Two with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower. A large bright living room has comfortable sofas, spacious dining table, TV with Chromecast, and a wood burning stove. The kitchen is open to the dining area and has all equipment. On the ground floor there is also an entrance with a laundry room. The living room has large openable glass sections facing the partially covered terrace. The entire ground floor has comfortable underfloor heating. The patios have both lounge furniture and a large dining table. The plot is protected from view and a robot mower works on the grass surfaces. Upstairs on the second floor is another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The large living room has a comfortable sofa group, a modern TV with Swedish channels and a drum set that the interested can try out. There is also access to a large balcony with a view of the neighborhood. The community has everything you need for your purchases during the week. There are many nice cycle routes that take you around the peninsula and all its donut places. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. There are nice cycle paths. The Bjäre peninsula has become famous for its potato fields. Vegetables, meat, and potato vodka are locally produced on a small scale in the many farm shops. Torekov's picturesque harbor is lined with many small restaurants. From the harbor there are ferries to Halland's Väderö. Here you will find a magically beautiful nature reserve. Ängelholm offers an exciting mix of small specialty shops, exclusive boutiques, and several large chains. Ängelholm's Hembygdspark is an oasis for the whole family. The park houses a zoo, museum buildings and a playground for the younger ones. There are walking paths, resting, and eating areas here. For those interested in fishing, there is a wide variety of sport fishing in Rönne river and Lake Västersjön. Fishing license is required. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Åkaregården golf club.

The area is quiet and perfect for you who are a family with children who want to be close to sun, swimming and all the pearls of the west coast. The large house is homely and bright. The house includes 2 guest cottages, which means that you can stay a total of 8 people. The entrance is on the side of the house and you come straight into a lovely living room. The room is spacious with high ceilings and a dining area for at least 6 people. The living room and dining area have an open, pleasant floor plan. Here there are comfortable sofas and armchairs with a TV corner. A small staircase leads you to the kitchen, which has everything you could need. Here, too, there is seating for 6 people. The hall down leads to the bathroom on the left. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower cabin, wc and sink. Straight ahead is the house's one bedroom. It is a very nice bedroom with a double bed. Via a small landing you get to the room below with another 2-3 beds. Here there is a bunk bed with a 90 cm upper part and a 120 cm wide lower part. From this bedroom there is a door to the balcony with the beautiful sea view. Outside the house there are small lampposts and lead you to two guest cabins. Both cabins have fridges and kettles. One cabin has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both guest houses have wonderful views. The cottage is located on sloping and hilly land that gives you this incredible view. The balcony of the main house invites you to lovely evenings and dinners. Between the house and your swimming area with a jetty to the sea, there is a busy road that you should pay attention to if you have children. Parking is just below the road or if you go behind the house when everything has to be packed. From the cabin, you can easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil or why not Liseberg in Gothenburg, which is only about 60 minutes from here. You can easily reach the coastal communities such as Smögen, Kungshamn or Fjällbacka from the cabin. Take a shopping day at Torp Köpcentrum, Moose of Anneröd with its fantastic moose park or a visit to Bohusläns Museum. Beautiful Archipelago boats stop at several places with picturesque places to visit that are well worth a visit.

