have incredibly beautiful beaches along Ystad, Löderups strandbad, and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you wish to shop, eat well, or just stroll around. There's a highly acclaimed café down here, "Olof Viktors," which comes highly recommended. Also, make sure to visit Gamla bageriet – Örnahusen, Karl-Fredrik on Österlen, and Glimmingehus as well as Örum 119, a place for a true pizza lover. If you want to try something unique, you have the restaurant Vyn along the coast between Skillinge and Brantevik, run by Daniel Berlin, who previously ran a Michelin restaurant in Skåne. A short drive away, you have Ales stenar, Kåseberga, and much more. For the children, there is plenty to explore, such as Skånes djurpark, Ystad djurpark, Tosselilla Sommarland, and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also, take the opportunity to fish in Skåne's wonderful lakes.

In the middle of the Scanian landscape , here you get the opportunity to live on a farm. Here you have a residential part that was completed in 2023. Here everything has been thought of down to the smallest detail. It's so incredibly beautiful and craftsmanship is done with precision. You live with a beautiful view of the fields and have a lovely patio to read a good book, sunbathe or grill the evening's catch from the sea. It is also possible to buy fish from the well-known Kåseberga. The house consists of an open living area on the lower level where you can easily be the whole party and just hang out. Cook a good dinner, sit and play games. Even on those days when the weather is against you, here is very beautiful. There is also a comfortable sofa bed down here. In addition, there are bathrooms here that are large and incredibly well planned, where you also put in a combined washer and dryer. On the upper level there are two bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other with the option to have it as a double bed or two single beds. This is a perfect place for those who want to get away for a few nights to weeks. The location is perfect down on Österlen where you are close to a lot. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. Welcome to this lovely holiday home located on the beautiful south coast of Sweden! The area is called “the riviera of Österlen”. The cottage has a small kitchen, equipped with the necessary amenities. There's an extra fridge and freezer in the storage room, where you'll also find a washing machine. The main bedroom features a double bed. There's also an open plan bedroom/ living room with a bunk bed. In the living room, there's a sofa suite, a TV, and a HDMI-outlet. On the other side of the lovely conservatory, there's an annex with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a window overlooking the wooden terrace. The seaside is only 1.8 kilometres away. There's a lovely walking path that leads through the forest to the sea. There are several great beaches in the area, Mälarhusens Strandbad and Sandhammaren, to mention a couple. Both of these beaches have ice cream kiosks and public bathrooms. The water in this area can be deep in some places and shallow in others, so ask around if you have small children. Österlen offers plenty of art and culture, you will find many little art shops, farms shops, and second hand shops in the area. There are many great destinations for daytrips, such as Tosselilla and Fyledalen. The town of Ystad is 30 minutes away by car. Ystad is known to beone of southern Sweden's most beautiful towns. This is the town where the Wallander- films and TV-series were shot! Ystad offers a lot of sights, such as he monastery, Munkaklostret, and the cathedral. Be sure to visit the museum and the theatre when you are there. And don't forget the old town, with it's picturesque little alley ways, shops and cafés. Welcome to Österlen!

A lovely holiday home with a secluded location from the nearest neighbors, surrounded only by the beach forest with tall pines. Just 700 meters further down is Sandhammaren's wonderful beach. The large natural plot provides generous space for both adults and children with several patios, a decorated greenhouse and a play corner with sandpit. On sunny days, you enjoy the sun from morning to sunset over the plot and without transparency. The interior offers a modern interior with old-fashioned charm preserved. A spacious modern kitchen with dining area, an inviting large living room with cozy fireplace, the bathroom and a bedroom are on the ground floor. Upstairs leads to a TV room with storage space and where 4 beds are distributed in the two bedrooms at each end. The house is a converted croft that was last renovated in 2019 with a new bathroom and tiled patio. High-speed connection with fiber is connected, lawn laid as well as municipal water in the past year. The location of the cottage is excellent for discovering all the sights of the south coast. A couple of kilometers from here is Kåseberga with Ale Stenar, Dag Hammarskölds Backåkra, and Karl Fredriks at Österlen's garden and interior design store. The whole of Österlen offers lots of cozy cafes, art shops, fishing villages like Skillinge and coastal towns like Simrishamn and Ystad to explore!
