Welcome to this charming house in Österlen! Step through the door and let yourself be embraced by a sense of homeliness. The small kitchen invites you to a cup of coffee or a meal prepared with love. The bathroom is also by the entrance. Further on in the cozy living room you will find an oasis of calm, where a comfortable sofa and a small dining area are waiting to create memories and experiences. The joy of opening the patio door and stepping out onto the cozy patios, with a small patch of grass next door. When night falls, there are two options for a good night's sleep. Either in the cozy bedroom on the ground floor with a comfortable double bed, or you can choose to climb up to the spacious sleeping loft, where two single beds await to welcome you. For the younger guests, the sleeping loft invites adventure and play. Please note that the house has its own character, in some places in the house the wooden beams or the doorway may be slightly lower than today's standard with varying ceiling heights as it is an older stone house. The steep stairs up to the sleeping loft require a little extra caution. We ask you to respect the private spaces in the house. This is a place for you who want to get away from stress and city life, where tranquility is the focus. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have large, beautiful beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach, Kivik and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik på Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.

Welcome to a well-preserved Skånelänga from the early 1900s that has carefully gained a high standard in recent years. It is incredibly well planned and makes it possible for the company as well as the family to both have time together and be able to withdraw if desired. At the back of the house you can rest your eyes against a beautiful view of the plains of Skåne. The house is not suitable for small children. On the lower level you have a spacious living room with sofa, armchair and TV. Here you are happy to sit and relax after a day outdoors. You also have a very nice kitchen there that creates a desire to eat and embraces one of warmth. Here you stand with pleasure and cook. Here you can accommodate the family or company. The house's bathroom is large and renovated with today's high standards such as underfloor heating, which warms well. It is adjacent to the bedroom with a double bed (160cm) on the first floor next to the kitchen. You also have a washing machine and extra toilet on the lower level next to the stairs. A steeper staircase takes you up to two bedrooms and a larger living room. One bedroom has two single beds (90cm each) and in the other there is a double bed of 140cm. In the living room there is a daybed where you can relax and maybe read a book. The upper level is otherwise perfect for the children to be able to hang out on. At the back of the house spend time outdoors. There is outdoor furniture and a gas grill. You also have lawn and a very nice view! A pergola that additionally protects you from the worst rain.
