The generous kitchen features a kitchen island, oven, and microwave at a comfortable working height. Access the veranda for enjoyable meals and relaxing moments overlooking the lake! The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Down one floor, you'll find the sauna, inviting you to a warm sauna bath after a dip in the lake! The sauna is in the bathroom, which also contains a shower, toilet, washing machine, and tumble dryer. On this floor, there are also two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and direct access to the lovely lawn and a convenient distance to the dock for a morning swim! The other bedroom features a comfortable double bed. There is also a family room with a kitchenette and cooking options using portable hotplates if desired, as well as a cozy seating area. Perfect for having two levels for a bit of privacy if desired! The house sits on a large lakeside plot with green, flat, and hilly areas. A sloping nature trail takes you down to the lake. In the large cabin there is a living room with lovely light coming in from the windows and an exit to the terrace under the roof. Nice kitchen with dining area, peaceful bedroom with double bed where you wake up with a view of nature. Additional bedroom with bunk bed and exit to the large balcony where you can enjoy lovely dinners in the evening sun. The bathroom has a shower, wc, washing machine and a nice sauna with a nice view! A little further down the plot there is a very nice and spacious guest cottage with a double bed, sofa bed and own patio for privacy if desired. In a short walk you reach the sea and a lovely child-friendly sandy beach with a jetty for all those who want to swim.
