Please note that the house is located near Highway 34, so please keep an eye on children as there are no fences. In the large garden, there are various outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The house has a large living room with an open ceiling to the ridge, where you can lean back in the sofa or armchair. There is also a writing desk for those who wish. The kitchen is modern and stylish with a pleasant dining area. You sleep in a bedroom with a single bed that can be pulled out and made up into a double bed. A steep staircase leads up to the nice attic where there is a 140cm wide double bed. The sofa in the living room can be made up into a 120cm wide bed. Bathroom with sink, bathtub, and toilet. You are close to more lakes and the coast. In Oskarshamn, you can enjoy sea bathing and a wider range of activities. You can take a day trip with the ferry to Byxelkrok on Öland. Even Oknö has beautiful sea baths. More Kastell, Smålands Grand Canyon with its 8 km long ravine is worth a visit. At the nature reserve Aboda Klint, there is a restaurant. You have two popular cafes in Berga that are worth visiting, Café Tre Århundraden and Elsabo Herrgårdsscafé. Elk park is in Målilla. You are also close to Glasriket and Vimmerby where you have Astrid Lindgren's World. Smaller grocery stores can be found in Ruda, while larger ones can be found in Högsby or Fliseryd.

You have a lovely garden with a beautiful gazebo and a nice covered terrace where you can enjoy a good meal in the evening sun. On the beautiful balcony, there is a bistro set for those who want to enjoy their coffee in the morning sun. On the lower level, you have a large living room with a large dining area and a sofa group in front of the big TV. In the large kitchen, you also have a dining area. You sleep in four bedrooms. In two of the rooms on the upper level, there is a double bed in each, in the third two single beds. On the lower level, there is the fourth room with a sofa bed that is 120cm wide. Bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower are available on both upper and lower levels. Fireplaces are available in several rooms, but they are not allowed to be used. Please note that the lawn to the right of the house is damaged by earthworks and will be sown with new grass. The back and front of the house are completely unchanged.There are non-operational barns, but you can sometimes enjoy watching cows grazing in the fields around the house. You are close to several lakes for swimming and also the coast. Beautiful Gösjön (6.3km) has a large beach with a diving tower and a jetty for lovely vacation days. There is also mini golf and a kiosk. Lakes with fishing opportunities are nearby, as well as Emån which passes just a kilometer away on its way to Em at Kalmarsund, the Baltic Sea. The house's entrance floor consists of social areas, such as a kitchen, dining room and two living rooms with sofa groups. Upstairs you have a total of four bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds. There are therefore plenty of beds, but the house is rented out to a maximum of 8 people. The house has only one small bathroom, it is located on the second floor and is equipped with wc, sink and shower. Note that the windows in the houses are older and very fragile and therefore cannot be opened. Burning in the fireplaces is not permitted. You are close to more bathing islands and also the coast. In Oskarshamn you can enjoy sea bathing and a larger selection. Here you can take a day trip with the ferry over to Byxelkrok on Öland. You also have nice sea baths at Oknö. Horses graze beautifully in the paddocks around the house and if you follow the extensive grounds through the paddock, a magnificent view of Emån opens up with the forest beautifully in the foreground. You have a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The house has a nice newly renovated kitchen with a dishwasher. In the living room there is a dining area and sofa group. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out extra bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two single beds each (lower ceiling height). The newly renovated bathroom with wc, sink, shower and washing machine is on the lower floor. Burning not permitted in the stove or wood stove. Electric car charging not allowed in the house, but the neighbor down towards Emån offers this for a fee. Emån is known for its fishing. Fishing licenses can be purchased via Högsby's Tourist Office. Högsby is a beautiful landscape with forested areas linked by a network of lakes, so there are plenty of bathing lakes. Gösjön's swimming area with jumping tower, mini golf and kiosk is popular. There is also a swimming area in the other direction in Övresjön in Fågelfors. More Kastell, Småland's Grand Canyon with its eight km long gorge is well worth a visit. There is also a restaurant at the Aboda Klint nature reserve. It is only 10 km to Högsby with a grocery store and restaurants and 40 km to the coast with Oskarshamn where you have a larger selection and lovely sea bathing. You are also close to the Kingdom of Glass, Kalmar, Öland, Växjö, Västervik and Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren's World.
