Welcome to a genuine swedish cottage with lots of love and charm that lies completely undisturbed, embedded in wonderful nature where you can see the water sparkling beautifully. Here you can really enjoy the tranquility with lake, forest and meadow as your nearest neighbour. The house has been included in an interior reportage in the swedish newspaper Lantliv. You have a large, wonderful terrace with lounge furniture, dining area and hammock. In the open living room with sofa group and dining area, there is a Smart TV and a wood burning stove (firewood included). In the nice kitchen there is a dishwasher and a dining area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed (the bedrooms are in a row, which means that two of the rooms have to be passed to reach the far one). Beautiful newly renovated bathroom with wc, sink, shower and washing machine with entrance from one of the bedrooms. On the grounds there is a small outdoor group and hammock. The closest lake is called Stockgölen and is beautiful, here you can enjoy nice walks around the lake, but note that it is not a bathing lake. along the forest road the last bit here. Larger, more child-friendly swimming areas are available, e.g. in Skedshult or Valdemarsvik. The nearest restaurant where you can eat home-cooked food and breakfast is in Kårtorp by the motorway before the exit towards the house. If you want a larger selection, there is Valdemarsvik 12 km away with restaurants, grocery store, mini golf, etc. Don't miss going out to Gryts Skärgård, 18km from Valdemarsvik where Gryts Handelsträdgård is located. A little further out you can swim in the sea. Boat trips to the smaller islands depart from Fyrudden. Popular archipelago communities such as Valdemarsvik, Loftahammar and Västervik lie like a string of pearls. Don't miss the summer town of Västervik with its picturesque town centre, its restaurants and many summertime events. Popular Loftahammar with boaters, restaurants, cafes and cooling baths by beaches and cliffs. Tour boats depart for the archipelago from both Loftahammar and Västervik. For the youngest, a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is usually popular. Or why not Kolmårdens Djurpark with an ice cream stop in wonderful Söderköping on the way.

A very pleasant farmhouse, lushly nestled in greenery on the owner's 19th-century farm. An excellent location with proximity to both the nature reserve, swimming area and the picturesque harbor of "Läjet". You have your own patio at the entrance and share the green plot with the owner. A tastefully decorated annex perfect for the small family or a couple. Träslövslage has everything you need for a lovely holiday week. A short drive or bike ride takes you to Varberg's beautiful summer town. From the entrance, you first have a lovely little kitchen with everything you need. The bathroom has a shower. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated in retro style. There is a dining area and comfortable furniture. Adjacent is a smaller room with a wide single bed and a modern TV with channel selection from Allente. There is also a fridge/freezer here. Upstairs is a bright and spacious bedroom with a double bed. Upon request, a folding extra bed can be offered. The plot is leafy and hidden from view from the villa area, but it is shared with the owner. The owner runs arts and crafts and there is a small shop and a glass cabin. In Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor there is a restaurant, pizzeria, street kitchen, mini-golf, and the very popular ice cream bar Tre Toppar, where people like to queue up to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice beach for swimming. Just south of the area is Galtabäck's small harbor and its fine boat museum. Varberg is a real summer town with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance halls, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen from afar. Go on a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow along from the 13th century to our own time. If you go south, you will immediately reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops, and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby, the closest one is Varbergs Gk, the western course.

In southern Småland you will find this incredibly charming cottage. Built in the 1820s and renovated by the owners to retain its contemporary feel, you have here a spacious and cozy accommodation for the large family or perhaps 2 families traveling together. The cottage is on the same plot as the owners' own summer cottage and shares the plot with them. The small lake that is nearby is also shared between the two cottages. Experience Småland in lovely rural surroundings but still be close to a lot because in only about 10 km you will get on the E4 and can go both north and south on excursions. The cabin consists of a cozy kitchen, large bathroom and a spacious living room. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed adjacent to the living room, and one with a single bed. On the second floor, which has a sloping ceiling, there is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a room with a bed that can be pulled out to double if desired and a sofa bed. This room is not as well insulated as the others and is mainly recommended during the summer months. Which means that a total of 9 people can live here, however, upon request, a sleeping place for an additional child can be arranged. There is a wood-burning sauna by the small lake that can be rented for SEK 1,000 a week, which includes a fixed amount of wood. There is also a wood-burning hot tub that can be rented for a week on request. If you want to swim somewhere other than the small lake, which is only about 40 m away, you have swimming spots 8-10 km away both at Strömsnäsbruk and Markaryd. In Markaryd there is also an indoor pool and in Strömsnäsbruk an outdoor pool in the summer with a pool and a baby pool. Markaryd's Moose Safari is also nearby.

