Welcome to Valsnäs on Öland's eastern coast, here you live in the countryside with a view of the sea while you only have 15 km to Borgholm and Köpingsvik. You have a farm with a beautiful holiday house with one attached annexes. Here you get a real summer feeling with the view of the beach meadows, the sea and the cows that graze just outside the house plot. The main house has a patio facing the sea where you can enjoy lovely summer evenings. You have a beautiful dining room with a large dining table and a large, lovely kitchen with most of what you need. In the living room you can enjoy yourself in the comfortable armchairs or on the sofa in front of the fireplace. Upstairs you have four bedrooms under the eaves, one with a double bed (160cm), one with two single beds and two bedrooms each with a single bed (80cm fine mattresses). Toilet and shower and washing machine are downstairs. Wilma's annex, which is located in front of the main house, has 2 beds (80 cm), living room and toilet and sink. So it's also possible to sleep here. However, it is rented to a maximum of 6 people. The gravel road next to the house leads you 1.5 km down to the sea, through beautiful coastal meadows. Here there are boat cabins, fantastic views and beautiful nature. Please note that the houses are located in the countryside next to an active farm with cows, horses and sheep and that the farmer's working day can start early in the morning. Flies also thrive in the area. High silos can be seen behind the trees. Not rented out to youth groups. Not allowed to charge electric cars. If you want a beach, you have Kårehamn's fine sandy beach and dunes 7km away. There is also a fish restaurant by the harbour. Borgholm with a larger selection of restaurants and shopping is 15 km away. Köpingsvik's extensive beaches only 10 km away. Along the hall there is a smaller toilet. In a side building there is a large sauna that can accommodate 6 people, as well as a large bathroom with shower and washing machine. If you want to test your fishing luck, there is a boat and a rowing boat included in the rent. Or you can go to the Säffle center in Byälven, where there is one of Sweden's best fishing waters for zander etc. Behind the house you can connect to the nice hiking trails that are well marked. Only a 27-minute drive away, you can visit Värmland's Viking Center. Here it is told about how the Vikings lived and about the ancient history of Värmland as well as about older crafts and about the construction of the ship Glad. There is also a playground and stone labyrinth here, which are just as exciting for young and old.

Looking towards Åsunden is this well-planned cottage. Down to the lake it is only 250 meters and there is a lovely jetty to swim from, if you want to fish, it is fine. The cottage is located in a quiet area with on the outskirts of the small community of Hycklinge, as the last cottage on a smaller road it is quiet and free from traffic. From here you have thirty km to the sea and Gamleby. The cottage has an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining area and living room. You have four beds in the house divided into two single beds that can be combined into a double bed and a bunk bed in two bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower and toilet as well as a washing machine. Two lovely terraces, where one of the terraces is covered with a roof, one on each side of the house ensures that you can find your perfect place regardless of the time of day. As the cottage is the last house on the road, you have an unobstructed view of meadows in one direction and lake Åsunden in the other direction. You bring your own bed linen and towels. Welcome to a cozy cottage in a smaller cottage area only 300 meters from lake Stråken. To the cottage and to the other houses around, there is a shared private swimming area with a bathing jetty, barbecue area and sandy beach with lawn that you share. The cottage is red with white knots and has a large inviting balcony where you can see the lake between the trees that sparkle below. The lawn invites you to play with swings on the grounds. There is a nice glazed conservatory with seating for 6 people and here is also the entrance to your accommodation. You are welcomed into a narrow hall with space for shoes and jackets. Directly to the right, the living room opens up, which is integrated with the kitchen area. It is bright and with a very homely warm style. There is a sofa with an armchair and a TV. In the living room there is a fireplace that you can use. You buy firewood at the nearest grocery store. The kitchen area has a dining area for 6 people and the kitchen area is next door. The kitchen is from 2019 and in a good standard with an induction cooker, a newer cooker hood and a dishwasher. To the left into the hall is the large bedroom with a double bed. On the charming farm right next to Tällberg in Plintsberg, the owners of the cottage live, here you can enjoy the garden and the view of Siljan. In the early 1900s, this fantastic little house was built and the whole estate is a cozy and genuine dala environment. Tällberg is a given goal for those who want a really cozy dala experience.
