Here the sheep graze freely and keep the landscape open. Both flint stones and about 90 judge's rings, standing stones and stone settings from the Iron Age can be viewed. The house is only a couple of hundred meters from Pilane and from here you can easily hike, cycle and go on adventures, both to Kyrkesund, Härön and surrounding towns such as Rönnäng and Skärhamn. Entrance from the front with spacious hall with lots of storage. Two bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the second room with a bunk bed where the lower bunk is 120cm and the upper 80cm. In this room there is a lovely IR sauna for 2 people and a simple home gym for those who want to work out on holiday. There is an open kitchen with dining area and views towards both the short side and the back of the house. Spacious living room with large 65” TV and sofa and armchair and also large lovely windows towards the back. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator & high chair. A large wooden deck that stretches along the back and gable of the house - with several cozy seating areas, a café group, dining table, lounge corners, sun loungers and parasols. For those of you who want to enjoy meals "outdoors" there is a grill and a charcoal grill. If you want to go out on an adventure, there are 4 simple adult bicycles and a sea kayak to borrow free of charge. The nearest service is in Kållekärr, 6 km or the central town of Skärhamn with a wide range of shops, restaurants and the well-known Nordic Watercolour Museum. Also take the opportunity to experience the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Tjörn such as Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund or take the ferry from Rönnäng to the nearby car-free islands of Åstol, Dyrön and Tjörnekalv. Welcome to Germundebyn – a part of beautiful Bengtsfors where the Dalsland Canal flows through the town of Bengtsfors and there are plenty of beautiful hiking trails, magnificent nature with dense forest and with rich wildlife. Outside the cottage, deer graze and if you are lucky, both moose and fox can sneak forward. In the pond below the house lives a small duck family that builds nests in the reeds. The cottage is located in rural idyll and with only 8 min picture ride to the clear lake Edslan which is a nice bathing place with café and restaurant next door. You are welcomed by a comfortable terrace in a sunny position with a patio door. The décor and wallpaper is of mixed older 1970s style with where one bedroom is wallpapered in 2021. The entrance is on the long side and you have a long hall. On the left is the first bedroom with a single bed 120 cm. On the right is a spacious bathroom. Facilities include a washing machine, sink and toilet. The toilet is an older variant of mulltoa. The sauna is out of order. Straight ahead, the large living room opens up. Swimming in Örnäsbadet in Åmål is recommended, visits to the candy factory Dals Konfektyr and Gammelgården in Bengtsfors. With perfect location for those who want to discover Skåne but perhaps above all the entire lake kingdom that you have a couple of miles away with an incredible number of beautiful lakes for swimming, fishing and well-being. Once inside the cottage you have a spacious hall and a bathroom with all amenities. Further in there is bedroom number 1 with two single beds (90cm). Snug and a warm feeling with beamed ceilings. The kitchen is spacious and here you can easily cook the dinners and bake good buns for the coffee. There is also a washing machine to make your stay even more comfortable. For those who appreciate swimming, fishing, walking or cycling, you have so much beautiful as you want. Other sights and excursion destinations are Bosarpssjön, Hammarsjön, Ringsjön, Skånes Djurpark, Fulltofta Naturcentrum, Bosjökloster and a nice golf course (Degeberga GK). At Vaxsjön there is also the opportunity to rent a boat for a small amount. If you get enough of fresh water and want to swim on one of the finest beaches in Skåne, Yngsjöstrand is excellent. Along the coast towards Österlen you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik on Eklaholm and much much more. A very pleasant farm house, rural and free on the owner's horse farm in a lovely area. Nearby is Västersjön with both swimming and fishing opportunities. The cottage is recently renovated inside and has a large plot. You are close to beach meadows and nature reserves as well as Träslövsläge with its picturesque harbor and nice beach. Welcome to this fantastic house with a lake plot and its own jetty by the clear waters of Lake Åsund. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the view that extends over the lake and the large terrace, 80 m below is your private bathing area with a small beach, jetty and rock bath. The house is secluded and here the large or small family can socialize on large areas both inside and out. There is something to do for everyone when you plan your excursion destinations both in the nearby area or if you go into the City of Linköping 67 km away.
