Here you live with a lovely sea view, swimming and jetty just a few meters away in a calm and pleasant environment with the forests near the beach, forest animals and birdsong around the corner. From the jetty you can enjoy sun and swimming but also all kinds of boats, the inner fairway towards Strömstad goes right outside. The cabin is also perfect for those of you who want to go out with your own kayak, there are many fine paddling routes in the area. The area has several islands with varied possibilities, including the Daftö resort with its large amusement park for children, pool area, swimming beaches, restaurants, service shop, etc. Saltö and Öddö are a few other islands in the area, there are plenty of easily ramped paths that run criss-cross across these islands. Here you can wander around in everything from straight-stemmed pine forest and sandy beaches to weather-exposed rock outcrops and cobblestone fields, the islands have several nature reserves and also a national park, Kosterhavets national park, one of Sweden's most species-rich areas. The cottage, with both its location close to the city and the sea, is a perfect starting point for exploring Strömstad and the surrounding area. The cottage is on two levels, from the front porch you are welcomed into the cozy and modern country kitchen, which has a lovely brick wood stove. Here there is a fridge and freezer, built-in microwave as well as a built-in oven, fan, stove, dishwasher. Next to the kitchen, there is a hallway that leads us into one of the bedrooms with a comfortable double bed and a nice view of the sea. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen and has access to the balcony. Here there is a beautiful tiled stove that warms well on chilly and muggy days. The dining room with dining room furniture is right next to the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and underfloor heating. From the hall, a staircase leads up to the second floor with two large bedrooms with a double bed in each room. On the balcony there is a grill and summer furniture group for cozy breakfast moments or relaxing barbecue evenings where you can sit and discuss today's adventure or plan tomorrow's excursions while the sun sets in the northwest. Outside the patio are large generous lawns, perfect for all kinds of games and play In Strömstad there is a large selection of activities, rich restaurant life, pleasant shopping in small shops that are close to each other or why not just sit and enjoy all the boats in the harbor area. If you want to experience more islands and archipelago environments, there are several boat charters and bathing boat trips from the harbor in the center out to several archipelago islands such as Furholmen or Kosteröarna but also to neighboring Norway. It is also possible to rent a boat or kayak for your own explorations. For those interested in golf, there are several 18-hole courses in the area. Good to know: During your stay, the gardener can drive around with a lawnmower on the plot. This should not bother you as tenants, but may be worth knowing.

Welcome to one of Malmö's most popular neighborhoods - Limhamn! A residence with where you can almost feel the sea breeze from the garden, you have no more than 2000 meters to the sea. Here you live with a high standard and incredibly fine material choices. If you won't feel comfortable in this well-kept house, you won't find it anywhere else either. As the icing on the cake, you have a very inviting balcony where you can sit and bask in the sun while the green grass makes you feel summer happiness! Inside, you are greeted by a very spacious hall that leads into a delicious bathroom with a double shower and a door to the balcony. Further into the house, you have an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. If you love cooking and sitting together during long evenings, you've come to the right place. Here there is a spacious dining area and substantial sofa as well as a wood burning stove that increases the cosiness factor all year round and provides plenty of warmth. For those who love golf, you have one of Europe's best training facilities, PGA Sweden National, not too far away by car. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach, Kivik and Sandhammaren. You have Malmö center if you love the city center and shopping or Emporia's shopping center. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Fredrik on Eklaholm. In Österlen you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.

