Lake Ivösjön, which is only 200 meters away, is a gem with its fine beach. Here you can enjoy sunny days by the water, take a refreshing dip or simply relax on the beach with a good book. For the adventurous, Ivösjön also offers the opportunity to rent canoes. Get out on the water and explore the pristine beauty of the lake, paddle along its calm waters and experience the peaceful atmosphere. After a day full of activities, you can return to the cabin and enjoy the tranquility. Take a walk, breathe in the fresh air and let the stress drain away from you. Welcome to the cottage that will give you a memorable stay. There is a lot to do in Skåne within a reasonable distance. In addition to that, there is for those of you who appreciate swimming, fishing, walking or cycling as much as beautiful as possible. You have short distances by car to an incredible number of lakes, Ivösjön, Immeln (there is also an ice cream boat here in the summer), Oppmannasjön to name a few. You also have Vångaberget, which is suitable for cycling in summer. If you want to swim on one of the finest beaches in Scania, Yngsjöstrand is ideally located. The golf course in Sölvesborg is approximately 15 minutes away by car. Along the coast towards Österlen, you also have Kivik's Musteri, Stenshuvud, Ale's stones and much, much more.

A warm welcome to Kolmården and this simple but cozy cottage a couple of hundred meters from Bråviken. The cabin is well suited for those of you who want to holiday in a slightly simpler environment but want to be close to beautiful nature and experiences. The cottage is located in a cottage area with both summer houses and year-round accommodation. Lush garden with four buildings. The main cabin is about 45 square meters and has an entrance combined with a dining table area. Family room with two beds, small table and play table for children. 1950s kitchen with stove (two plates), small oven and fridge with freezer compartment. Bedroom with a bed (120) and a wardrobe that is private for the owner. Important to know that there is only cold water in the cabin. In the annex there is a bed and the possibility of an extra bed. No water drawn into the cabin. In the next building there is a private storage area and in the next door you have a smaller WC with only cold water. There is municipal water and sewage installed in the house. Behind the building with WC and storage you have an outdoor shower under the open sky. Here, however, you have hot and cold water, but due to transparency it is recommended to shower in swimwear. In the last building, there is also a storage room which is private, but you are welcome to sit under a roof and enjoy the view of the commons you have at the back of the plot. Adjacent to the main cabin, you have a patio deck that is partially covered and there you have sun from morning to afternoon. For those who want a swim, you walk down the steep hill down to Bråviken, which is an extension of the Baltic Sea. Here you get a wonderful mix of sweet and salty! It is approx. 1 km to walk to the public jetty which has a table and bathing ladder. Belonging to the house there is a boat berth (no. 9) from which you are welcome to swim. Best suited for adults when bathing from rocks. No fishing license is required to fish here, so those interested can test their fishing luck! Diagonally opposite the cottage you will find a soccer field and a bowling alley. Nice walking paths along the water and up into the lush nature. The main attraction in the vicinity is of course the Kolmården zoo, where both adults and children have lots of exciting animals to experience up close. From the cabin, it is about 1 km to walk to the park. So pack a lunch bag, good drink and have lovely days in the park with your loved ones! Warm welcome!

