The area offers plenty of sights, for instance the fortress Bohus fästning, and the town of Kungälv (17 kilometres away), with it's buildings dating back to the 1600's. Marstrand is within driving distance, it is the sailing metropolis of Sweden! This is a favourite resort for the Swedish royalty and you will find an old fortress here. Or visit the nature reserve in Svartdalen with it's beautiful lakes, excellent for swimming. Gothenburg is only 40 km away, here you can visit the popular amusement park Liseberg or Universeum. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here the river Lagan winds around the town and there is good salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. With an area of 60 square meters, the cabin offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, the balcony and private jetty are right at the far end of the lake. You can't ask for closer and better. The cottage is part of the historic Gudhammars Herrgård with several houses and an old mill to begin with. The house is called Brygghuset. The cottage was newly renovated in 2023 and has a fresh and bright interior in Nordic country style that gives you a relaxing atmosphere and very welcoming. You enter a small hall with a bathroom just to the right. To the left, the living room and kitchen open up, which is integrated into one. Straight ahead from the hall is a steep ladder up to the house's first loft with sleeping space for 2 people. Next to the kitchen - with its own exit to the jetty and the balcony - is the house's second bedroom with a 160 cm bed. From the kitchen area there is a staircase/ladder to the house's second loft with two more beds. There are several bathing spots within easy reach, including Hargebaden, which has the feel of the Swedish Riviera. You can swim in Gransjön and there is a jetty and a boat with a bathing ladder. The bottom is shallow, so preferably swim from the jetty or row out with the boat. Do not stand on the bottom of the lake.

Welcome to a high-situated house in the deep beech forest on the border with Skåne. Here there is time for recovery and quality time in the lush garden surrounded by horse paddocks. Here there is the opportunity to disconnect from everyday stress with a good book on the balcony, compose today's lunch in the outdoor kitchen, get active on the trampoline or take a walk in one of the nature reserves, Djupa dal or Skinsagylte which are located very close by. Welcome to lovely Möja, one of the larger islands in the Stockholm archipelago. The house is located high among pines and mountains with only 200 meters down to the bath. Here you can take an archipelago boat from Stockholm or Sollenkroka on Djurö. The house has many beds and is spacious, so it is perfect for two families. An open plan living room / kitchen with a bar counter between the kitchen and living room. A large terrace is located along the house for cozy summer evenings. There are two rooms with double beds, two with bunk beds and one room with a single bed. In one room with bunk beds there is also a thick mattress if you want to sleep three children in that room. To this house it is nice to bring bicycles, it is four kilometers to the grocery store, you can also walk or you take the archipelago boat to the store. There is also a cosy restaurant. Feel free to rent a bicycle and take a trip along the beautiful canal. The river Tidan flows through the municipality and has its outlet in the center. In the countryside around the city there are several cultural treasures worth a visit and in the center of the city is Gamla Stan, one of the country's best preserved city centres. 5 miles to Skara Sommarland water park with a variety of attractions that are always appreciated by the children.
