It is not allowed to charge your electic car here, you are not allowed to smoke either. The house has a large living room with sofa furniture and TV. Here is also one of the many beds that the house has to offer. You have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with two single beds. Long, shallow beaches where you can enjoy a refreshing swim can be found below Ekerum and Halltorp. You have 13 km to Borgholm, and if you have bicycles with you, it is even closer. In Borgholm you can stroll around and enjoy the atmosphere, eat at one of the many restaurants or enjoy a good coffee or ice cream. North of Borgholm is the extensive popular beach Köpingsvik. Don't miss Borgholm Castle Ruins, which is well worth a visit. There is a lot to explore on Öland, a lot of culture, sights, inns and farm shops. Also, don't miss eating the popular Ölandskroppkakan. The popular Kackelstugan, which in the summertime arranges a number of concerts with well-known artists, is 930m away.

The house is not rented out to youth groups. It is not permitted to charge electric cars. The cabin must be cleaned by the guest before departure. Bed linen and towels are brought by the guest. The house is located in a nice cottage area with a high holiday feeling. It is walking distance to the fine, shallow sandy beach where you can enjoy a refreshing dip and the beautiful view of the Öland Bridge in the distance. There is also a larger playground and beach volleyball court here. You have a wonderful garden with a nice patio deck where you can enjoy sunny days. On the nice covered veranda you can enjoy a good piece of food. The house has an open living room with a couch in front of the TV or the beautiful fireplace where you can light candles. Burning in the fireplace is not permitted. Here there is a beautiful dining area that leads into the open kitchen where you have a dishwasher and most everything you might need. You sleep in two bedrooms. One with a double bed, In the second room with a curtain there is a bunk bed with a 90cm bed at the top and a 120cm bed at the bottom. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower cubicle. There are two bicycles available which guests are responsible for. Here you are really close to Öland's Zoo, which with its animals, water park and amusement park is usually popular with children. If you want to enjoy a day at the spa, Skansen Spa is nearby. Here you are perfectly located to be able to make nice excursions both on Öland and the mainland.

When you enter the cabin, you are greeted by a smart layout. Next to you you will find the cottage's bathroom with WC, shower and sauna, as well as one of the cottage's two bedrooms. A bedroom with a bunk bed (160cm down and 90cm up). Further into the cabin you will find the kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher) as well as a nice dining area. The last bit to the house your drive is beautifully surrounded by trees before the beautiful white house towers up. Park at the front or the back, there's plenty of room to spread out. The back offers a large, lovely lawn perfect for summer games. The front has a nice view over meadows and down towards the cozy stone oven bakery with generous opening hours during the summer. When you put the key in the lock and enter the hall, you are in the heart of the house. From here you reach the house's WC, the upper floor, the living room and the kitchen. Straight ahead is the large living room with both sofa and armchair. From here you reach the first bedroom (double bed). The room next door is the large, spacious kitchen with all the amenities you need for your stay. One floor up you will find the shower room with washing machine and the house's second bedroom (two single beds). Unfortunately, the tile stove cannot be used. On the courtyard there are 3 wells that you can be a little extra vigilant about. Cozy cottage with fabulous views! When you turn off road 240 and drive through the cozy cottage area, you quickly notice how the view becomes more and more beautiful. Once at the cottage, the meadows and the lake pour out and you get a wow feeling about its location. The plot is large and can barefoot go down to the lake for the morning swim. Both the front and back of the house offer abundant sun. At the back you can enjoy late summer evenings on the terrace and look out over the lake in one of the nice lounge furniture. When you enter the cottage you are greeted by an open floor plan, the house's bathroom on your left, the kitchen on your right side and the large living room straight ahead. Also from here you have a mighty view of both meadows and the lake, perfect for late evenings or rainy days. The kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bedrooms are located through the corridor. The first bedroom has a double bed and TV, the second bedroom has 2 adult beds + 1 baby cot. The third room is today a children's room. From here it is close to Sunnemo where there is a shop and if you want a larger selection, both Hagfors and Munkfors are within close driving distance. Värmland has a rich cultural life and the list goes on of everything there is to do around here.

You have just under 1 km to Kroksjön and the beach. Isaberg is also not far away and offers everything from a high-altitude track, rental of water activities and a lift for both bicycles and skis in winter. Via the mountain bike trail, it only takes five minutes down to Isaberg. 30 km to the Wild West town of High Chaparal attracts many adventurous families. Visit Gekås in Ullared (90 km) and shop away. The long narrow community is divided by a canal that separates Skaftö from the small island of Ösö. Along the canal there are picturesque boathouses and piers from different eras. There are professional fishermen here where you can buy fresh fish, prawns and crabs directly from the boats. At the Östra kajen, a new promenade has been built, a long jetty to Skäddhålan and which then continues on a hiking trail to Vigene bathing place, which is also your cottage's bathing place within walking distance. This cozy coastal community, with its beautiful villas and sea-splashed piers, is popular in many ways, for example large parts of the popular TV series Saltön were filmed here. There are several bathing spots in the area for a cooling swim, sand between your toes and relaxation on the sun-warmed rocks.
