With several large social areas both inside and outside to socialize, your vacation will be memorable for family and friends in this beautifully decorated house. Through the entrance of the house there is a hall with entrance to the well-equipped kitchen for self-catering and also a patio door directly out to the back of the house with outdoor furniture. In the living room, the large sofa is the perfect place to relax in front of the fireplace and TV. There is also a dining area for everyone to gather around for shared moments. Two bedrooms with a double bed in each room and one bedroom with a wider single bed. The bathroom with shower and washing machine in addition to sink and toilet. A few steps down in the living room there is more furniture for relaxation and seating in front of the TV with Swedish channels. It is also possible to use your own program selection on this smart TV. Sliding glass sections make it possible from here to get out onto the terrace with various outdoor furniture to sit at. The parasol provides pleasant coolness on the sunniest days. The back of the house borders the forest and has lush hedges surrounding the garden, which provide good privacy. Here in Listerlandet along the coast there are many, very nice swimming spots to visit. There are also plenty of nice cycle paths. A 760-meter-long pedestrian and cycle bridge makes it possible to get to the small town idyll of Sölvesborg for shopping and restaurant visits for those who wish. Farm shops with locally grown vegetables and self-picking strawberries are popular during the summer here. From Nogersund you can take the daily boat service to Hanö with its unique nature. All-Swedish football is offered at Mjällby's home arena at Strandvallen in Hällevik for those interested. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly beautiful beaches along the coast, Julebodastranden, Haväng and Vitemölla to name a few. Nearby you have nice restaurants, Solgården and Café boule which are very popular. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. You are also welcome to visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik on Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few kilometers away you have Ales stenar, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is much to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Sommarland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes, Vombsjön and many other lakes are only a short distance away. There is room for family and friends to spend a shorter or longer stay with sea bathing, restaurants and beach bars in the area. Some open all year round and others only during the summer. The spacious house has a living room with a kitchen area equipped for self-catering and a dining area to gather around. In this room there are also two beds in a pull-out bed that is also used as a sofa in front of the TV with Swedish channels. In the bedroom with bunk beds there is also space for clothes storage. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. A ladder, extendable from the wall, makes it possible to get up to the sleeping loft, which is cosily furnished with two single beds that can easily be brought together to make a double bed. Outside the house there are several different opportunities to sit down and relax, but also outdoor furniture to have meals at. A charcoal grill is also available to guests. A short walk to Hällevik's beautiful beach with chalky white sand and next door to the hotel Havsbaden makes your stay here pleasant. On the spacious terrace there is outdoor furniture to eat meals at or relax in. The bright home has an open plan with a sofa bed in one part of the room and a kitchen for self-catering in the other part. There is kitchen equipment and a dining table with chairs for 4 people. A lounge chair with a footstool for extra relaxation and plenty of storage space. An attic ladder to the sleeping loft with limited ceiling height only has mattresses on the floor and is recommended for children of an appropriate age. The tiled bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower cabin. A short walk from the house there is a beautiful view with outdoor furniture that is made for a cozy evening at sunset over Karlskrona. From here a slope down to the jetty with additional furniture to sit at and a barbecue to use. The bathing ladder makes it easy to get down for a swim in the lovely sea with a sandy bottom. A more child-friendly beach a short drive away is in Trummenäs. A summer open restaurant and Viking village can be visited at the bridgehead on the neighboring island of Senoren. The archipelago traffic boats also depart from here, which easily take you into Karlskrona city. Attractions such as the Marine Museum can be highly recommended. Bicycles and boats can be rented from the owner on site. Wood-fired sauna is included but needs to be booked in advance by guests who wish this, contact the owner. Eriksberg's wildlife safari, half an hour's drive away, offers beautiful nature with freely roaming Swedish wild animals. There are also hiking trails around the area and a suspension bridge over the bay.