Nice and homely cottage with a good standard and close to the sea in Svanesund in the south-east area of Orust. The cottage is located peacefully in a smaller cottage area bordering forest and sea. Here you are far from the noise and traffic of the city and can enjoy the silence and the beautiful location with good chances of seeing the animals of the forest passing by. A perfect cottage for the family who wants to live near the sea with salty swimming, service, and many attractions in the immediate area. Only a few minutes' walk to the small bathing area "Skogen" with both jetty, sandy beach, and rocks. Here you can enjoy your time almost entirely to yourself. If you prefer a larger swimming area, you continue about 1 km to the municipal and disabled-friendly swimming area with jumping tower, jetties, sandy beach, rocks, and lawn. The house with a guest house is located on a substantial plot of land which consists of both a lawn for play and games, a hilly natural plot with mountains in the distance and a garden area. If you're in the mood for shopping, Stenungsund has around 60 stores that you can easily reach via the free car ferry. Also take the opportunity to experience the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Orust. Feel free to take the ferry to the picturesque islands of Käringön or Gullholmen. Orust is the island of events with festivals, jazz days, museum weeks and lots of activities for both children and adults. About 70 km to the south is the big city of Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg and a vibrant entertainment scene. Park easily on the left just after the cabin. At this nice cottage you have all the amenities you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. From the large terrace you enter the cabin and can immediately leave your luggage and shoes in the inviting hall. Straight ahead you will find the cabin's bathroom with both WC, wash basin and shower. When you enter the combined living room and kitchen, you are greeted by a large space with a panoramic window towards the balcony and the lake. The kitchen is in a modern style and has all the equipment you could possibly need, such as a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker and much more. Next to the kitchen you will find the two bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has a wide (120cm) single bed and the bedroom on the left a double bed (140cm). Up the stairs from the living room you will find the sleeping loft with a wide (120cm) single bed and a sofa bed for two people. From here in the sleeping loft you have a nice view over the cabin but also out over the greenery. The large balcony that frames the cabin provides plenty of sun during the day. Here you can sit on a beautiful summer evening and look out over the water and enjoy the silence and tranquility that the area offers. 300 meters away there is both a jetty and a boat that is included to borrow (talk to the owners). By sea you can take yourself to various cozy islands, or why not go into Karlstad and enjoy the restaurant and entertainment options there. Around the cottage there are also good hiking trails to discover Hammarö's beautiful nature and rich wildlife. The cottage owners who live on the same plot are very nice and are happy to help if there is anything during your stay. Hammarö offers everything from cozy cafes, a recognized mini golf course to fishing, beautiful swimming, an appreciated golf course and much more. Barely a mile away you can enjoy fish/seafood at Lillängshamnen's Fish Smokehouse. At close driving distance you will find the Kilenegården training area with cross-country skiing, running tracks and much more. Welcome to this gem! Good to know Bed linen and towels are included (one large and one small towel per person). Cleaning is included in the rental price. Guests are responsible for doing the dishes, disposing of trash, and returning furniture to its original place. A rowing boat with motor is included in the rental. The boat is 4.30m long and is approved for 4 people. The boat is equipped with oars and a 6 hp four-stroke engine. A range of life jackets are included, including children's sizes.

Welcome to a cozy little cottage up in the fantastic Småland highlands. Lots of visitors are attracted here annually by the beautiful nature of the highlands, beautiful lakes and the area's small-town charm. The cottage is a perfect starting point for discovering most of Småland, e.g. Astrid Lindgren's World and Glasbruken. It is also not far from the cities of Jönköping, Nässjö and Vetlanda. Up to five people can live here. On the upper floor there is a bedroom, note steep stairs/ladder, with a double bed and a single bed. Outside the bedroom there is a family room which has a single bed, then there is also a sofa bed in the living room on the first floor. Downstairs you have a kitchen connected to the living room, and here you have plenty of space to hang out. There are a number of small, cozy lakes nearby, but for those who like to swim, the owners recommend Sandsjöbadet, which is about 6.8 km away. Regardless of whether you want to enjoy the holiday from your own lovely garden or go on an adventure, this cozy accommodation is perfect.

Central and very nice accommodation close to swimming and beach promenade. Welcome to this pleasant and centrally located villa in a quiet and family-friendly environment. Here you are met by nice generous spaces both indoors and on the villa's terrace and glazed outdoor areas. The villa is within perfect walking distance to the city's range of restaurants, market stalls, shopping, boating, music and much more. You are just as close to Pinneviken's fine bathing area and Stångehuvud's nature reserve, known for its special light, which has made the area well-visited by photographers, among others. It is also just as close to the Norra hamn area's popular beach promenade with restaurants and nice vantage points over the sea and sunset. Via a staircase you reach the entrance floor of the villa. On the inside, you are greeted by a welcoming hall that transitions into a kitchen with a dining area as well as a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. On the first floor there is also a living room with a nice large sofa and TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. From the hall a staircase leads up to the second floor, first you are met by a hall with an exit to a small balcony, then there are 4 bedrooms of which 2 rooms have double beds and the other two single beds, a large nice bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. From the kitchen area you come out to the "heart of the villa", a large nice and cozy glazed conservatory with a lounge group, dining group and a grill, via the conservatory's sliding doors you come out on to a patio area with summer furniture. Generous surfaces perfect for pleasant moments in the company of good friends with barbecues, good meals and something good to drink or a moment of summer rest in the sun or shade together with a good book. The villa has a fiber connection. Good to know: Youth groups are not allowed The homeowner sometimes sleeps in the apartment in the basement. Lysekil, which is popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea belt. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us on hikes on nature reserves and paths with fine smooth red granite rocks that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. are offered. Several nice shops with a selection for different tastes. It is also a pleasure to ride the small train around Lysekil, during the trip you also get a bit of history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen, which in recent years has become a beach promenade. Here you can take a dip in the salty sea from the jetty and on a fine summer evening you can experience a fantastic sunset reflected in the sea. Feel free to rent a canoe and experience the beautiful archipelago along the smooth granite cliffs. Take a boat trip across to the other side of the Gullmarsfjord and wander the winding streets among Fiskebäckskil's sea shacks and captain's villas. For those interested in golf, the club can be swung on Holma's fine 18-hole course. Welcome to one of Bohuslän's gems on the west coast!

