Large house at Melby Farm where you can enjoy the beautiful views, nature, and rural location. You have a lovely garden with a beautiful gazebo and a nice covered terrace where you can enjoy a good meal in the evening sun. On the beautiful balcony, there is a bistro set for those who want to enjoy their coffee in the morning sun. On the lower level, you have a large living room with a large dining area and a sofa group in front of the big TV. In the large kitchen, you also have a dining area. You sleep in four bedrooms. In two of the rooms on the upper level, there is a double bed in each, in the third two single beds. On the lower level, there is the fourth room with a sofa bed that is 120cm wide. Bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower are available on both upper and lower levels. Fireplaces are available in several rooms, but they are not allowed to be used. Please note that the lawn to the right of the house is damaged by earthworks and will be sown with new grass. The back and front of the house are completely unchanged.There are non-operational barns, but you can sometimes enjoy watching cows grazing in the fields around the house. You are close to several lakes for swimming and also the coast. Beautiful Gösjön (6.3km) has a large beach with a diving tower and a jetty for lovely vacation days. There is also mini golf and a kiosk. Lakes with fishing opportunities are nearby, as well as Emån which passes just a kilometer away on its way to Em at Kalmarsund, the Baltic Sea. More Kastell, also called Småland's Grand Canyon with its 8 km long ravine, is well worth a visit. In the nature reserve of Aboda Klint, there is a beautiful viewpoint and a restaurant. You have two popular cafes in Berga with wonderful pastries, Café Tre Århundraden and Elsabo Manor Café. Moose park is located in Målilla. You are also close to the Glass Country and Vimmerby where you have Astrid Lindgren's World. In Oskarshamn, you can enjoy sea bathing and a wider range of activities. Here you can take a day trip with the ferry to Byxelkrok on Öland or Blå Jungfrun. You also have beautiful sea bathing on Oknö.

Here you live perfectly on the slightly quieter eastern side of Öland with a good location for exploring the island. The house has a large open living room with kitchen, nice dining area and living room with comfortable furniture. The open upper floor is separated by a partition wall. Here you sleep in a double bed and a 140 cm wide sofa bed for two. On the lower level there is a bedroom with a family bunk bed where the lower bed is 140 cm wide and accommodates two who want to lie close. The bathroom with wc, sink and shower is on the lower level. You have a lovely glazed conservatory where you can enjoy well into the evening. You can reach the nice balcony from the balcony door from inside or from the conservatory. There is fine outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill here. You only have 3.8 km to Öland's eastern coast with Bjärby Badplats, where you can experience a wonderful sandy beach. Bläsinge is also a lovely sandy beach. There are many "gems" to discover on Öland's slightly quieter east coast. You have beautiful nature and lovely hiking trails such as Nunnedalen close in. Gråborg is Öland's largest ancient castle, you also have Borgholm's castle ruins which you must not miss. In the summer, there are many lovely cafes, ice cream cafes, fashion studios, flea markets and farm shops to explore. In Runsten there is Antik & Loppis which is well worth a visit, there is also Runstens Gård with its popular farm shop. If you want to enjoy a larger selection of restaurants, ice cream cafes and entertainment, it is 20 km to Färjestaden and 25 km to Borgholm. If you want more well-visited beaches, there is Köpingsvik not far away or wonderful Böda with its undulating beaches located higher up on Öland. Don't forget to eat body cakes for lunch some day, a real Öland delicacy.

Feel the peaceful silence and the chirping of the birds both for morning coffee and barbecue evenings. A short drive away is a well-arranged and nice swimming area in lake Mäsen. The surrounding forests are rich in both berries and wildlife. Here you are always close to fine fishing waters, excellent canoeing experiences, quiet outdoor swimming, inspiring bike tours and pleasant hiking trails. The Kungasjöleden is one of many nice walking routes. For those interested in fishing, there is good fishing in both Mäsen and Oklången, Fishing license is valid. GEKÅS's large shopping center in Ullared is only a short drive away and also the pleasant summer town of Varberg. The city with lovely salty baths, both with and without clothes, from both sandy and rocky beaches. There is also a large range of culture here, famous market stalls on Wednesdays and Saturdays and plenty of cozy restaurants and cafés. Varberg is best known for its magnificent fortress and museum, with i.a. The box stone man and the bullet button that killed Karl X11. Next to the fortress there is a large newly built fortress bath and an incredibly beautiful Kallbadhus where there are bathing opportunities all year round. Just next door is the fine Societetshuset and a 100-year-old Warm Bath House with a wide range of activities.

