There are three fantastic golf courses just a short drive away, Ljunghusen GK, Flommen GK, and Falsterbo GK, which was established in 1908 and is considered to be more Scottish than the Scottish courses. A fantastic course well worth a detour for the true golfer. Here you will also find Foteviken and the Viking Museum. This area was once a stronghold for the Vikings. There lies a Viking ship, where 246 bodies were found after the Battle of Foteviken. In Falsterbo and Skanör, there are many popular restaurants, cozy inns, and stalls selling fresh fish during the summer. There are also nice walking areas in Ljunghusen, several nice golf courses, mini-golf, and cycling trails. Malmö's wide range of shopping, entertainment, and shops is also just a few miles north, as is the entire southern coast of Skåne with all fishing villages up to Ystad for a wonderful holiday stay. For birdwatchers, this is also a place to fall in love with. Don't forget about Österlen and northern Skåne when you're already here.

Newly built fresh house with a location close to the sea in Färjestaden on Öland. Here you can enjoy wonderful holiday days with proximity to cooling baths and the Ferry City's pleasant restaurants and cafes. The house has a balcony on both the front and the back where you can hang out and enjoy. Please note that the house is not rented out to youth groups or for parties. The house has a lovely spaciousness with the high ceiling height and the large glass doors to the balcony. You have a fresh kitchen area that transitions to the open living room with dining area and sofa that folds out into a 140 cm bed. A steep ladder takes you up to the sleeping loft where there are two single beds. The bathroom is fresh and equipped with WC, sink and shower. Electric grill available. Not allowed to charge electric cars. You can swim directly down by the sea, but there are also swimming beaches at the campsite next door, inside Färjestaden or at Talludden's campsite. The ferry town with its seaside location and lovely harbor environment is very popular in summer. There is a large selection of fine restaurants and ice cream cafés here. There are paddle and tennis courts, mini golf, spa and shopping center, etc. Öland's zoo with its animals, water park, amusement park is usually popular with children. From here you can explore the rest of Öland if you wish. Kalmar is also close by if you want a larger selection of shops etc. or see beautiful Kalmar castle.

With two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed (2x90cm) and the other with a sofa bed, the cabin is perfect for up to four people. There is a bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin. Simple kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dining area in the living room where you can eat meals or relax on the lovely sofa. Enjoy a nice swim at the Sundhammar bathing area about 1 km from the cottage, or take a trip to Marstrand to experience the picturesque island and its unique atmosphere. For those who like local produce, Hållsunga farm and pantry is a must with its farm shop and local products. Here you can find charcuterie, honey and fresh eggs to name a few. Larger shopping opportunities can be found in Kärna approx. 5km and Kungälv approx. 18km. Please note that garbage sorting applies. Garbage must be sorted and thrown away in the designated place. Other cleaning is included. The cottage must be left in the condition it was in upon arrival. For nature lovers, Tofta Nature Reserve attracts with its beautiful hiking trails and fantastic views. Kungälv is only 25 minutes by car from the cottage and here you can find everything you could wish for. If the children like to drive go-karts, you must not miss the Go-kart center and for the younger children there is Barnens Lekstad. History enthusiasts can explore Kungälv's impressive fortress and charming Västra gatan. Nearby are Tofta Herrgård, Instöns Restaurant, cozy cafes and Carlsten's fortress on Marstrandsön. Welcome to a pleasant accommodation in an apartment with its own entrance which is part of a villa. The apartment is located peacefully in a quiet area within walking distance to the center of Strömstad with its full range of swimming, shopping and restaurants. In the area there is, among other things, a mini golf course and a bus stop for those who want to get to other bathing spots and attractions in the Strömstad area or down to the Koster ferry for a trip to the dramatic and magnificent nature of the Koster Islands. The apartment is an extension on the gable side of the villa and has its own entrance on one long side of the villa. Via the apartment's balcony area you reach the entrance. Once inside you are greeted by a cozy and pleasant apartment with a combined living room and kitchenette. In the living room there is a sofa bed and the kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, bench stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee maker. If you want to experience islands and the archipelago environment, there are several boat charters and bathing boat tours from the harbor in the center out to several archipelago islands such as Furholmen or Kosteröarna but also to neighboring Norway. In the cottage's ground floor there is a spacious, open and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a small TV. Here there is a bedroom with two single beds and one with a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There is a drying cabinet in the utility room. Upstairs there is a living room with comfortable seating, medium-sized TV and a large selection of board games. The large window area has an adorable view of the sea and the coast. There is a bedroom with three single beds and a guest toilet. The house has free wifi. The plot has several patios to choose from. There is an open pond at the back of the plot, which families with small children should pay extra attention to. In Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor there is a restaurant, pizzeria, street kitchen, mini golf and the very popular ice cream bar Tre Toppar where people like to queue up to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice swimming beach here. Just south of is Galtabäck's small harbor and its fine boat museum. Varberg is a real summer town with a throng of people, restaurants, cafes and dance halls, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen from afar. Go on a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow along from the 13th century to our own time. If you go south, you will immediately reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby, the closest is Varbergs Gk, the western course.

A few kilometers away is a nice beach with a jetty, where you can also rent paddleboards and canoes from the owner on-site if desired. Perfect for a little trip out on Lake Mälaren to Sigtuna harbor, which is within easy reach. Lovely large summer house where you can enjoy the scenic location with fantastic views while you have the community of Högsby close by if you need anything. You have a large garden with a nice patio deck and outdoor furniture. Here you can really enjoy the tranquility surrounded by meadows and unbeatable nature while you catch a glimpse of Högsby in the distance. Take a walk by the wonderfully beautiful Emån, which runs so beautifully through Högsby. Emån is also popular for those interested in fishing as the fishing is good. Gösjön is a large, nice swimming area with a jumping tower and jetty where you can enjoy wonderful holiday days. There is also mini golf and a kiosk. The house's entrance floor consists of social areas, such as a kitchen, dining room and two living rooms with sofa groups. Upstairs you have a total of four bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other three each with a single bed. There is also a sofa bed in one of the rooms. You also have a beautifully furnished attic with two bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds. There are therefore plenty of beds, but the house is rented out to a maximum of 8 people. The house has only one small bathroom, it is located on the second floor and is equipped with wc, sink and shower. Note that the windows in the houses are older and very fragile and therefore cannot be opened. Burning in the fireplaces is not permitted. You are close to more bathing islands and also the coast. In Oskarshamn you can enjoy sea bathing and a larger selection. Here you can take a day trip with the ferry over to Byxelkrok on Öland. You also have nice sea baths at Oknö. More Kastell, Småland's Grand Canyon with its 8 km long gorge is well worth a visit. There is a restaurant at the Aboda Klint nature reserve. You have two popular cafés in Berga that are well worth a visit, Café Tre Århundraden and Elsabo Herrgårdsscafé. Moose Park is in Målilla. You are also close to the Kingdom of Glass and to Vimmerby where you have Astrid Lindgren's World.