The house is open up to the roof ridge for space and large glass sections so that you can enjoy the lovely view of the lake. There are two beds in the living room in front of the fireplace. You have a trinette kitchen with two induction hobs, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge with freezer compartment. You have two larger swimming areas in the immediate area. You have approx. 600 m to the municipal swimming area with beach, here there is a jetty, swimming raft, playground, fireplace and the "Sun Kiosk" which is open when the weather is nice. Welcome to a newly renovated turn-of-the-century house out of the ordinary, where you have your own plot of land and scenic surroundings in Bellö, Småland. Here you can really enjoy the peace and the view of the lake. In the large garden with roses and perennials there is a nice terrace with outdoor furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Down by the lake you can enjoy a cooling bath or why not take a relaxing ride with the small rowing boat that is included (own life jackets are provided, electric motor can be rented on site). There is also outdoor furniture by the lake. You have a beautiful glazed veranda with a lovely view of the lake. The house's kitchen with a beautiful dining area is a feast for the eyes, here you can prepare fine meals. Dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, induction hob and wood stove are available. The living room has a comfortable sofa group and an armchair where you can enjoy in front of a fire in the tiled stove or in front of the large screen with Apple TV and Chromecast (no fixed channels). Wifi is available. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180cm and a single bed of 80cm. The second bedroom with curtains also has a double bed and a single bed of 80 cm. The room above the stairs is another bedroom without doors with a pull-out bed that can be made into a double bed. There is also a simpler extra bed that you can place where you wish. On the lower floor there is a fantastically beautiful bathroom with bathtub, WC and sink. On the upper floor, with entrance from one of the bedrooms, there is a WC with a sink. Welcome to enjoy your own oasis in this cozy cottage on Tjörn in Bohuslän, only 20 m to the sea/bath, own jetty, lovely lawn and no view. Here you can be to yourself and swim, sunbathe, fish and enjoy. Very lovely sunrises and beautiful evenings with a mirror-like sea outside the window. The entrance is directly connected to a lovely kitchen with a wood-burning stove, fridge and freezer, stove with oven, cooker hood, microwave, coffee maker and high chair. Inside is a spacious living room with sofa, coffee table, dining table with chairs, TV and wood burning stove. From the window you can see the grounds where the children can play and in the background the sea and the jetty. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed 180 cm and the other with a bunk bed 80/80 cm. Via a slightly steeper staircase you reach the house's spacious loft where there are 2 single beds 80 cm. Inside there is a toilet and sink in the private bathroom, but the shower is outside directly adjacent to the house. A large glassed-in terrace with both a dining table and chairs and armchairs to sit in. Here you have a wonderful view of the sea and the terrace has sliding doors so the contact with the "outdoors" is magical. On the plot there is a guest cabin with a bunk bed. Here you can either spread out the lower bed to 140cm or choose to sleep on each floor. There is also a small kitchenette but no water. Outside there is a small playhouse with toys for the children and there are life jackets for everyone. The house includes a boat so you can go out into the Hakefjord to fish or discover a new beach. Youth groups cannot book this accommodation, but at least one guardian must be present during the entire stay. On the plot is a robotic lawnmower. Make sure there is no things outside for it to chew on and please do not touch. The house offers three parking spaces that are marked out. A well-stocked grocery store can be found in Myggenäs, 1 km. A small service shop and pizzeria are also nearby and it is close to services and entertainment in Stenungsund with a large shopping center and also to Skärhamn with the well-known Watercolor Museum of Nordic contemporary art. To the big city of Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg approx. 55 km. Welcome to a wonderful oasis!

An accommodation for those who love the sea and nature! Just a few hundred meters from the beach awaits this incredibly well-planned and beautiful cottage that was completed in 2022. This place is for those who love to swim, walk, bird watch, play golf or discover all the incredibly beautiful places that are a short drive away. The cottage is suitable for a smaller group but is still large enough for 4 people. For a family or 2 couples, considering how well planned this cabin is, it suits many. You are welcomed directly into the kitchen, which is quite spacious. Here, you can easily stand and cook in the pleasant kitchen. There is also a living room with a double sofa bed that is very comfortable. You will be surprised how spacious it is in this place! The nice bathroom has what you need for a holiday. All material choices are made with care to create a pleasant stay where you can feel good. Outside on the large terrace there are seating options, and you can also enjoy the lawn behind and around the cottage. Here you can bask in the sun and grill something to complete your stay. The cottage has a private entrance as you can see in the pictures, and you can park outside the cottage by the gravel road according to instructions from the owner. The large cabin next door is sometimes used. The cottage is on the Kulla Peninsula and is located between Höganäs and Ängelholm, a perfect location for exploring both the Kulla Peninsula and the Bjäre Peninsula. The Kulla peninsula offers the hill's lighthouse, the picturesque village of Mölle with super cozy restaurants and the excursion destination Nimis, which offers serious climbing. One can also visit at least 2 wineries. Something to explore while still in the area is the Bjäre Peninsula, which has become famous for its potato fields, and it is not infrequent that the first new potatoes of the season are delivered from here. Vegetables, meat and potato vodka is locally produced on a small scale and gives a feeling of love and quality when you visit one of the many farm shops. In Torekov's picturesque harbor there are many small restaurants. From the harbor there are ferries to the island Väderö. Here you will find a magically beautiful nature reserve. The town of Ängelholm offers an exciting mix of small specialty shops, exclusive boutiques and several large chains. A croft in Sörmland's forests overlooking a peaceful lake, maybe that's what you're looking for for a relaxing holiday? Here you live in two cottages where the old cottages from the early 1900s have been renovated taking into account the house's origins. Torpstugan consists of two rooms a small hall. A chamber with two single beds, a stove that you can fire in a chilly evening and also an extra bed for a child. In the second room, which is the original kitchen where the old iron fireplace remains, there is a seating area. In the second cottage next door you have a kitchen with dining area and a fresh tiled bathroom. This cottage is built in recent years but in the old style and fits well into the courtyard image. Between the cottages there is a lovely patio with barbecue. Down by the lake there is a jetty with a bathing ladder and it is an excellent swimming lake, if you want to go out on the lake you have access to a rowing boat. The house does not rent to companies. In Sörmland there are countless castles and manor houses where many offer guided tours. If you want to hike along a trail or just go out into the forest, the choices are many. If you travel with children, Eskilstuna Zoo can be attractive, where you have about 30 minutes to travel. If you want to go to Stockholm, it takes about 1.5 hours. Welcome!

The location is perfect down on Österlen where you are close to a lot. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderups strandbad and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very talked about Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Happy to also take a visit to the Old Bakery – Örnahusen, Karl-Fredrik at Österlen and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ales stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children, there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Sommarland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.