Below the plot is the public swimming area with sandy beach, bathing rocks, lagoon, swimming raft. Enjoy peace and quiet and clean air. The house is well equipped with two bathrooms, a new fully tiled bathroom upstairs with wc, shower. The second bathroom is downstairs and is a bit older, tiled with shower and toilet. The upper floor of the house has an open floor plan and the entrance is on this floor. The kitchen is small but equipped with a ceramic hob, fan, microwave, convection oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hot and cold water. In the living room there is a day bed with two beds, wood stove for a cozy fire, sofa group with TV, DVD and radio and large dining table. Large terrace with awning, outdoor furniture and barbecue facing the sea. Downstairs consists of just one room and bathroom. The stairs down are narrow and have a low ceiling, there is a childproof gate in the stair opening. But in this room it is always cool and nice. Double bed 180 cm and a single bed. Air source heat pump for both heating and cooling. The plot is shared with the host, but it is far between the houses, the host's house is not visible and you are on your own. Own well with very good drinking quality of the water. It has happened that wells have sunk in the archipelago. We therefore kindly ask our tenants to be careful with water consumption with regard to access and the environment. Mobile coverage is good. High chair and travel cot are available in the cabin. Ljusterö has a lot to offer. At Ljusterö square there is a grocery store, pharmacy representative, system company and post office, restaurants, deli. In Linanäs there are two restaurants, a guest harbor and a grocery store on the pier. The steamer S/S Storskär also docks here on weekday evenings and also other Waxholm boats. In the north of Ljusterö/Östra Lagnö there is an incredibly beautiful nature reserve with smooth rocks from the Stone Age that face the outer parts of the archipelago. Close to Norrtälje, which is a wonderful summer town. Wira bruk is located near the ferry stop on the mainland. 18-hole golf course, a sports field with outdoor gym, tennis courts, paddle, boules. Certain boat lines with Waxholmsbolaget also depart from Åsättra jetty, including to Nässlingen, Husarö and Möja. You can go to the house by car or bus. The bus runs from Danderyd hospital to Ljusterö. There is a road ferry from the mainland to the island and it runs every 10 minutes in the summer, the crossing takes 10 minutes.

Fantastic view with lots of boat traffic on the bay. Charming Dala-style log cabin on a natural plot, approx. 150 m to the bathing jetty. Very peaceful and quiet. The house The cottage, timber-framed and in Dala style, is located with a lovely view. The fairway runs outside with many large and small boats passing by. The grounds are natural and there is a nature trail down to a bathing jetty that the surrounding cottages can also use. The water at the jetty is deep. Sandy beaches can be found in Hamnviken and Köpmanholm. You feel that the cottage is quite secluded. Large terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue with afternoon and evening sun. Boat mooring can be arranged in Blidösundet on request, there is sailing depth. Very nice walking areas to walk in. Bedrooms Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, stove with oven, microwave, cooker hood, kettle, coffee maker. Hot and cold water is available in the cabin, the water quality is good. Bathroom In the bathroom there is a shower room, sink and an odorless incineration toilet from 2018. There have been wells in the archipelago. Other rooms In the living room, which is in an open plan with the kitchen and hall, there is a sofa group, TV and a lovely view through the double windows. Large kitchen table and also a lovely brick wood stove. Miscellaneous Beautiful woods nearby with berries and mushrooms when in season. Nice walking paths, if you have your own bikes it's great to cycle around the island. Road ferry from Furusund takes you to Yxlan, the crossing takes 5 minutes. The ferry leaves twice an hour. To the next island, Blidö, you take another ferry, which also takes 5 minutes. Blidö is well worth a visit. You can also go by bus and boat to the cabin, about 2 km to walk. Shopping is done in the small kiosk at the ferry stop at Yxlan. Or in Furusund at the grocery store where they are also system, pharmacy and postal agents. At Blidö there is a grocery store, also a restaurant and various activities during the summer. It is 4 miles to the wonderful summer town of Norrtälje. Here you can, among other things, have lunch on the old steamboat Norrtälje, which is located in the harbor. You can also take a day trip to beautiful Åland. You go north to Grisslehamn and take the Eckerö line. Boat trips from Ahlsvik and Yxlö jetties out towards the outer archipelago, daily tours in summer.

