Here you have the opportunity to spend your stay in a delicious villa with a lovely view, several balcony spaces and a large plot! Inside the entrance on the ground floor you have a bedroom, family room with fold-down bed (140cm), storage facilities where there are also 2 extra beds, bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs you have the heart of the house. Here you sit and eat a good dinner or relax on the sofa in front of the fire while sitting up among the treetops. You also have the kitchen directly connected here, so you can socialize all the time. There is also a bathroom on the upper level. Both bathrooms have a shower. You have a sofa bed in the living room. From the upper level, you have the opportunity to step out onto two larger balconies via large, lovely glass partitions. You will be happy to sit here for a long time! A favorite place where you like to have coffee or a glass of wine to round off the day. There is much to do in Skåne and Blekinge within a reasonable distance. Only in Åhus you have padel, mini golf, tennis courts and much more. For those who appreciate swimming, fishing, walking or cycling, you have as much beauty as possible. Other sights and excursion destinations are Bosarpsjön, Hammarsjön, Ringsjön, Skåne Djurpark, Fulltofta Nature Center and Kristianstad Golf Club. At Vaxsjön there is also the option of renting a boat for a small fee. If you've had enough of fresh water and want to swim on one of the finest beaches in Skåne, Yngsjöstrand is ideally located. Along the coast towards Österlen, you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm and much, much more. The villa is located on the same plot as the small cottage in the picture. Welcome to Björklinge, just 20 km from Uppsala. In this nice house with a pool, you live comfortably and spaciously. This is a very practical year-round accommodation with five bedrooms and many beds, close to both culture, shopping and outdoor activities. By bus you can get to Uppsala in about 20 minutes. Here you are also within walking distance to a lovely bath. The house is on two levels and the lower floor contains the living room, open kitchen, master bedroom and another bedroom and bathroom. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, a generous hall and a bathroom with spa bath. Outside the kitchen, you just take a step out onto the glassed-in balcony where you sit and enjoy your morning coffee or eat your dinner by the grill. Feel free to take a morning dip during the summer months in the lovely pool or why not take a swim at the swimming area in Långsjön, which is a spring water lake a few minutes' walk away, here there is also an electric light/exercise track. At the same lake, a few kilometers away, there is also the Sandviksbadet with a sandy beach, barbecue area, kiosk and jumping tower. When the weather permits, an ice rink of about 5 km is built on the lake in winter, and there is usually also an ice rink for those who enjoy winter swimming. Feel free to try playing disco golf on the course that is right next door. Instead of a golf club, you use a disc. There are also exercise tracks, a mountain bike trail, and a ski slope with a lift. At the Björkvallen sports facility there is also an ice hockey rink, bandy and football field. In Björklinge itself, there is a grocery store and a couple of restaurants, and you can quickly get by bus or car into the university city of Uppsala, where the offer is large with many attractions so close that you can stroll between them. Feel free to visit Uppsala Castle, the cathedral and everything the city has to offer in terms of culture, shopping and food experiences. If you then want to continue to Stockholm, you can easily take the train from Uppsala and it only takes 40 minutes to get to central Stockholm. Warm welcome!

Welcome to a charming older house with an incredibly nice lake view. You live close to society but still alone. You can easily wrap your dressing gown around, take a short walk across the road and take a dip at the rest area. If you want a larger swimming area, there is one nearby. The garden is large and you have a view of the lake below. The house is red with old style white knots. The interior is nice, mixed style and the kitchen is somewhat worn. You live here for the proximity of Dalsland's beautiful nature, walking distance to swimming and the tranquility next door. The house is detached yet within easy reach of most things. You are welcomed into a hall with pine where there is plenty of space for hanging. To the left is the kitchen with a dining area for 6 people. Behind the kitchen is the family room and lounge area with sofa and TV. Down here there is a bedroom with a double bed but entrance to the wc/shower area. There is also a washing machine here, so perfect if you want to stay 14 days or travel with small children. To the right is a study/bedroom with two single beds. The stairs lead to the upper floor with another bedroom with a 140cm bed. In this bedroom you have a beautiful view of the lake. The bedroom here is special with a mammoth ceiling and wall painting from an old artist who lived in the house a long time ago. There is another toilet with wc/sink and shower area up here. In Edsleskog there are beautiful nature reserves; Bräcke Ängar - which is characterized above all by the old farming culture. Take a visit to Klöverud, which is Dalsland's highest mountain, Baljåsen - stretching 301 meters above sea level. When you have parked the car at the Petersburg croft and hike the trail via Björndalsberget up to Baljåsen, a striking view of the landscape awaits you. You live near the lake and here is one of the better sport fishing waters. Ängebytjärnet - a disabled-friendly sport fishing facility with implanted noble fish. Warm welcome!

