The flat has two furnished balconies from which you can admire the archipelago. You will also have use of a private part of the landlord's garden and an outdoor sitting area. The flat features two comfortable bedrooms. In one you will find a double bed and in the other there are two single beds. The spacious living room features a TV-area, a DVD-player, and free wireless internet access. The kitchen is light and airy and opens onto the smaller balcony. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. . You also have access to a washing machine which you share with the landlord. You will find it in the basement. You enter the flat through the landlord's hall. Your flat is upstairs and you have a front door upstairs that you can lock. The lovely, child-friendly beach of Tubbeviken is just 200 metres from your flat. This is a lovely place for the whole family, there's a bathing dock and cliffs, as well as a sandy beach where the children can play and fish for crabs. Skärhamn offers plenty of entertainment and culture, for instance lovely art museum specialising in aquarelles. Your holiday home is within walkin distance of most services, such as restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Why not visit the lovely towns in the archipelago? Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund to mention a couple.Within a wider distance, you will find Rönnäng dock, where you can dine or catch a ferry to the islands of Åstol, Tjörnekalv and Dyrön. Indoors, you will find a large entrance hall which is adjacent to the spacious, tastefully decorated living room, with a TV, DVD-player and wireless internet. The light and airy kitchen features a nice dining area. There a three bedrooms, one offering a comfortable double bed, the second two single beds, and the third one a double bed 160 cm. In the bathroom you will find a WC, wash basin, shower, and washing machine. The cottage features two delightful outdoor sitting areas, which gives you the option of choosing whether you sit it the sun or in the shade. You will find a lovely bay, with a magnificent view of the islands, only 500 metres from the cottage. This is a lovely place to go swimming or sunbathing. The cottage is set in a scenic area, with pastures for sheep and horses. The waters around Askeröarna are excellent for fishing. There are plenty of charming seaside towns to visit on Tjörn and Orust. The closest town is Varekil, eleven kilometres away. Gothenburg is 65 kilometres away. Accessible by motorboat - the house offers privacy, comfort, and uninterrupted sea views in a rare island setting. The home features a spacious sea-facing balcony furnished for both dining and relaxation, plus deckchairs for sunny days. A large glazed conservatory with a dining area provides a cozy retreat on cooler evenings. Inside, the bright, fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove, and panoramic sea views. The living room offers a sofa, a fireplace, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed; an upstairs bedroom with a double bed beneath the eaves; and a third bedroom with two family bunk beds, accessed via its own entrance from the balcony. The house also includes a full modern bathroom and a washing machine. Knekteholmen is a quiet island with only two houses located close, but it is positioned in a way that leaves your sea-facing side completely private. Swim directly from the rocks or the jetty using the bathing ladder with caution. Contact the owner a day before arrival for instructions, as they’ll meet you at check-in and guide you to the house, located a five-minute boat ride away from Sörvik marina. Guests should bring their own sheets and towels. Oskarshamn, with grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants, is a drive away from the marina, so plan supplies before arrival, as no shops are available on the island. While the island’s calm makes it hard to leave, a ferry trip from Oskarshamn to Byxelkrok is a wonderful option for a day excursion.

Welcome to a red croft in the country. Behind the house you can hear a waterfall that roars in time with the wind and the forest is right next door. The house is simple but charming and invites you to peace and tranquility in the Swedish nature. The road down leads you straight to the house, where you can park right next to it. The house is red with white knots and an older solid wooden door in blue. At the front there is seating under the tree and a slightly hilly lot, perfect for playing and lazy days. You are welcomed in via the back of the house. Then you come straight into the kitchen area. The kitchen is country style and the kitchen unit is IKEA. In the kitchen there is a fridge with freezer compartment, wood stove, mini oven with two hotplates and a small table with seating for 2 people. There is no hot water in the tap, but it is boiled in the large vessel on the wood stove or via the hob. To the left is the bedroom, which was renovated in the summer of 2022. Here are two single beds 90 cm wide that can be moved together. The wallpaper is light, green and a homely room. In the bedroom there is a chest of drawers with a sink. To the right of the kitchen area is the living room. Here there is a small dining area for 2 people, a fireplace and an older sofa that can be converted into a bed. It will be 120 cm wide. On warm days, you can open the blue door out to the front garden. By the window there is a planting table/storage area which is perfect to have when you have a good dinner or a typical Swedish coffee outside. At the back of the house is the outdoor shower next to the pump house. Toilet is a separate room located in the building in front of the house. There is also a small chest of drawers with a tub for washing. Water is collected inside the house. If you go down the hill, you will soon come to a beautiful small waterfall. Follow the path and you will come above the waterfall where there is an opportunity to swim. Otherwise, the nearest bathing place is about 10 minutes by car from your house. Even though we don't have wifi, it works fine to work from the cabin via 4G. You will have a good time here. Welcome!