A genuine and pleasant holiday home just north of Varberg. The cottage is tasteful and well planned. The spacious plot is surrounded by a stone fenced yard and shady trees. The cottage is located high up in a smaller cottage area, a short drive takes you down to the beach in Kärradal. Here there is both a sandy beach and a rock pool with a jetty and ladder. At the beach there is a popular restaurant and an ice cream café. At the entrance of the house there is a covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue. The kitchen has all the equipment you could need. In the center of the house there is a living room with sofa, a TV and a dining area. A charming sleeping alcove divided by a partition wall and drapery, accommodates a double bed. A smaller bedroom has a bunk bed with 120cm in the lower bed. The bathroom has a shower. The plot has plenty of space for all your activities and there is several garden furniture. Varberg is a summer town with a lot of people, restaurants, cafés and dance halls, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen from afar. Go on a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow along from the 13th century to our own time. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous bird areas. There are also exhibitions, a shop and a café here. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. Also visit the large shopping area GEKÅS in Ullared. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby, the closest is Klosterfjordens Gk.

The cabin is bright, smartly planned and perfect for those of you who travel as a couple and want to be close to sun, swimming and wonderful excursions. The cottage is a stone's throw from the harbor with kiosk, restaurant and rocky baths. Not far from the house is the center of Öckerö, Hjälvik's bathing area and Hummerviken's bathing area, both well-visited and popular bathing areas. There is also a nice gravel walking path here. Inside the cabin you are met by a smaller hall and where the whole room opens up. Everything is bright and fresh. It is open plan with a kitchen that is integrated with a dining area for 2 people. It is high up to the ceiling with a spotlight. You will find a small alcove for a TV corner and sofa under the stairs. The bathroom is tiled in white and has a wc/sink/shower and washing machine. The loft is a sleeping loft with low ceiling height with a double bed for 2 people. Everything is simple and stylish and tasteful. There is a small terrace for the first cup of the morning overlooking the sea. Welcome to a smaller accommodation with the sea right outside the door!

A warm welcome to a cabin for those of you who want peace, proximity to the lake, forest and swimming. The house includes a small oak tree for fishing and swimming. This accommodation provides a nice relaxation with the cabin, which is close to nature without disturbing traffic, where you can go directly into the forest to perhaps see moose, deer, fish and swim. The cottage is close to both Alingsås and Borås, just over 1 hour to Gothenburg by car if you want to discover Liseberg or wander on the Avenyn. The house is at the end of the road, where no one but you comes. Next to the house there are two nice lakes where you can fish for perch, roach and pike. In the yard there is a nice barbecue area for cozy evenings during starry evenings. If you are a good group that wants to get away, this accommodation is recommended for you or for the family that wants to have a good time. The house is older with a mixed interior and the ceiling height is slightly lower, about 195 cm. You enter a small hall with the kitchen directly to the left. The kitchen is from the Swedish 70s with stove, oven, fridge/freezer and most of what you might need. There is a dining area in the living room around a large bridge. There is also a large sofa group with a stove that likes to crackle well. Adjacent is the house's one bedroom with 2 single beds. The stairs up lead you to the house's second bedroom with two bunk beds with a total of 4 beds. Up here is also the house's toilet with sink and shower. In the surrounding area there are plenty of lakes and beautiful nature trails. Pay a visit to Alingsås where Jonas Alströmer became famous for teaching the Swedes to eat potatoes as early as the beginning of the 18th century or pay a visit to Borås which is a mecca for textiles and Borås Zoo for the little ones.
