In the small community of Skeen, only a stone's throw from a cozy swimming area, is the small cabin. Here you have your own lovely oasis in the lush garden, with the small lake only a little over 40 meters away. From the garden, it is only the embankment that separates you from the swimming area, so about 10 meters from the plot boundary, you are at the swimming area, close but separate! If you want to go on an adventure, you are close to places like Ljungby, approx. 18 km, where there are bathhouses with indoor swimming and outdoor swimming in the summer, shops, restaurants and cafes. A little over 50km if you travel west, you will instead come to Halmstad, with beaches, restaurants and shopping. The cabin consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In the middle of the house is the kitchen, which is adjacent to the living room, which also contains the dining area. Outside the living room you have the lovely balcony with a dining area where you can eat and hang out. There is plenty of space in the garden for those who want to spend time there, otherwise, as I said, the swimming area is just over the dike and there are swings, a sandbox, a barbecue area and a bathing jetty. For those who want to go out to eat, there is a restaurant about 900 meters away.

The fishing areas are managed and maintained by local organizations and to be able to fish you must buy a fishing license for the local fishing area. The cottage is located next to the owner's house but still secluded. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of a private summer cottage area. This is the perfect place for families with children who want to be close to sun, swimming and all the beauty that the West Coast has to offer. When you enter the cottage, you are greeted by a bright and nice hall. Right at the front of the hall is a bathroom with toilet and shower. To the right of the hall is a large and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Here you will find a coffee maker, stove, oven and plenty of surfaces to work on. From the kitchen, a patio door leads out to the cottage's magnificent terrace, where you can enjoy the fantastic view. On the balcony there is also a hot tub that can be rented for an extra cost. To rent the hot tub, you contact the home owner and the home owner's number is in the guest folder in the cabin. To the right of the kitchen is a bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm and a bed of 120 cm. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV and an 80 cm day bed where you can rest and relax. Welcome to a cozy cottage in southern Dalarna. Here you will find a red two-storey house on a farm and with a large lawn with old oaks on the grounds, as if made for games and play. In the old barn you will find a barbecue, hammock and various games, such as Kubb (a sweddish outdoor game), boules and soccer goals for fun activities. Think how nice it would be to lie down in the hammock and read a book in the shade on warm summer days! Pets are allowed in this house, but of course you pick up after your pet so that the plot can be for everyone. The house has three bedrooms and all are upstairs, one double room, one room with two single beds which is slightly shorter and narrower, 80 wide and 180 long. The third bedroom has a single bed that is 90 cm. There is a bathroom with WC and shower here. On the lower floor there is a living room with wood burning stove and air source heat pump. It can also be set to work as an AC. There is also an Apple TV for the TV. The sofa also has a sofa bed. Fiber is connected to the house. In the kitchen there is a dining table for six people with a fridge/freezer and convection oven. The kitchen also has a working wood stove. You are in the countryside but still close to a small town, 8 km to a shopping area with Ikea etc. Ostrich farm with restaurant and cafe. 1.5 km to the trotting track, hence many horses in the area. Murbo-Anna with its own production of cheese, cafe and restaurant is about 9 km from the house. Torsång approx. 8 km away with canoe rental as well as cafes and more available approx. 8 km away. In the area there are swimming facilities 5 km away, Långsjön and 1.5 km away is Dammsjön in Solvarbo with a sandy beach. The lake is also shallow.