Welcome to an charming accommodation in a large villa in a rural mansion environment, with an atmosphere and surroundings that took from Astrid Lindgren's stories about Madicken. The villa is very beautifully located, with beautiful carpentry details and a fantastic lake view. The house has rock heating and is beautifully decorated. There are beds for 15 people with a large dining room that can accommodate as many as 18 people. In addition, there are nice lounges and a fully equipped country and bright kitchen with seating for 8 people. There are several bathrooms and shower areas. Nain has a large porch, partially glazed, with room for many to sit on and around the house is a large and partially fenced park. The wood stove is nice but must not be used.In the cottage there is wifi with 20 GB/month which the guests can share. Cozy unique cottage with annex close to mountains and lakes Welcome to this in a sunny location, very pleasant and somewhat unique accommodation in a cottage with an attached annex which connects with a large balcony area. The cabin is beautifully situated in a quiet location, here you wake up to birdsong and the rustle of the trees. The cabin's entrance is accessed via a vestibule, from there you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, a warming wood stove and kitchen furniture, inside the kitchen is a living room with comfortable seating, TV, radio with CD. From the entrance hall, a staircase leads up to the second floor, where you are met by a cozy bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a room with a reading chair for those who want to enjoy a good book in peace and quiet, and a toilet with an electric toilet. Directly adjacent to the cabin is a large patio area, on the other side of this patio is a newly built annex that has a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and electric toilet. The cottage is located with the mile-long forests as the nearest neighbour, close to the central town of Hedekas and Kynnefjäll, which is an approximately two-mile-long, and one-mile-wide, high plateau in northern Bohuslän. The plateau stretches between the Bullaresjöarna rift valley in the west and the Örekilsälven valley in the east, with Kornsjöarna as the northern outpost on the border with Norway. The area offers beautiful hiking in a distinctive landscape. Here you will find both a unique flora and fauna as well as mushrooms and berries. Several nice lakes for swimming, fishing or canoe/kayak trips are in the area, several have launching ramps, there is plenty of space at the cottage for those of you who want to bring your own canoe/kayak. At Ulkeröd's farm there is a hunting and shooting center for those of you who want to try this. The proximity to the main road in the area makes it easy to get to several of the area's bathing spots, lakes and other places to visit. Hedekas / Sörbygden is part of the municipality of Munkedal which is known for its very varied and worth visiting natural areas, everything from sea and fjord environments such as Saltkällan with its sandy beach and salty baths to Kynnefjäll's deep forests with lakes and rivers. The area's topography has meant that species that are otherwise more common further north in the country thrive here. Örekilsälven, which is also a popular river for salmon fishing, where many sport fishing enthusiasts have tried their luck over the years. From the cabin, you can also easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan, fishing and boating communities in the northern part of Bohuslän. If you want to spend a day on the golf course, there are several fine courses within a radius of a couple of miles to choose from, e.g. Dagsholms GK in Färgelanda or Torreby golf course, which is Bohuslän's oldest golf course, the course is located in a castle setting with an English-inspired castle park.

You are welcomed down a small gravel road with the river right behind the house. The plot is partly hilly at the back. At the front there is outdoor furniture with a grill for good dinners. The entrance is under a roof where you like to sit and look out over the rape field outside. You are welcomed into an open floor plan with the living room straight ahead. In the room there is a large inviting sofa and TV with Swedish TV channels and Chromecast. The house also has wireless wifi. The kitchen is on the left with a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen area is open and fully equipped with everything you may need for a pleasant holiday and good dinners. There are two bedrooms in the house. One has a double bed of 180 cm and the other with 2 bunk beds, suitable for children who want a cozy crawl space. The nearest bathing place is only 10 minutes by car from your accommodation. If you want to fish, there are plenty of pacifiers with good bays. Fishing license bought in grocery stores in, for example, Brålanda. If you want to shop, visit Grinstad Lanthandel, a nice selection and charming store. Welcome! The location is fantastically good with scenic surroundings, the area offers several swimming beaches. In addition, common areas such as a football field, barbecue area, swimming area, kiosk and mini golf course are offered. Pleasant cottage with two bedrooms, one double bed and one room with a bunk bed, kitchen with dining area in the living room where a large sofa and TV are placed. Rejmyre Glasbruk is a Swedish glassworks founded in 1810, Rejmyre Glasbruk offers guided tours of the mill, glassblowing in the cabin, factory shop and Hyttsill. Rejmyre Hantverksby, here you will find a lovely market feel with skilled craftsmanship and creativity. If you want to go on a longer day trip, it is about a two-hour drive to Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby, then you also pass the city of Linköping with all its offerings. Feel free to visit Gamla Linköping, which is one of Östergötland's biggest tourist destinations, here history comes alive and you can experience the city, countryside and forest as they were a hundred years ago. Welcome to a large, spacious house in a residential area close to nature. With proximity to a marina on a beautiful promontory out into lake Möckeln, there is the opportunity to put in your own canoe or boat for fishing. NOTE: Not allowed to charge electric cars! The grove entrance by the garage door leads you through the laundry room into the house. Two of the bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, are both on the right and with the small toilet opposite. You then enter a large kitchen with spacious counter surfaces. Fully equipped for self-catering. The kitchen also contains a nice dining room part with access to the balcony on the private back side of the house. After the kitchen there is a larger bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. The hall with another entrance door on the front of the house. At this end of the house is also a third bedroom with a double bed and the large living room with TV and sofa with divan for relaxation or socializing.