Welcome to this little house on idyllic "Björkö". The cottage is delightfully charming on two floors and the sea is right below with both a jetty and a sandy beach. The view and the environment are wonderful and just right for those who want to live in a real archipelago environment. The road here takes you through a lovely winding archipelago settlement and there is a lot to look at during your trip here. The large house with a wonderful view has been successively renovated and has a wood stove in the living room and a wood stove in the kitchen. The house is fully equipped with a modern kitchen and beautiful living room on the entrance floor, where the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine is also located. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bed 120 cm. Up here there is also a cozy little sofa where you can watch TV. The guest house which is right next door is also very fresh and contains a double bed, toilet and kitchenette. You share the adjoining plot with the owners (who will partly be in another location), but you have plenty of private space around the house and can feel completely undisturbed. Enjoy the sea view on the nice balcony, where you like to eat both breakfast and dinner. If you want to relax, there is the wood-burning sauna and outdoor hot tub, which is paid for on site after agreement with the home owner. However, a fire ban must be season is followed. There is also a rowing boat and canoe/canadian to borrow. Please note that life jackets must be brought, they are not provided. You may not launch your own boats on the property as it is not built for that. Next to the site there is a nature reserve and Marumsbadet "Smultronställe" with long shallow sandy beach, jetties, swimming school and playground. Feel free to take a walk in the surroundings and enjoy the beautiful landscape, go to flea markets or visit the popular Edblad in Gåsvik (restaurant and jewelry/furniture store). Waxholmsbolaget operates two piers on Björkö, so the possibility of going out into the archipelago or into Stockholm is great. The house, the plot and the beach radiate harmony and holiday feeling, you will enjoy yourself here!

A rural idyll in an area with wonderful nature experiences. A beautifully renovated stone house with unique character. Here you enjoy the tranquility and tranquility with views of beautiful pasture beds and forest. In the area there are several nature reserves and nice fishing waters. The old brewhouse has been renovated with a very special charm. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and washing machine. The owners have good language skills in both German and English. Only a short bike or car ride away there is a public swimming area in lake Simlången with both jetty and barbecue areas. A short distance away is Vargaslätten, a large privately owned nature garden with museum, plant sales and guided tours. Nearby is also Danske fall, with a fall distance of 36m, so bring a backpack and hiking boots. This is one of Halland's most visited nature reserves. Simlångsdalen's community has both shops and restaurants. In lake Simlången there is a nice fishing and here you can rent both boat and canoe. Fishing licenses are valid. To Halmstad, which is a lovelysummer town and the sea, it is 18 km. For the shopping enthusiast, it is only 55 km to Europe's largest shopping paradise, Gekås in Ullared. For those interested in golf, there are several golf clubs in Halmstad, the mecca of golf. The cottage is not rented to youth groups.

This charming holiday home is set in the heart of Småland, a beautiful county on the east coast of Sweden. The delightful house is an old school house that was renovated in 2013. It features a lovely, roofed terrace that welcomes you into the house. The interior of the house is as lovely as the exterior. Beyond the spacious hall, you will find a large living room with a sofa suite, a TV, and a great dining area. There's a lovely wood-burning stove, excellent should there be a chilly evening or two during your stay. The wood is free of charge. The modern kitchen features a wood cooker as well as an electric cooker. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. There are two beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and an extra bed. The entire house has high ceilings and old wood floors. The kitchen opens onto the big, furnished terrace which is surrounded by a lovely lawn with a swing. The house is set by a little country road and surrounded by scenic nature. Lake Tvingen is 1,7 kilometres away and offers a lovely bathing spot. Kristdala is the nearest town, five kilometres away, and offers a shop and a restaurant. The beautiful town of Oskarshamn is 30 kilometres away. Oskarshamn is set right by the sea and is well worth a visit. Please note that it is NOT permitted to charge your electric car on the lot. Småland is rife with lovely lakes and picturesque, interesting towns. The area around the house has plenty of lovely walking paths. Visit the part of Småland that is called “The Kingdom of Crystal” because of it's many glassworks. It's only a 1 hour and 20-minutes drive to Orrefors, known for it's glassware, and another ten minutes to Kosta where you can visit “The Kingdom of Crystal” glassware is made. When you visit Kosta, don't miss the elk park there! The charming town of Vimmerby is also well woth a visit.This area is the setting of many of Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books such as Emil of Lönneberga. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World. Katthult and Bullerbyn are also close. Or why not take a day trip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden days? The town of Kalmar is another great destination for an excursion. It is set by Kalmarsund and you can drive right over the bridge to the charming island of Öland. A wonderful coastal house with beautiful details and sea view in many directions, located in the lovely town of Åskloster, about 14 km north of Varberg. Plenty of space both inside and outside with several terraces from where you can enjoy the surroundings. At a height in the garden there is a small wooden deck, perfect to sit and enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee in quiet and peace while overlooking the sea. NOTE: Information about garbage disposal is available in the house. This holiday home is light and airy, with a beautifully decorated conservatory by the kitchen. The spacious dining area offers you to gather and have a good meal together and socialize regardless of the weather. There is a TV that is used as a screen if you for example wish to plug in your computer, but there are no channels. In the living room you have a cozy wood burning stove which gives a pleasant atmosphere during the more chilly and rainy days. The bedrooms are three in a row in a stair with duplex. In total there are four bedrooms, the first one is slightly larger and located on the lower level with own entrance. The kitchen has its own exit to a smaller patio, perfect for a nice summer breakfast. Please note that this is an older house and therefore the floor may be drafty. The elements are not to be used, but there is an air heat pump. The house is mainly suitable for stays during the warmer months, i.e. around April-October, since it is not heated when not in use and it can take around 2 hours to heat up with the air heat pump and the stove. Therefore, you have to think about arriving in good time so that you have time to warm it up before the night. The holiday home is located at the end of a street, so here is no transit traffic, it is a calm and quiet area. Welcome to a lovely holiday home in gorgeous settings on the west coast! Good to know: Pets are not allowed to roam the plot. All neighbors have dogs, one of which has a dog that barks at other animals.