The house is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature and a nice lawn. Here you can have a pleasant stay and a pleasant holiday. The house is elevated with an incredible view of the sea and only 100 meters from bathing. Around the cottage is a garden, and at the back is your own oasis. For those of you traveling with children, there are swings and a sandbox. There are few places on Tjörn that have both the sea with both a sandy beach and cliffs, and a forest with the opportunity to run or take a walk. The area is child-friendly and within walking distance to a swimming area with both sandy beach and rocks. If you would like to make excursions, there are plenty of opportunities for this in the area and for those interested in golf, Tjörns GK is about 12 km from the cottage. You are close to both Rönnäng and Skärhamn as well as other attractions on both Tjörn and Orust. It is about 10 km to Stenungssund with its solid shopping center. Summer house located in Bläsinge/Löttorp on the eastern coast of Norra Öland with a magical view of the Öland landscape and fields. Here you have the chance to enjoy the rural tranquility of Öland and still have the proximity to the sea with a variety of wonderful undulating, white sandy beaches. The nearest bathing beach Högby lighthouse is 3 km away. You also have Sandvik, which is a fantastically beautiful beach. Popular Böda Sand is only 13km away. In Byxelkrok you can enjoy strolling down by the boathouses in the harbor or enjoy a good meal at one of the many restaurants. You only have 8 km to the popular restaurant Lammet och Grisen. The Öland trail runs outside the house for those who want to discover Öland by bike. You also have beautiful walking paths down to the sea. The house has a large garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. In the living room there is dining furniture and a sitting area with a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed if needed. The house is on the same plot as another house, but when you rent the house, the house owners are not there, which means that you have the garden yourself. Welcome to an incredibly beautiful cottage built in 2023 with very nice interior with only 500m down to the sea. The house is elevated in a quiet environment with trees and forest and other cottages around. The terrace goes pleasantly around the house where you can follow all the sun's positions. The lovely little seating area outside the entrance invites you to a cup of coffee and a nice morning. You are then welcomed into a bright house. The kitchen is directly to the left with lots of light and open up to the ceiling with spotlighting. Everything is very tasteful and pleasant. In the kitchen there is nothing missing and it is integrated with the living room. From here you also reach a patio door out the back but barbecue and outdoor furniture. Dining table for 4 people is provided along with a sofa and TV. Inside is the house's bathroom which is also bright with shower cabin, toilet and sink. Next door is one bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm. Here, too, everything very pleasant. The stairs up are led by an oar as a stair railing, which says part of the wonderful sea feeling on the west coast. Then you are up in the sleeping loft with 180 in ceiling height. Up here are two comfortable beds 120 cm wide. Perfect for family or groups of 2-4 people who appreciate both the rural environment and the proximity to the sea. You live very idyllically in a scenic environment and on the slope down to the right there is a larger bathing area with jetties, rocks, grass and sand. You are close to all the nice gems of the west coast Grundsund, Lysekil and all the nice summer gems of the west coast. Bokenäs itself offers flea markets, summer cafés and lots of beautiful places. Welcome to a cabin that meets all requirements and gives you the opportunity to live near a cozy little fishing port and bathing opportunities on the coast just a few hundred meters away! In addition, you have very nice and cozy walking opportunities here. The cottage is located at the bottom of the plot, a short distance from the owner's own house. You have a completely separate large patio and also a larger lawn for playing if the children are with you. The kitchen and living room in an open plan make it easy to socialize and have pleasant days even if the weather is not in your favor. The bathroom has all amenities. There is a 140cm double bed in an alcove in the living room. You also have a bunk bed for 3 people in the bedroom next to the kitchen. The kitchen was renovated later and makes it nice to stand and cook here. There is a TV-monitor and a chromecast but no wifi. Outside, there is both seating and a charcoal grill. As the icing on the cake, there are two larger conservatories, perfect for slightly chilly evenings. The wood burning stove in the house must not be used. If you feel like you want something more than all this on your holiday, you can easily get to Landskrona to take the boat over to the cozy island of Hven where you can cycle around and eat well. You are also very close to Helsingborg and here you can visit Sofiero's castle and Kärnan. If you want to take a trip with the ferry, it also goes from here directly to cozy Helsingör in Denmark. If you want an even greater range of shopping and culture, Malmö is about 40 minutes away by car. You have plenty of lakes and wonderful excursion spots throughout Scania and down towards Österlen. This also makes this accommodation a good place if you are going fishing. Torekov's picturesque harbor is lined with many small restaurants. From the harbor there are ferries to Halland's Väderö. A warm welcome to stay at Oppstoppet 8, 932 52 Bureå In the Norrland forests in Västerbotten, you now have the chance to live in a magically beautiful lodge - completely renovated in a rustic style. Here you live both rurally and centrally in the village of Bureå a little outside Skellefteå. Enjoy an outdoor life with forest and meadow as neighbors and only 2 km to the sea and 1.5 km to Bureå Center where, among other things, there is a grocery store, restaurant and gym. The lodge is located on a large farm of 7.5 hectares which provides plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for different groups and families. A trip with Munkedal's museum railway can be an exciting and interesting experience, the train has its turning point at the area's bathing area. From Kaserna's canoe centre, an approximately 4-mile long paddling trail runs through lakes and waterways, a fantastic opportunity to explore a beautiful part of the surrounding area. From the cottage you can also easily reach other municipalities and excursion destinations worth visiting, e.g. take the local road past Saltkällan, Skredsvik, Rotviksbro stop at "Två Fröknar" which is a cozy shop with both interior design and clothes. Next door is the restaurant Stallgården, which also sells organic produce in the shop "Stallgården's skafferi". Then continue with some shopping at Torp Köpcentrum or why not a visit to Bohusläns Museum. From the cabin, you can also easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan, fishing and boating communities in the northern part of Bohuslän.
