The front of the plot is primarily used by those who rent the small cottage if it is rented out, but the whole back is yours to the fullest. The other cottage can also be rented and has house number: 53858. From the kitchen you have a view of the beautiful garden. Next to the kitchen you have bedroom number one with a double bed (140cm). There is also a large family room for pleasant evenings indoors with a dining area and sofa group. Upstairs you have two larger bedrooms, one with two single beds. The other with a single bed is not insulated, which means it can get hotter during the summer. Two wonderful bedrooms where the children have the opportunity to retreat a little. Once you are in place, you will constantly be drawn outwards, because this is where you want to be. This is a great place for young and old. Here you park along the main road just outside the garden. The cellar is private and that must be respected. The trampoline on the grounds may be used but at your own risk. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along the coast, Haväng and knäbäckhusen to name a few. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik på Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes, Vombsjön and many other lakes are only a short distance away. If you have time to spare, the well-known Ystad Saltsjöbad have fantastic good food and also a very popular SPA that you can book into. A couple of places right in Brösarp or a short distance from there is Smulans Café which is not only a place for coffee lovers but also heaven for cookie fans. Explore the natural beauty of the Drakamöllan nature reserve. Also enjoy a gourmet experience at Brösarp's Gästgiveri, where the food is a culinary symphony of flavors and creativity.

Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. There are nice cycle paths. The Bjäre peninsula has become famous for its potato fields. Vegetables, meat and potato vodka are locally produced on a small scale in the many farm shops. Torekov's picturesque harbor is lined with many small restaurants. From the harbor there are ferries to Halland's Väderö. Here you will find a magically beautiful nature reserve. Ängelholm offers an exciting mix of small specialty shops, exclusive boutiques and several large chains. Ängelholm's Hembygdspark is an oasis for the whole family. The park houses a zoo, museum buildings and a playground for the younger ones. There are walking paths, resting and eating areas here. For those interested in fishing, there is a wide variety of sport fishing in Rönne å and Västersjön. Fishing license required. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Bjäre golf club. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: As a guest, you have access to the pool every morning until 1:00 p.m. and every other afternoon. On the afternoons that you do not have access to the pool, the homeowner will use it. The homeowner lives on another part of the plot. Your garden is separated from theirs and is located on the other side of the house, which means that you will not see or be disturbed by each other.

Welcome to a cozy cabin on Munsö, one of the former islands in Ekerö municipality, which have now grown together. The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The house is built in levels, the bedroom and living room are a few steps lower than the kitchen and dining room. In the dining room there is a fireplace and in the living room there is a fireplace that you can use on a rainy day. There is a balcony with outdoor furniture, with an exit from the living room. The living room has two comfortable sofas at an angle and a smart TV on the wall. There is wifi in the house and a Chromecast, so it´s easy to watch your favorite programs if you want. The bathroom has a new washing machine and dryer, as well as a shower corner, WC and sink, all in good condition. The plot is leafy and you can glimpse the Lake Mälaren from the cabin. It´s only a 2-minute walk down to the beach with a barbecue area, chairs and tables as well as a large play area for the children. It´s shallow by the beach, so it is good for small children. If you walk along the water line, there is a jetty and bathing ladder for deeper swimming. There is a small rowing boat for 3 persons. There is much to discover on the Ekeröarna, Drottningholm Castle, horse farms, musteries, cafes and restaurants. If you like hiking or cycling, there are plenty of trails. Along the eastern side of Munsön stretches the northern part of the 35 kilometer long hiking trail Ekerö-Munsöleden. If you want to spend a day in the big city, you can easily take the bus, it runs 2 km from the house. Discover Adelsö, take the nearby ferry, take a boat to Birka, which is considered Sweden's first city, there is a lot of exciting things to see. Ekeröarna has plenty of petroglyphs and remains from the past.

Wonderful cottage in Tveta with a lake and forest as the nearest neighbour, where you only have 80m to peaceful swimming from the rocks or the floating jetty. Here is the right place for rest and recovery. Enjoy the calm, the chirping of the birds and beneficial forest walks around the lake. Tveta is fabulously beautiful. You have a completely newly built wood-burning sauna where you can enjoy the heat after a cooling dip in the lake. The cottage is in good condition with a large terrace both with and without a roof where there is outdoor furniture and a grill. Here you can see the lake sparkling beautifully in the distance. You have a beautiful country kitchen with dining area, dishwasher and most everything you could need. The dining room is beautiful and stylishly furnished. In the large living room there is a spacious sofa and TV. The sofa can be converted with a mattress for an extra bed if needed. A staircase takes you up to the second floor where there are three bedrooms, one open with a double bed and two each with a single bed. In the garden there is a trampoline and a football goal. No burning in the wood-burning stove/ wood-burning stove. Charging of electric cars not permitted. Do not rent out to youth groups. You are close to Dackestupet, where there are hiking trails, trail running, barbecue hut, viewpoint, swimming area and mountain bike tracks.