Welcome to a large, lovely house with an absolutely fantastic location! You have your own lake plot and scenic surroundings in Bellö, Småland. The balcony is located between the house and the lake, so with the best view in the area, it may very well be that you never want to leave the house. There is a large table for the whole party on the spacious balcony, where you can spend lovely summer days with advantage. A rowing boat is included in the rent between 1/5-30/10 and life jackets are available to borrow. On level 1 there is the large, spacious kitchen, which is adjacent to the living room, where the large dining area is located. All with the same fantastic view as the balcony. Exit to the balcony is here and it is easy to socialize while preparing for example. a meal. A house made for lovely evenings together with good food! Should you visit the cottage in slightly colder weather, you can sit on the sofas in front of the stove and enjoy the warmth and the view of the lake at the same time. (firewood is brought by the guest) Please note that the central heating is switched off during the summer period. On the first floor there is also the bedroom with the best view, with a double bed in it (180). Next to it is a bedroom with a bunk bed. A spacious and fresh bathroom, also located on floor 1, here there is also a tumble dryer and washing machine. The upper floor, which is an attic floor, has a pitched roof and a slightly lower ceiling height, but is large and spacious. There is another living room here, for example if you want to divide the group into a cozy movie for the children and a glass of wine and conversation for the adults downstairs. Here there is plenty of room for everyone if you are traveling with 8 people, and good opportunities to sleep a little more separately if you were to travel with two groups together. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. It is not permitted to charge electric cars/hybrid cars at the cabin. Smoking and pets are prohibited. In addition to your own jetty, you have two larger swimming areas in the immediate area. The municipal bathing area is a few hundred meters away and has a beach, jetty, swimming raft, playground, fireplace and the "Sun Kiosk" which is open when the weather is nice. Feel free to take beneficial walks in beautiful forest and nature. A visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is usually popular with children. You can also visit Astrid Lindgren's childhood home Näs, Emil's Katthult and Bullerbyn. In Mariannelund is the film village where filming environments from classic films by Astrid Lindgren can be experienced. In the moose park in Skullaryd, you can go on a tractor safari, experience and feed moose and deer in their natural environment. Eksjö with Sweden's best preserved wooden town is well worth a visit. This cozy cottage is located on the shore of Lake Säljen. Here you can experience the best of the Småland countryside in a wonderfully rustic environment. The cottage is a carefully renovated log cabin, which provides a wonderfully cozy atmosphere in front of the fireplace. In the surrounding nature you can enjoy fishing, hiking and cycling in the forest with the possibility of mushroom - and berry picking during late summer. Just a stone's throw from the house is the lake with a cozy swimming area, barbecue area and boat dock where a boat is included when you rent the cottage. The ground floor of the house consists mainly of a large living room with a cozy sofa group, dining table with space for shared moments around the table and the crackling of the stove provides comfortable warmth during the colder days. The kitchen with all the possibilities for self-catering is located one step up and also has a dining table with chairs. A separate toilet with very easy handling, instructions are on site, is located together with a washbasin. The shower room can be found in a separate room right next door. The owners, who live right next door, run the company Fyrhjulingsupplevelser and can offer quad biking for an extra cost. They organize events, adventure safaris and various group activities. Only 10 minutes' drive south is Åseda with grocery stores, a service station and restaurants. A preserved narrow gauge railway through Åseda offers you to cycle the trolley and ride the nostalgia train during the summer season. Within about 1 hour's drive you can visit the glassworks, the wooden town of Eksjö and the fantastic Astrid Lindgren's World.

Directly at the lake's edge, this cottage is perfect for 4 people. The patio faces the lake and here you can spend lovely summer days really enjoying the great view. The lower part, which leads out to the balcony and the lake, consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen in one large room. There is also a bathroom on this floor. Upstairs you have a sleeping loft with 4 beds and a balcony with the same wonderful view as the patio. Keep in mind that there is a sloped ceiling upstairs and low ceilings because of that. The house is located on the owners' plot, but you have your own part of the plot. If you fancy a swim, the Stensjön lake is right outside the house, but if you want to explore the area, there are many nice places to visit nearby. Experience Åsens village or Wiredaholm golf course, which also has a good restaurant. Gränna is a popular tourist destination where you can see how the polka candy’s are made. Take the ferry over to Visingsö and ride the remmalaget (horse drawn carriage) or bring your bikes and discover this fantastic island. Jönköping has a rich selection of museums, restaurants, attractions, and shopping. If you want slightly longer excursions, you have Astrid Lindgren's world, Borås zoo or the western town High Chaparral.
