In the living room there is a comfortable seating area where you have a wood burning stove for cozy evenings. The house contains two bedrooms, one with a double bed and in the other there is a sofa bed for one person and TV. The bathroom is fresh and newly renovated. There is also a washing machine. Right next door is the guest house which contains two rooms where one contains a sofa bed for two people as well as a dining area and kitchenette. In the second room there is a bunk bed. Retracted water is available in the guest house during warm months as it freezes during winter. On the terrace there is the possibility of fine barbecue dinners. Bathing area with sandy beach is about 700 m from the house or you can swim from the boat harbor which is closer. Blidö is one of Roslagen's most popular destinations. You can get here with a couple of minutes ride on a car ferry that runs several times an hour from Furusund via the island of Yxlan. You get off the ferry and cross Yxlan before you drive on the next ferry that takes you to Blidö. This goes very quickly and smoothly. Blidö has everything from a shop, bakery, church, medical center and farmhouses. Here you can play paddle, mini golf and go to flea markets. Just outside Blidö is Norröra, where Saltkråkan was recorded, one of Astrid Lindgren's famous works, If you want to enjoy a good bite to eat, you can do it at Blidö Brygga and Bistro which some evenings also have entertainment, or why not take the ferry over to Furusund's inn. Horses graze beautifully in the paddocks around the house and if you follow the extensive grounds through the paddock, a magnificent view of Emån opens up with the forest beautifully in the foreground. It is only 10 km to Högsby with a grocery store and restaurants and 40 km to the coast with Oskarshamn where you have a larger selection and lovely sea bathing. Hike out to the viewpoint Badholmarna, which is right next to the harbor, where you can enjoy a dip from the bathing rocks, and why not buy a good ice cream or smoked fish along the way. There are sandy beaches, bathing docks, camping, restaurants and hotels with good food and drink. In summer, entertainment is offered in the form of music and theatre. For adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts, kayaking is popular, many want to try their luck at fishing and there are plenty of fish. Fishing with hand gear is free, but don't forget to check which fishing rules apply. From June to August, you can book a boat trip with the archipelago line that runs between Arkösund and Harstena, and don't miss that you can book RIB boats, play mini golf and much more. Söderköping 50 km away is a charming small-town idyll with the Göta canal running through the city, surrounded by old buildings, shopping, cultural monuments and restaurants along the harbor. Kolmården's zoo is 5 miles away. If you want to go on other adventures and discover the big city of Norrköping, it takes about 45 minutes by car. Art and culture are a big part of Norrköping. In the heart of Norrköping lies Knäpingsborg with ancient buildings and its cozy restaurants, bars, cafes and lots of shopping. Welcome to a charming and pleasant cabin in a calm and peaceful environment where from the cabin and its balconies between the trees of the forest you have a view of part of the Kornsjöarna, a lake system that goes all the way into Norway and offers about 30 km of paddling with just two short lifts. The lakes are beautiful and rich in islands and skerries. In the other direction, the lake merges into Kynne älv, a river that ends in a fine waterfall and further into the mile-long Bullaresjöarna with its many fine swimming spots, e.g. Sundshult. The cabin is a perfect starting point for those who want to experience animals and nature, paddle, hike, cycle, rock climb, pick berries and mushrooms or go fishing (NOTE: Fishing license required). In the immediate area there is the possibility to rent canoes or you can bring your own canoe, kayak or bicycle. The area is known for its nature and wilderness experiences, there is plenty of both untouched nature and rich wildlife, don't forget your camera! In the forests, both wild animals and birds roam and you might get the chance to catch a glimpse of a moose. In late summer, there are both berries and mushrooms in the forests, for example the 35-mile-long Bohusleden hiking trail passes through the area, but you can find information about it online. The cabin is nicely located on a forest slope that faces down to the lake, via one of the cabin's balconies you reach the cabin's entrance and further into a welcoming hall. In the open kitchen there is a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker, in the living room there is dining room furniture, TV, a warming wood stove and sofa bed. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed where the lower sleeping area is 120 cm wide. The bathroom has a WC, wash basin and shower. The cabin has two balcony areas with summer furniture and electric barbecue, one balcony to face the morning sun and one for evening snuggles, made for pleasant moments and conversations when you review the day's events or plan for new ones. The house has his own jetty at the lake nearby. In the area there are several excursion destinations such as Älgafallet, a magnificent waterfall with a height of 46 m, well worth a visit. The river above the falls forms the very border between Sweden and Norway. Visit the moose park in Dals Ed or take a trip across the border to Norway and Halden for a visit to Fredriksten's fortress or why not to Strömstad, a city by the sea with a large selection of activities during the summer, rich restaurant life, pleasant shopping in small shops that are close each other and if you feel like a salty, cooling dip in the summer heat, it's a short distance to the sea, cliffs and swimming, feel free to take one of the bathing boats out to one of the islands in the Strömstad archipelago. From Strömstad, there is also a ferry to the Koster Islands, Sweden's westernmost islands with a resident population. Near the cabin you will also find the Åmål ski center, which offers both cross-country and downhill skiing. Good to know: Firewood is not included. Can be bought at the nearest grocery store. Fireworks are not permitted in the area.

Now you have a unique opportunity to live with a sea view at Eriksberg's Beaches in Hällaryd/Karlshamn's Archipelago with Eriksberg's Game Park as a neighbor. You can book a pick-up by boat from the owner of the house in Matvik for a cost if you wish. It is also possible to go by boat with local traffic from Karlshamn to Eriksberg, where the cabin is located. You can also book a paddleboard, rowing boat with electric motor, double kayak and also a wood-fired hot tub next door as well as AC and infrared heating. This is done on site or in advance via the house owner. The house is in good condition and you have a built-in patio with both a lounge area and a dining area and an outside patio with outdoor furniture. You have an open kitchen/living room with dining area and sofa group. Two nice bedrooms with lower ceiling height are upstairs, where you can sleep well in a double bed (180cm) and two single beds. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. The house is on the same plot as its owner, but as the plot is hilly, you have your own separate part of the garden.
