Here are several seating areas which you can choose from, and where you can enjoy the sun in every direction or enjoy some outdoor activities. On the large beautiful ground floor there is a bright and spacey kitchen well equipped with dining area with floor-to- ceiling windows that provides a lovely view, a fully tiled bathroom with shower walls made of glass and a laundry room. Inside the large living room there are several seating areas, an angle area with glass walls that creates closeness to the garden and green area outside. The windows have slatted blinds in case the sun proves too strong. There is also a beautiful stone wall, and next to the staircase which leads to the upper floor there is a cozy fireplace where you can warm yourselves when the weather is a little too cold. On the second floor there is an additional living room with a cozy sitting area, sofa bed and an exit to a balcony which faces the green area. There are three bedrooms on this floor, with six beds combined. Two of the bedrooms have access to a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. There is a lovely additional bathroom on this floor with a bathtub and shower. The "bubble-funktion" does not work but you can use it as a regular bathtub. The whole holiday home have tiled floor with under floor heating and a central vacuum cleaner. This house is equally comfortable summer or winter, with plenty of parking space nearby. Glommen has a picturesque fishing/ boat harbor. If you want to travel to some nice sandy beaches there are several of them north of the community. You are also close to the lovely summer towns of Falkenberg and Varberg. The surrounding area is perfect for small lovely walks and bike rides along the Kattegatt bicycle trail.

Welcome to rural living on a farm with the animals and nature as your nearest neighbour. Here there is a lot to be active with, but also a calmness in the beautiful surroundings. Close to white, long sandy beaches, one of Sweden's best golf courses and a rich selection of music and cultural events at Listerlandet. Located on the top floor of a wing building on this meat producing farm, the accommodation has a balcony with morning sun at the entrance. Large family room with open floor plan and exposed ceiling beams that provide fantastic space together with skylights for additional light. Here there are dining tables to enjoy meals at if the weather does not permit sitting on the balcony. The kitchen area with the option of self-catering, where a microwave with grill function and a hob without an oven complements the outdoor grilling. In addition to the opportunity to pet the sheep, book a horse ride or tennis lesson, you can see ancient remains in the nearby Höga rör at Mörby hill with a wide view within walking distance. You go to the beach mostly on a car-free road or rent a bicycle on the farm. Also access to a motorized gator is available for rent for beach visits or golf games with room for 2 people. Traveling over the pedestrian and bicycle bridge to the small-town idyll of Sölvesborg with its wide range of services, shopping and eateries open all year round can be recommended. In the farm shops in the area, you can buy meat and vegetables to cook yourself if you don't want to visit one of the options open in summer at Sandviken's ocean swimming pool or the Golf Club's restaurant. Sauna, bike and "street" rental as well as the previously mentioned activities are booked directly by the owner and preferably in advance. Even you who want to bring your horse are offered to rent a box during your stay.There are large fenced areas to hang out and play in, but the farm is a workplace with tractors and tools, which means that children and pets must be supervised.

Very nice and well-planned house just south of Tranås built in 2013 with only 500 m to lake Sommen. If you walk a short distance to about 1.5 km you will find nice bathing cliffs with beautiful views out to the lake with its many islands. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and nice to have a nice holiday. Welcoming covered entrance porch. The lower floor contains a large, lovely kitchen and family room in an open plan. Modern kitchen with kitchen island and substantial dining area, there are all the facilities you need. The family room part with a nice furniture group. The room also has an open roof up to the ridge, which gives a lovely spaciousness. Large windows with two exits to the large balcony which is on two sides of the house. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, WC and fully tiled shower area in top class. Large well-planned entrance hall with washing machine. The beautiful curved staircase leads up to another family room on the upper floor and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The whole house has underfloor heating and is very tastefully built and decorated and has free Wifi, TV screen with Chromecast. On the large balcony that runs on two sides of the house, there is outdoor furniture and a ball grill. Surely the perfect place for sunny and lazy days. Around the house there are large, nice lawns for hanging out and playing. It is about 500 m down to the large lake Sommen, and here only a dip at the natural beach is suitable. About 5 km from the house there is a municipal bathing beach with a sandy beach and jetties that are best suited for the younger ones. If you want to rent a boat, there is an option out at Torpön (approx. 10 km). Try your luck at fishing or just take a relaxing rowing trip in the beautiful lake. Weekly fishing licenses are bought in the resort. Out here on Torpön there is also a summer shop, restaurant, nature reserve and several hiking trails. As a day trip, perhaps a car trip around the lake with many picturesque small villages and many sights is suitable. From Tranås you can book a trip with a real steamboat around the lake. Great experience and a lot of feeling. For shopping, restaurant visits and many attractions, there are several nice towns around, such as Tranås, Gränna (by Lake Vättern), Nässjö and Eksjö. For the younger ones, a day trip to both Kolmården Zoo (approx. 1.5 hours by car) or Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby (approx. 1 hour by car) is suitable. Welcome
