Welcome to a wonderful house on Adelsö in Mälaren. The house was built in 2016 and has all the facilities you need for a wonderful holiday. The house is carefully decorated by the family who lives there, with two complete floors, so the house is perfect for a large family or two families who want to vacation together. There are also two living rooms; one on the upper floor and one on the ground floor, both have TV and internet included with good coverage. Two bathrooms with shower, a laundry room, a lovely large plot with lawn for play and games, a greenhouse where the family grows vegetables that you are welcome to harvest during the season. A terrace with exit from the living room, with outdoor furniture and barbecue for cozy summer evenings. The kitchen is spacious and state-of-the-art, the dining table is homemade and resembles a beautiful boat deck. If you are interested in fishing, there is a fishing boat for rent, contact the owner via the Stugsommar service office if you are interested and if you have knowledge of boats. The house is close to the water, it takes about 2 minutes down to the cable ferry that takes you to Ekerö and then easily onward to Stockholm. There is a nice swimming area 3 km from the house. There is a lot of history to experience on Adelsö, runic carvings among other things. Just outside Adelsö is the Viking Island of Birka from the 7th century, which is usually considered Sweden's first city, well worth a visit. Boats go there from both Adelsö and Ekerö. From Ekerö you can also take an archipelago boat to Stockholm, a cozy boat trip.

There are also 2 bedrooms, one has 1 double bed of 180cm and from that room it is possible to open and close a door for a slightly smaller bedroom with a pull-out bed from Ikea of 160cm very practical. In the summer you can sit outside and enjoy all the day's meals on the terrace, or just enjoy the tranquility of nature. If you want to get out on some adventure and fishing, you can borrow a canoe that can accommodate 4 people. In Vanderydssjön, fishing licenses are valid. To the nearest big city Trollhättan it is about 30 km and there are also buses. In Trollhättan there are outdoor baths, a cozy inner city along the canal, playgrounds, a large shopping center and old locks, saab museum and much to do. If you like to play golf, Koberg's golf course with an incredibly beautiful nature around and also Koberg Castle are recommended. Or why not go to Gothenburg and visit the amusement park Liseberg. The cabins are of a simpler standard but full of comfort and consist of a main cabin and two guest cabins. In the large cabin you have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. You also have the living room with a corner sofa and TV. There is a wood burning stove (out of order and must not be used) The bathroom is large and has what you need, wc, wash basin and bathtub. The larger guest cabin consists of a bunk bed and a sofa bed with room for two. There is also a fridge and coffee maker here. The smaller guest cabin has a bunk bed and likewise a fridge and coffee maker. The garden attracts a lot of sun and is large and nestled in greenery, perfect for hanging out and playing.