A large, bright and modern house that has everything you could wish for. A perfect accommodation for a large family or friends who want to holiday together. The house's ground floor has a large, lovely, bright, open and well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table and comfortable seating. There is also a warming wood stove and a large modern TV. There are four bedrooms. Two each have a double bed and two each have two single beds and a junior bed. The house has two bathrooms with a shower and one has a washing machine. Upstairs there is a living room with comfortable sofas. Here you have an absolutely adorable view of the sandy beach and Kattegatt's roaring waves. There is also a TV here, but who needs this? Broadband and free Wi-Fi are available throughout the house. The private plot is beautifully framed with private fence and gate. There are three large patios with garden furniture and parasols, one of which is under cover and here there is a large gas grill. The nice beach is only 30m away. Put on the bathrobe and take both morning and evening dips. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. Mellby shopping center is within easy reach. To the north is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel, small shops and restaurants. There is also a popular leisure and exercise area here. To the south you have the Skummeslövstrand summer center. There are also nice cycle paths both to Laholm and Båstad. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. You only have a short drive to Laholm. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. There are also several lovely hiking trails on Hallandsåsen. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad smed with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Laholm's golf club is closest to you. Please note: Youth groups under 25-years old are not allowed to book this cottage. Not allowed to charge electric cars on the plot. Electric car charging is available at Maxi, a couple of kilometers from the house.

Experience Sommen, a small picturesque cottage on a lake plot in Helgebo with a guest house and its own jetty. (Not a sandy beach, next to the jetty there is a stonier part with shallow water, otherwise bathing from the jetty with a bathing ladder is recommended. Fantastic view, good swimming and scenic surroundings. Lake Sommen is located in the heart of Sommenbygd on the border between Småland and Östergötland. Sommen is one of the most beautiful and clearest lakes in Sweden and has its own species of fish, the Sommenrödingen.There are around 365 larger and smaller islands in the lake. The cottage has a quiet and peaceful location with a covered terrace where you can enjoy beautiful days. You are greeted by an open living room with wood burning stove and dining area. A narrow staircase leads you up to the sleeping loft with two beds, next to the living room is an open kitchen and in the corner of the kitchen is a bunk bed with a 120 cm and a 90 cm bed. Out in the yard there is a guest cabin with two beds. There is much to discover and see in the area and a good range of experiences for those who wish. For those who want to hike, there is the Östgötaleden, kayaking or canoeing, boating or a nice swim is appreciated. The shores are sandy and shallow, but there are also steep and mountainous parts that are beautiful and grand. At Torpön's ferry stop, 1 km away, you take the ferry over, which runs once / half an hour and is free for pedestrians. Combining the best of land and sea, here there is a restaurant and ice cream parlor and many activities. The high-altitude track is popular with a climbing wall and a cable car finish, here you can rent a canoe or kayak. For the cultural or shopping enthusiast, it is worth visiting Tranås and Vadstena. In Tranås, you can experience shopping in small unique shops and have a coffee or lunch in cozy cafes and restaurants. Vadstena 6 miles away, a creative history is a valued destination that welcomes many visitors. Here you find yourself in the middle of history, among castles, monasteries and medieval buildings. The picturesque and cozy city center with cobbled streets and old preserved wooden houses is charming, genuine and alive. An hour and a half away by car, you can visit Astrid Lindgren's world children's paradise. In the month of May, it is the Sommen Runt, which is a classic cycle race where you make your way around the beautiful lake Sommen in the borderland between Småland and Östergötland at your own pace. Now there is the opportunity to enjoy an Öland farm in a beautiful, newly renovated limestone house with a lot of soul in Frösslunda on Östra Öland. You have a stone-paved courtyard surrounded by a wall of Öland stone as well as an astonishingly beautiful ruin covered with ivy, here you can enjoy the outdoor furniture and sunbeds. The house has incredible space as it is open up to the roof ridge and has a large, beautiful window for light. The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, microwave and perculator. There is a wood-burning stove where you can enjoy a warming fire (wood included). A steep staircase leads up to the cozy sleeping loft with a double bed, where you have an overview of the beautiful house. Bathroom with shower cubicle and combustion toilet. The courtyard is delimited by a lower wall and gate towards the homeowner's courtyard. Dog-friendly dogs are welcome to be let loose in the fenced courtyard. The house is located right by the Frösslunda marsh, which is popular for birdwatchers and those interested in nature. Cows graze right outside the house and you are welcome to walk in the meadows where they go. Stora Alvarleden is nearby if you want to move, otherwise there are many other nice walking paths. You have 4 km to the nearest bath. If you want a larger swimming area, there is Stenåsabadet 7km away with a nice shallow sandy beach, summer restaurant and adventure golf as well as a bird tower for bird watching. Here there are lands with rich plant and animal life. Ottenby is also nearby for day trips. You have about 2 miles to both Mörbylånga and Färjestaden, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Gårdby Kafé & Lanthandel with its garden cafe and interior design shop is a popular destination. There is a lot to explore on Öland, don't miss the Öland Castle Ruins where you can really feel the wings of history. Also enjoy Öland's body cakes.

The cottage is located in the cottage area next to the campsite, located at the bottom of the sea so you can easily enjoy being able to walk home from the beach for lunch or just to rest in the shade for a while. The cycle path "Norra Blomsterrundan" that winds around Öland's Northern part offers nature experiences with beautiful scenery.
