The Kalmarsundsleden, which goes right past the plot, leads you down to the sea with a lovely walking path close to the sea. You have a wonderful long shallow white sandy beach called Sjöhagen 1300m away. A real gem, also known as Lilla Böda, where you can swim more undisturbed. The house was built in 2021 and is in top condition. The roof is open up to the ridge, which gives the house a lovely spaciousness. The kitchen is neat and here you have most of what you might need.
